JUST GO TO THE STARBUCKS IN TARGET 1 BLOCK AWAY!I got to the store about 0750. I wanted to go in to buy a mug and coffee. The door sign said (in large bold font) “our drive through is open” there was another sign that said (also in large bold font) “our store hours are 0800-1800.”This led me to believe that the actual storefront would open at 8 AM but the drive-through was currently open. I got in the drive-through lane and waited for 10 minutes and nobody moved. At 8 AM I pulled out of the drive-through lane and parked to just go into the store since it seemed that it was supposed to open at that time. The door remained locked. I waited until 8:05 to call and asked to see when they were opening.The person who answered the phone informed me they no longer have an open store. They only do drive-through. And they only do drive-through during the hours stated on the second sign. Apparently in very fine print on one of the signs it explains that they will only be drive-through and will not open the store.Why have two signs with large bold print they give two different messages and then have super fine print change the messaging!?With all of this, at almost 830 there’s still no coffee and still a large line.It’s absolutely NOT WORTH coming to this Starbucks when there is a Starbucks in the target one block away that is open and it does serve customers.

Their store hours seem to change day by day. Monday and Tuesday we were able to go through the drive-thru at 6 AM, but Thursday was no such luck. They even have a sign saying their hours are from 6-6. The Starbucks down the street was more than happy to take our money.

Let’s just say I didn’t have a 5star service experience. I mean who’s running this place toddlers? If I could give it no stars I would. The service is horrible and I waited in the drive-thur for over 30 minutes. This type of service is absolutely unacceptable.Never once did the person at the window say sorry for the wait and thank you for your patience. I will never visit again. I’ll be sure to visit some of the other chain restaurants in close proximity going forward.

Went to this Starbucks at 8 AM opening. Waited at the drive through to place an order but didn’t hear anyone for 15 mins. Rolled to the window and workers were just standing inside.They saw us waiting and ignored us. Then after 5 min told us we had to go around. The woman had an attitude even though, they opened late, and failed to put a sign or inform the long line that had accumulated.

This Starbucks has no respect for customers, I ordered a refresher with light ice and they still made it with more ice so I asked them to remake it. The girl at the drive thru had an attitude I tried to return the original and she told me no we can’t take it back. So I was like ok. Then she comes back with the remake and say oh I found out that we can take it back and the remake was horrible. The first drink taste better it just had way to much ice than I asked for. My drink order: mango dragonfruit, 5scoops of dragonfruit, 3scoops of kiwi inclusion, half water and half lemonade light ice. The second drink had hardly any dragonfruit mostly kiwi which was so horrible. Starbucks need to correct there workers with better customer service skills.

Showed up at 6:15 this morning and the door was locked. Their sign said they opened at 6. The two employees inside went out of their way not to make eye contact when I pulled on the door. I watched four other cars leave in 10m until I decided I couldnt wait any longer. Ive seen other reviews say the same thing. I hope whomever manages the store (or corporate) realizes whats going on with this store.Is anyone from Starbucks reading these reviews? May be time to close this location or clean house and start over.

I dont frequent Starbucks. I drink regular coffee, so there isnt really a need for me to seek out a Starbucks. But recently, I found myself at a Starbucks needing coffee and breakfast. The barista that was taking my order in the drive through was the friendliest person I have ever encountered at a Starbucks or any other fast food establishment. He was happy, patient and willing to help me get what I wanted and needed. I told him how great he was and to keep it up! I wasnt impressed the the breakfast sandwich I got. The banana nut bread was delicious, he even offered to warm it before giving it to me. *I recommend getting that done.* The regular coffee I got was good as well.

Terrible experience!!First off, they’re closed inside, which I can understand, maybe because of COVID, but they were rude when I asked.Second, Waited way too long for the amount of people in the drive-thru line and we ordered two simple drinks. No employee said sorry for the wait or anything. NOT a Starbucks Experience whatsoever.The employees were just millin’ around and had no sense of urgency.Never again!

The staff was very friendly, however, the dining area could have been cleaner. The restrooms were clean. The drinks we ordered came out prompt and our order was correct. Their menu board is minimal and it is hard to know what to order if you arent a regular with a favorite order.

Ordered a White Chocolate mocha Frappuccino and a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and neither drink was correct. Not sure what they were but these drinks tasted nothing like I had in the past. Person working at drive thru said yes they are correct and shut the window. Horrible service and they don’t know how to prepare the drinks!

What’s up with these places. First they changed their operations hours and now they can’t open on time. It’s almost 6:30 and they are still not open. Got trapped in the drive thru and couldnt leave. The car in front of me sat for 15 minutes with no response at the speaker before finally driving off. This location always takes forever as well, I just would avoid it unless youre desperate.

Getting to this location is a bit annoying, but good service and the normal over-priced coffee. Only 2 stars because I stop here on the way to and from Birmingham regularly. I only go to Starbucks because it is consistent, however this Starbucks is not. Worst tasting Starbucks coffee Ive had and nearly always doesnt taste good.

For sure the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We were surprised to find the inside was closed for reasons not specified. Drive through line was at a dead stop for 10-15 mins at a time for each person. They were out of a ton of ingredients. And there was no mention of or apology about the slow line.

This is by far is one of the WORST Starbucks in Montgomery. Before the pandemic the customer service has declined. We are not valued at all with just a smile.. My drink order did not reflect the instructions on the label as I ordered it. The frequent closing of the location at unexpected times was insane. This is such a convenient location I prefer to come to being that it is 2 minutes away from my home. Today, I visited Vaughn Rd this morning and Zelda Rd. For lunch, much better experience than my experience yesterday at this location., Id just frequent there and drive a little further.

I am so done with this Starbucks location. I have had numerous issues with this location in the last few weeks. One day it’s drive thru only one day it’s drive thru closed. I was double charged one day while attempting to use my Apple Pay even though she assured me “it didn’t go through on their system”. Today I pull into the drive thru only for somebody to come on the speaker apologizing that they’re closed and “aren’t opening until 7:00 today”. Heads up Starbucks you’re making it difficult for people just trying to get coffee and head to work.

The person who took our order was super nice and repeated the order back correctly. However, when we got to the window, our order was messed up. Orderd 4 venti drinks, and 2 cake pops. We were only charged for 3 drinks, one was incorrect. The remainder of our order was rang up incorrectly again and we were given the wrong cake pops. Ill stick to my usual store on Zelda Road, much better service and have never have an issue!

Absolutely awful. i ordered my food and the person taking my order was very rude. sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes while they remade every drink the car in front of me ordered. and when i finally pulled up to the window, they told me that while i was waiting they sold my sandwich to another walk in customer who wanted it and that there were none left. very very rude. every Starbucks in my city has become awful since covid 19 and it’s honestly unacceptable!!!

Definitely not a traditional Starbucks experience. This location is the consistently the worst in town. I’ve even had other managers from another location tell me that this location is the problem store in the region and management is consistently being changed out. The restaurant can be completely empty and you STILL may not get greeted. The employees walk around like they have better things to do, and they’re doing us a favor by being there. My coworkers stopped going there a long time ago. I’m following suit. Do not waste your time.

This store is clearly overwhelmed with the number of patrons it has, there were 3 others inside ahead of me. It took 30 minutes to get two drinks and two slices of loaf. The building is dirty and needs to be cleaned, the womens bathroom is trashed and filled with litter and cant flush. Tables that were previously used were still covered in debris.

Terrible service, terrible quality drinks. I’ve been all over the country to many different Starbucks. This one takes the cake as the worst I’ve ever been to. They consistently water down the drinks every single time. I complain politely and either ask for a refund or a remake and they argue. I have been ordering this particular drink order for years. I know when it’s been watered down. I even pay extra for an extra shot of espresso so it won’t be watered down. My drink should not be translucent and taste like hot water. Most of their drinks taste this way. It is extra insulting that after such long wait times, you get a watered down drink. I have been suspicious for a while that they purposely water down drinks to cut costs. Contacting corporate does not seem to fix the issue either. They need to just clean house and start fresh with employees who are properly trained on how to make drinks.

Came in to order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and I’m guessing the guy who was making my drink was new as he was struggling to figure out what went in one of the featured drinks... right off I noticed the color was a little off but I still tasted it and noticed he made just a regular caramel frappe. Not what I ordered so I took it back. They remade it only for it to taste worse then the first. A featured drink should not be this hard to make.

This one has gone downhill since Ive moved. There is/was a water leak on the ceiling with mold growing over the counter now. It was fairly slow service too. They were still friendly at least. Sitting in the parking lot watching these folks try to park was entertaining though. Its too small and Montgomery cant drive.

I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and have never had a good experience. This morning their Covid hours said they opened at 5:30 on their door. I arrived at 6:40. I was stuck in the drive through lane for over 20 min and myself and the 3 cars in the front of me were never answered at the order window and we all left with no coffee.

LONGEST Ive ever waited at Starbucks. Was over 20 minutes. They have like 2 pastries for purchase. Stood at cash register for a couple of minutes before anyone helped me and when they did approach the register, they didnt say may I help you or what can I get you or anything ... Just looked at me. Weird. Nothing in mens or womens bathroom to dry your hands with. No toilet seat covers in the womens bathroom.

My sister and I used to come to this location frequently. After they have gotten new management, it seems this Starbucks has gone down hill. Almost every time we go to this location, our drinks are made wrong. The workers are careless and are not helpful. Not too long ago, i ordered a venti iced vanilla cold brew with sweet cream, it did not have the sweet cream and did not taste like it had ANY vanilla in it. I asked how many pumps of vanilla were pumped into my drink, he said the vanilla was already in the cream and does not have any pumps of vanilla. I told him there are suppose to be 4 in a venti ( even says on a mobile order 4 pumps of vanilla along with the splash of sweet cream ). He argued with me and said i was wrong. Eventually, another worker had approached me and made my drink right. Today, we went in. I used a birthday reward to order a cold brew + an extra shot. I should have ordered 2 or more shots. My drink was watered down, and she had used regular cream w/ no vanilla. My sister got a quad with a splash of cream. Her drink was almost white, and asked if she could have one remade or a refund. The worker argued that the reason her drink was so white is because she asked for cream to be put in her drink. She had ordered a splash of cream, not even the regular amount of cream they would put. She asked for a refund and the worker seemed rude to us, still saying the drink was only like that because she requested cream in her drink. This location always disappoints us.
