Great fast Service. Awesome selection and very Fresh doughnuts. A Dozen regular classic doughnuts and 1 Raspberry filled. Absolutely Delicious!

KK is pretty classic. Pretty consistent also. The lobby can be a mess from time to time and the drive thru line is wrapped around the building often. For my visit though I went in and it was pretty quick. I have a couple other places I prefer for donuts but I cant deny Krispy Kreme will certainly hit the same sweet spot.

A bit busy, but service kept the line moving and the customers happy! Great selection of doughnuts at a awesome price! 👌 The fresh and hot are definitely worth the wait.

Stopped in at this store on my way to Troy this morning, August 28. Ordered two glazed donuts and a coffee. Donuts were warm and fine, but the coffee was disgusting. Had a weird smell to it, and after taking a small sip, I literally was gagging. Wish Coffee Bean would have been open. Ended up with McDonald’s coffee instead.

I like the place. Doughnuts are always fresh. 4 stars because its so congested to try and get to the store and the line is usually 15 cars away from ordering. I wish they had more than one location.

I love Krispy Kreme but lately I have not been able to get donuts due to these lazy folks that cant open the store on time and get to work at 6:00 when the store is supposed to open at 6:00. I sit in a parking lot for 15 minutes and the store still not open. I called them on the phone and asked them what time they open they tell me 6:00 a.m. mind you its 6:15. Smdh I give up🤦

Long wait in line. Cashier was friendly and honest. She pointed out when I gave her too much money.

The customer service was very friendly I enjoyed bringing my grandchild here. The place was neatly decorated and you can tell that they spent some time to show their customers gratitude. I will definitely come here again and I definitely highly recommend ordering your Donuts here.

Absolutely the worst i have ever been. They never have the doughnuts we ask for, apparently the customer seems to be bothering the employees when we are asking why they never have apple fritters but its on the menu list. 🤔.The sad thing about it is the only krispy kreme around Montgomery 😕

Please be careful going to this place, if you do go I will No longer be . They ran my Visa card twice in one day . I purchased 1 box and got charged for 2 and they didnt give me a receipt, I found out the next day when I checked my bank account. Clearly showing they did it the so called manager on duty lied and said they couldnt help at night because they couldnt touch the computer . What then got the run around The whole week about what they did Nobody knows nothing. Thats because All of them are stealing !

Do you remember how you know the donuts was fresh you ride by the red light would be on thats when you you know go in there well today that red light I guess its history cuz the one on Atlanta highway is never on and every time I go there somebodys rude and the donuts is like almost hard they need to do something about that cuz that place right there a is giving crispy Kreme a bad name

Probably made a mistake going here for coffee, but they have a full cafe menu. Ordered an iced latte and was given a cup of milk, syrup and a dash of warm coffee. I asked if my drink had espresso and she said no, the espresso machine is being cleaned...so why did you sell me a latte? Ignore the menu, stick with the basics here and go next door to the Coffee Bean for the good stuff.

My mind was blown..sitting in front of the is a Big, clean, dining room, umbrella and tables outside...Hmmm....Go see for yourself what we are have supported and see what we get in return...I dont have to go in details but if see Auburn Alabama Krispy Creme make you not want to ever go in there or through that rough parking lot...

Probably went the busiest day of the year but the customer service was not compromised. Everyone was super nice and the line moved along rather quickly. Donuts were hit and delicious!

I got a dozen of the chocolate glazed and they were AMAZING! We ate the whole dozen so quickly! Their coffees are absurdly good, too. Im a fan for life.

The lobby has been closed for months. They had no maple glazed on hand on a day of a maple glazed promotion.

Unbelievable they were out of Original Glazed Donuts.....this after waiting in a long line in the drive thru. First time though I experienced this. Normal shopping experience doesnt include this from past shopping this business.

I got some cold 🥶 doughnuts with pink sprinkles frosting which I didn’t order. I didn’t want no sprinkles. They could’ve told me they didn’t have the plain doughnut. I would’ve changed my doughnut, but insisted given me the coldest sprinkles doughnut; that I didn’t ask for. And yes bet them doughnuts was sitting there in the back waiting for someone to order. Lesson learned, when doughnuts are just sitting there don’t give them to customers, it’s like you don’t want cold food, right, exactly. Plus the hot and ready sign was on; what kind of mess is that and gave me some coldest doughnuts in the back.

Donuts are amazing. Staff at Montgomery location is slow hence the constant long lines at the drive thru. They might or might not look at you when they hand you the order at the window. Usually they are talking to some other person in the store about some personal stuff. The Prattville and Auburn staff has so much faster service and friendly interaction.

Everyone was nice and helpful and also patient because there were so many choices of delicious donuts lol coffee too.

Donuts are good, but their drive-thru is horrible. The drive-thru will literally backup traffic on Atlanta Hwy. Other than that it’s fine.

FRESH ALLLLLLLL THE TIME

Something is up with the oil and frosting at this location. There is a disgusting smell of old frying oil that can be smelled outside the bldg as well as in the doughnuts and the icing has a unpleasant taste that also sticks to the roof of your mouth. The location in Prattville does not have these issues neither does Auburn, Bham or Decatur. The management of this location needs to figure out why the quality of doughnuts here is far below other locations. For the price charged, they should at least be edible. I threw my box away and will not be coming here again. Also, if you are out of advertised doughnuts, take 5 minutes to write out a sign and stick it over the advertisement on the board so customers are already prepared for the disappointment.

Will always be my craving go to donut store. Everything is freshly backed and packed according to your choice. I think theres alot of option but not as many as other krispy kreme shops I have visited in differnet country. But Im talking in general, I really like Krispy Kreme, download their app and earn point and get free donuts. Oh, and try their Oreo Drink!!! One of the best so far.

Good doughnuts and service. We always just walk in because the drive thru is busy and unreliable. That way, we see what we are getting before we leave. They seem to be open always. The day before a tropical storm or a blizzard, they are selling doughnuts. The doughnuts are always wonderful. The staff is very capable, dealing with a lot of people at once.

This is the slowest place ever!!! Every time I come here my wait is at least 15-25 mins. I have also came to this location and the hot sign was on and I was told they didn’t have any hot or fresh doughnuts. This is the only location in Montgomery so sometimes when I have a craving, I have no choice. Customer service sucks!! 😭... I may have to drive a extra 20 mins to the next location.

I went to KK to get the St. Patty doughnuts. The staff worked efficiently to fill the orders. The doughnuts were delicious and fresh.

Ordered specialty dozen on Valentines Day online. When I showed up at 6:45 am to pick up my pre-ordered doughnuts, the line was unbelievably chaotic with no directional assistance. After waiting for 45 minutes in the carline, I decided to go to the door which was locked. Through the window you could see a table with about a dozen orders waiting to be picked up, but nobody was performing that duty. After waiting in drizzling rain with several other pre-ordered patrons, for nearly 30 minutes, a man unlocked the door asking for last names. The others were called however mine was not. The man invited me in finally, and went to the office to look for my order. Now with the help of another staff person. No order. After waiting another 25-30 minutes, he asks if I had my order number. Well see, I do however it’s in my phone and my phone fell between the seats in my father in laws car and I can’t retrieve it but I confirmed that it is paid for and in my email if I could possibly check it. “No receipt no doughnuts“, he stated. Needless to say, I’m ready to abandon this Valentines surprise gesture, because my sleeping husband is most likely very awake by now with a wife that’s MIA. I explained my phone had fallen in between seats and I lived 20 minutes away but if could just get on my email I’d confirm this purchase. He told me he’d have plenty when I returned. SO I DROVE BACK HOME PRINTED MY RECEIPT AND DROVE BACK. Pushing my way through the now 10am rush, I waited 15 more minutes to finally be given this doughnuts. Btw, it is printed on the receipt “no need to provide this order number”.I am completely disappointed in the way this business handled my situation. I would not recommend this particular location because this is not my first problem there. Doughnuts were great and husband was happy but I was stressed and inconvenienced to say the least. He should’ve offered a gift card. I asked for a coffee and he reluctantly gave me that, without cream or sugar. Not worth the time.

The app says the store is open to go into. Its not open to go into. After placing my online order, the app said to follow instructions on the door to pick up your order. There were no instructions on the door to follow. Very unsatisfied with my experience.
