When I got there the guy that waited on me was VERY NICE! Me not knowing much about cars trying to explain whats going on, he completed my sentence and did the work on my car and it didnt take long.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars, because my visit was just AMAZING!!! Let’s start with Chad this technician is the GREATEST he was very hospitable! He walked me into this clean and peaceful establishment, sat me down in a MESSAGE CHAIR and offered me something to drink while I waited!! He explained to me before, during, and after the oil change the whole process and procedures of what he was doing and what was needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything!! Trust me I’m counting down the mileage as to when I shall return. Thx for the great Experience… I will be back!!!

Very delightful experience. I went there because my car signaled that I needed an oil change. So, I called the only people after work that were open ( them) i got in very quickly into the bay and I was greeted nicely and professionally. Well once they popped my hood they told me I didn’t need an oil change. Chad greeted me and was honest. He said I was good and after my trip to come back. I most definitely will. They could’ve just changed my oil, took my money and been on there way. Yet, they were honest and awesome. I enjoy a place with awesome customer service. I found my new oil change place. Fast service. Very processional. Fixed my striped oil drain plug with no extra charge. Pep boys wanted to charge me 1200 to replace the oil pan for a striped plug. Dont use pep boys.

I cannot go on enough about this place! I needed an oil change. Before the manager left after completing his shift, he wanted to make sure my service was as I had expected. He went into detail about the services I could receive in between my next scheduled oil change. Wesley, my tech, was very thorough and explained everything he did to my vehicle. The staff was extremely professional and customer service oriented. Definitely recommend them!!

The attendant didn’t honor my coupon with the promise of a 50% upon my next visit…. My lights were not checked nor my wiper blades. I was told that they had to order a filter and it would take 30 minutes however I am not sure if it was changed.

Yall I really enjoyed getting my oil changed at American lube today. Chad was AWESOME!!!! I mean it!. Tony and one more associate was there, I didnt catch his name. Everyone was so professiona helpful and friendly. My husband needed an oil change as well but due to the year of his truck they werent allowed to do it. But that didnt stop these great guys from doing everything they could, including letting us purchase the oil filter my husband needed for his truck and also recommended a place that could do his oil change! I was very impressed and knew that I had made the right decision pulling up today. I WILL BE COMING BACK!! Thank you all for the best customer service Ive had in a long time.

The owner of the facility could not have shown more professionalism and enthusiasm as my vehicle received the service. His willingness to offer discounts made the selection of this ALF service center a great decision. His energy was infectious and showed with his entire staff. Tl;Dr great customer service, quality, and fair price. If youve had bad mechanics before, then these people will change your mind with the excellent quality of work and customer service.-I dont like car mechanics. Ive been to mechanics to get a problem fixed, and end up paying money for more problems. Well, today I went for an oil change and to figure out why my vehicle was making a strange noise, and I got another surprise.Chad, their salesman, was excellent in delivering the information, pricing with clarity, and was extremely kind. Wes, the manager, was also very friendly and seemed to work closely with Chad to run a tight ship. The mechanic, Trae, did good work. They got my service work and repairs completed quickly and were very good about staying touch. The price was fair, especially for the excellent quality and care. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who has had bad experiences with mechanics before. Ive had bad experiences too, but this completely changed my outlook. Ill definitely be coming here for regular maintenance and repairs.

Last week I went to get my A/C checked out. The guy said it had to be hooked to a machine, ok cool. They never said what was wrong with the A/C and charged me $85 to look at it for about 30mins and did nothing. I was told if it doesnt work to come back (at no extra charge) I return today to let them know the A/C didnt work and wanted to know why I paid $85 and he told me that Ill have to pay an additional $85 to have it looked at again!! I am beyond disappointed. My air is still not fixed!! So they ripped me off. I really feel like they take advantage of people especially women who come up there alone. This was my 1st time dealing with ATL hwy location. I usually go to Carter Hill and never had a problem. Beware of the scam!!

A simple Oil Change turned into an attempted RIP OFF. A customer does not write a review unless the service was really good or really really bad. Well, in my case, the service was really really bad. I went to their location on Taylor and the mechanic appeared to be young and inexperienced, but I didnt judge. However, after pulling my car in, they started working on changing my oil. All of the sudden the manager stopped the work and asked me to go to their other location to fix leak issues in my engine. Having accepted tat, I started the car and the manager yelled to turn it off immediately. I turned it off and there was massive oil leak from my car. I was SHOCKED. The manager said the mechanic forgot to put my oil filter back. Imagine that. They topped up oil lost and asked me to drive to their other location.Upon arrival at their location on Atlanta Highway, just across Planet Fitness, there was white smoke coming out of my car. I explained that I went to their other location and they sent me here. The Atlanta Highway people called the other facility and asked what is going on with my car. After some time, the mechanic tells me that there is oil pouring out of my engine and they cannot change the oil because they need to fix the leak first. Now, I have worked on cars in my early teens, and I know my car. So, I asked him to show me the leak. The mechanic first tried to explain without showing where exactly the leak was. Upon asking details, he said that my valve cover needs to be fixed. I asked if its upper intake or lower intake? He completely ignored my question and started arguing and said I just showed where is the leak coming from. Then he said it will cost $160 to fix just the valve cover. I mean, seriously, do you think I am stupid? I have worked on cars, just because I moved to Montgomery and you will take advantage and try to rip me off. No sir, not today!!!!!

It was good and they changed my oil well

On a Saturday around 1:30 pm I was in and out I 20 minutes. Wesley run that shop so efficiently. I am also impressed at how quickly the oil is changes fluids are topped off and other checks are done. Its so effortless to show up here that I hardly talk have little questions that arent already covered.

The employees were good but they charge u more than the price menue hung on the wall .I was charged 69.99 for synthetic oil change while the price on the wall was 59.99 .

They didnt put my oil filter in properly and leaked oil out damaging my Chevy Camero they had to come and put oil in it to be able to move...my car stopped in the middle of media and a Wetumpka police officer helped me get to the side of the road and waited with me until American Lube showed up about an hour later!!!

They forgot to tighten the oil plug. All my oil leaked out. After tightening the plug and filling it up wit oil I purchased at a auto parts place, I brought them the receipt to reimburse me for the oil I bought. I still have not heard from the district manager.

Fastest oil change I have ever experienced. Staff was efficient, friendly, competent and thoroughly entertaining. Definitely recommend.

I stopped at the store on Bell Rd. Due to my truck shaking. Taurus(Tavares) looked at it but didn’t want to do the wrong thing. He called his manager on Atl. Hwy. and sent me there. Jesse, David, TJ, Gabe, Spence and Brandon were the absolute best. I knew part of the problem and they confirmed it. They gave me options and information on how and why things were going wrong on my truck. As I waited for my oil change they made sure the building was comfortable (temperature), different mechanics came in and they were all polite and checked on me. Jesse allowed me to take up quite a bit of his time by answereing more in-depth questions about pricing. I appreciated that because as a single woman, I often feel taken advantage of when getting work done on my vehicles. With it being something I had to have done they could have really done a number on my wallet, but they did not. It was a wonderful experience. And the massage chair is a great idea. I will return.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I took my Mercedes SLK 320 in for an oil change and they broke my key! Used a 12 wrench to try and crank my car with the key out of the keyless entry! Have spent over $400 on towing, diagnostics and getting new key from dealership. Ive been without my car.fkr 2 weeks now and American Lube Fast says theyre not going to pay the bills - claim they did nothing wrong. Sending letter to CEO of company and will hire an attorney need be. They didnt have a diagnostic tester/tool!!! Pushed my car out of the service lane and walked away without saying a word to me! Ive heard 4 complaints from others who have had MAJOR problems after going to this location for oil change. DONT RISK IT!!
