Left a vehicle that was immaculate, for a fender replacement. There are 4 massive (and obvious at night) scratches that were not present before the fender replacement. When I originally came in for the estimate, the estimator even commented on how clean, with zero swirl marks, this black vehicle was. Extremely frustrated with how poor the workmanship and quality was. I’m a car guy, and I expect excellent work. This was the worst quality I have ever seen out of a body shop, and even more disgusted that they were ok with giving it back to me this way. I will be leaving it until resolved.

I am still waiting to hear back from Joe Hudson about when I can bring my car back in to have the stripe painted back on the left side of the vehicle. Also I was told that they were ordering a horn for my car. Again, I have not heard anything from Joe Hudson regarding the horn. I called the office last we to inquire about a status on when my repairs would be completed. I was told that.someone would call me back. I have not received a call back.

I will always take my vehicles here to be repaired if the need ever arises. The office staff are so kind and wonderful. I was called every other day by Rebecka and I loved my updates! I even was updated through text. Deborah is so pleasant and greeted us when we walked in the door. I’m so glad to have my car back, and the way it was before the accident

Horrible experience here. Our insurance company sent us here after our vehicle was hit while being parked in a parking lot. We were told it would take 2-3 weeks to get the parts needed which was fine. Parts came in wnd we scheduled the repair. We were told repair would take 4 days and that the damaged part (a plastic part of the front bumper area) would be completely replaced as it was cracked. We got our rental car (mind you the car has 1/4 tank of gas and us thinking we would have it for at least 4 days, filled up the tank) and dropped the car off on a Monday morning. Got a call less than 4 hours later that the “repair” was complete. Went up to see the car only to see that the cracked piece had simply been cleaned and buffed but the crack was still there and visible. We said this was not acceptable and we’re told we would have to wait for the part to be ordered... the part that they originally made us wait over 2 weeks? We had to take the car with us and had to return the rental now with a full tank of gas. We got a call the very next day saying “oh the part is in now!” Nothing could have been delivered that quickly. Especially a part that is specific to that make and model and year. Which makes us think that they had the part sitting there and were hoping to return it and pocket the money from the insurance company. So we then had to take the car back up there to have that part replaced and luckily they only took a couple of hours. I have no idea where the 4 day estimate came from. Had they said the repair was this fast we would not have had to bothered with a rental. We have reported all of this back to our insurance company and will not be using Joe Hudson again for anything. Shady shady practice.

They made my Tahoe like new again after being side-swiped in December. They were quick, reasonably priced, and they handled everything with my insurance so I didnt have to do a thing. Everything was done on time and you would never know Id been in an accident. Cant imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else!

Nov. 5, 2020 I got into an accident where the right lift gate and back fender on my 2019 Jeep Compass was damaged. Once I chose them to repair my vehicle they got me right on in the following week & got started on all my repairs. They kept me informed every step of the way (even through the Thanksgiving Holidays) & called every other day to give updates on how the work was going which I appreciated. They even had someone to help take me to & from the car rental place. I give them a 10/10 on every aspect, the staff was great & the finished product was as good as new. I truly recommend them to anyone!!

My vehicle is still there. The thing I don’t like about this so far, is the communication!! When I called it felt as though I was bothering them, which makes me feel super nervous. I understand they say it’s a big job but being courteous to The Customer should be a MUST!!! I just Pray once it’s done that everything is put back together correctly and painted right!!!! Smh

Fantastic service! Every day we received a text and email on the status of the repairs. We also received updates for any major changes to the status. This was very helpful. More than this, though, they completed the repairs in 1/3 of the estimated time and went above and beyond with their finishing touches (example - buffed the opposite headlamp so that it would match the new one). 100% recommend them.

After a hit-and-run that did significant damage to my Ram 1500, I was given Joe Hudson Collision Center on Taylor Rd as the insurance claim shop to go to... and I am grateful for it. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated professionally and told exactly what was to be done. After my repairs were completed, I noted there were a few blemishes I wasnt pleased about and they immediately took actions to make sure I was 100% satisfied. They didnt have to, per se, but they cared about my satisfaction as a customer. That type of customer service is rare nowadays, and they have a devoted customer for all future repairs as a result. I am OK with a company not always getting things perfect--I am the same, but I will always try to make it perfect if given the chance, and that is what they did. They even washed the truck before handing it back! I could not be happier with the service received and recommend without reservation that you get work done at Joe Hudson on Taylor Road.

Joe Hudson repaired my car so quickly I barely even got to drive my rental car. They kept me updated on the progress of what was happening with my car each day and I could hardly believe they were fixing it so fast. When I got it back it looked like new and they had even cleaned it. Very impressed.

My wife hit a deer in our brand new 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Smashed the front end and knocked the tire out of alignment. We were so upset about it. But Joe Hudsons Collision Center partnered with our insurance company and got the whole thing taken care of. We got our vehicle back in about four days good as new! This establishment is very professional and welcoming.I had a little fender bender, called my insurance company, USAA, they sent me to their preferred company, Joe Hudson Collision Center and my vehicle was ready within a days time..This establishment made sure that my rental was ready for me.I will use them again and I recommend others using them as well.

I have no idea if they do good work, but I know they are poorly managed. After they told me I could get my stuff out of the car, they claim was totalled, we come all the way from Indiana only to find they had it picked up by the salvage yard. No phone call or anything tell us they were releasing it. When I called after getting to Alabama, they said a manager would call me back rather than telling me it was no longer there. Three and a half hours later I call them back and was told the manager went home early and forgot to call and by the way the car was already picked up. Had they told me that the first time I would have been able to get to the salvage yard 2.5 hours away Ridiculous!

Used them twice. Good service and communication. My only complaint was that they told me that they didnt need my bumper so I trashed it, and then they called and asked for the reflectors and clips off it...so I had to pay for more and it took an extra day.
