Customer service was excellent from start to finish i.e. setting up my appointment, arriving at the service department and picking up my car! Both service technicians that I talked to were very knowledgeable. Excellent job and good experience with everyone!

Brian Always does a great job taking care of our care and family. It is the level of service that makes owning one of these cars worth it.

I took my car in for a windshield replacement and noticed that the rear view mirror cover was damaged in the process. Nobody said anything to me about it, they just tried to get it back in place but it kept falling down. When I called to report it, they said they would order another one and replace it when I took my car in for its next oil change. When that time came, my husband took the morning off and drove the car the hour and a half drive it takes to get to this dealership. My husband was told the rear view mirror cover had been replaced but when I got my car back, I noticed it had NOT been replaced. I called the service department and was told that it had indeed been replaced. When I inquired as to how the service tech then managed to break TWO covers and not mention it, I was told they would need to get back to me. When they called me back, I was told the the part had never actually been ordered and that they would order it and ship it to my house so I could replace it myself. This is not the first time I have had issues with dishonesty when dealing with the service department at this dealership. I had issues with them not being honest when I took my former BMW in for service as well. It’s the closest dealership to me and still an hour and a half away. It’s a shame that honesty and integrity mean nothing to them. The fact that they just pushed the cover back up and tried to pass it off as “fixed” tells a lot about the care and pride they put in to their work. This car company seems to be going down hill fast. Their car prices have gone up but their service is minimal at best. I paid a lot of money for my car AND for the service I’m not receiving.

Everyone was pleasant and attentive. However, after saying that I had an issue with one of my key fobs, there was no explanation except to replace it for $600. I felt I should have gotten some sort of explanation.

The finished experience was good, but I was disappointed that when I called to check if my car was ready on Friday and the representative had not even checked my car in from the previous Tuesday. In the end I got my car the following Tuesday in great condition.

Great small dealer! Been used to larger BMW dealerships and getting loaners vehicles during service but since Im on a temporary TDY this was the closest that fits into my schedule. Worked with Marcus, a extremely knowledgeable and friendly advisor. Got me in and out of the dealer for the oil change in less than 2 hours! Also got to browse a few of the vehicle selections here and interacted with a few friendly client advisors. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work BMW Montgomery Service team!

Employees very professional and courteous throughout the business. Everyone were very accommodating. Establishment very clean and comforting.

This dealership has done good work for us and the staff is very friendly. They will help you with whatever maintenance you may need and the work is always done well.

I went in for an oil change and my experience was great!

I dropped my car off with the early bird drop off. When my appointment was at 8am. I came back at 3 am my car was not ready. Had to sit another hour for them to finish. They acted like it was no big deal.

Came for an oil change and sensor reset for brakes. Received fast courteous service.

Car was in for a warning light also needed a battery, replaced the battery for $700 plus my renta $250 so a battery replacement cost me $950! they said the battery replacement fixed my warning light, the warning came back on within 5 mi on way home so they didnt check or fix original issue and i bought a $900 battery! never again!

It was time for service check, and Bryan told us all the services that would be done to the car.
