What NEX/PX/MCX/AAFES in the world would have service members in mind when they decide to close at 1700? You realize that service members work during the day, right?

Small but has all the basics. I wish they had more food options for meals but they have all the normal items.

This is the only place to get Navy uniform items, besides a few things that are available at the Presidio. They don’t have all the components of Officer or enlisted uniforms, so you’re better off just buying online. When I asked about it, they said there are some components they haven’t had in years. I honestly don’t understand why the reviews are so high. It’s pretty small, and the PX is nicer.

Nice little exchange with a selection of immediate need items. Not a full exchange of course, but makes good use of a small footprint to provide everything from a small package store, to bikes, to clothes, some uniform items, computers, and limited food.

The exchange is small, but is under remodel and expanding. It convenient and usually not super crowded along with the service station. However, I like the privacy and safe atmosphere.

A sad shell of what it once was. This place no longer offers a decent selection of anything. I would describe it more as a big shoppette than a base main exchange.

Convenient, has some items at least, but lacks a lot. More like a large mini-mart. Still, better than nothing. The staff is always friendly and the store is clean.

The NPS Navy Exchange is likely great for Navy Officers, but for the Enlisted community, the uniform shop seems to run short on some of the necessary items. Regardless, its a nice tax-free way to spend your money if you are buying any big-ticket items (like TVs, computers, etc.).

Kinda small too be the only NEX, for the amount of military in the area. Still has all the essentials and friendly and accommodating staff though.

A small exchange with the essentials. Some NPS-specific swag, but no textbook sales. Also inside are tailor/alterations, dry cleaners, and Western Union. Uniform items are Navy-specific; if you are in another service, you need to go to the Presidio of Monterey.

Drove 50 miles to go here on the one day they decided to be closed for inventory. Didnt post a warning online. But at least they opened at 1 for a little. Friendly people.

Store was remodeled and is half the size.. youre better off buying most items online unless you work on base and need a snack theres no point in going here..

Small location and about half of the store is under going a major renovation. I would suggest visiting no earlier than August 2017.
