Friendly staff,clean and prices are more then competitive.

By phone, was told by lady at 1825 hrs PX closes 7:00, wife got there at 1840 hrs. Store was close, no lights inside. Store should still be open!!

Its a good place. Has enough items for the Ord military community. Lacking in the video game and toy section for sure. Could use a small annex of military clothing items for those who cant make it to troop store when needed.

The exchange is clean & staff was helpful. Just wanted to if they do online ordering which I forgot to ask. Otherwise nice store.

Its a commissary I mean its not whole foods or trader joes lol however the staff is pleasant and they stay relatively stocked on most things, wish there was more organic options . To my surprise occasionally theyll have beef cheek and other Hispanic favored meat options which is nice.

This particular PX is relatively small compared to those Ive been at in other commands. Its set up like any other department store. The amount of items stocked is limited, but there is a catalog and online site from which you can order more products. Keep in mind, this place is reserved for people with a valid military ID card. It is not for civilians unless you are a dependent of a service member or retired member. Also, everything here is tax free!

Store is for military only. Great staff. No taxes. 9.25%. You can also order items from aafes website and get delivered to store.

This place does not have a bike parking rack. Have had 2 bikes stolen while parking at this store. I spoke to Transportation Agency for Monterey County (TAMC) who stated that bicycle racks are required at these sorts of establishments. As soon as I mentioned this location, they stated that they have warned this Exchange multiple times over the last few years and that nothing has come of it.

Everything may be tax free, but they make up for it by overpricing everything. For example an $11 movie is $25 here and they dont price match. Save your time and go to the NEX at NPS, they price match.
