Love me some PX.
It a very nice place to get your Military gear, and the people are Great
Good ol PX
Small, but well stocked. Had all the military uniform items I needed, and I needed one of everything!
Decent little exchange on DLI, it has all the uniform items needed for each branch of service and all the basic items one would need to get situated on base. No real grocery items minus alcohol, bread isle, frozen foods and the like. There is a tailor and a sushi restaurant inside the exchange. The clothing section is good for service members on post but for families and more selection stick to the internet or mall.
Just visiting with a relativr
I am sorely disappointed in the quality of the civilian wear that our young warfighters have available for purchase at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey. The military apparel seems of good quality but the Under Armour tees among other nonmilitary gear is of poor quality and the designs on the tees are unimaginative along with a poor selection of colors. One would think that with our huge defense budget we could provide a better selection of civilian wear for our warriors.
Cashier went way above and beyond, actually went into the stockroom to look for a patch I needed that wasn’t on the shelf and he found it for me! Life saver.
Its a good PX considering the size of post.
Has the basics, not much in the way of food other than junk food though. Sometimes itll be out of uniform items for upwards of a month, though. Employees are nice.
Its like any other troop store, this one is a bit on the larger side, but definitely not commissary sized. Cheaper than online, like anywhere else. Comes with a Subway, a Papa Johns, a sushi joint, barber, and dry cleaner. Everyone is friendly, and its just quiet enough to get studying in without feeling shut out.
Great PX on a lovely post. It obviously focuses on satisfying the needs of its student population at the Presidio but still very nice.
Penty of things to shop for theres a papa johns and subway both with good service, a barber shop, a sushi place, dry cleaners, and the main part of the store.
Refund on military clothing, prompt and fair. Exchange for correct size was also rapid.
Better than I expected for a small post. They offer multiple styles of the dress blues for daily wear. Alterations are included in the cost.
Great place to get a haircut and lunch.
Great for necessities, and some snacks. Very friendly staff.
Great price, this one is small, but nice.
The NEX is better tho... 🤷🏾♂️
Subway there has people who cant make sandwiches. Dangerous combo.
They have what is needed.
Theres a new Dominos there!
The girl behind the cash register cute
They havent replenished their clothing sizes in several months. Almost no xs or s. No C mobile cords.
The NEX is better... :)
Had what I needed and very friendly staff.
What do you expect? Its just a PX.
Its the only one we got. So...
Cleaners and Alterations are one in the same.
Small, clean, long wait to check out
Px is lacking uniform items
Hooah
Good staff.
A staple in the language junkies lifestyle
Friendly customer service.
Great place
