Love this store! Especially the plug ins and the candles! I love my house smelling good and fresh...so some of these scents are just perfect for my own smell taste. I like clean and fruity scents and Bath & Body Works have them all and dont mind me if I buy dozens of them when they are in special. Like the body lotions just last week they were $2.99 so I stack myself for Christmas gifts. Totally recommend this store and remember that you are never too old to pamper and relax yourself with these beautiful scents! 👍

I love this place and you can smell if from a far. Love the body sprays and lotion and sanitizers they say the candles are Amazing but its kinda pricey for me.

Customer service has definitely gotten better at this store. It is clean and check out is fast compared to other stores. Despite how busy and packed their store gets, sales associates are always assisting you and promoting their sales/offers. The app definitely helps as well if you shop here religiously.

I came for a return and was looking for Champagne toast. I asked Kelly but after she looked for a while they were sold out. I was not surprised since it was a wonderful fragrance and it was sold out online. I went to the front desk to do an exchange and Gena was very helpful. My transaction was not ringing up so Kate took over and she was also as courteous and kind as Gena. From the corner of my eye i saw Kelly approach me and i had already settled for Rose shea body cream as an exchange but she told me the happiest words “ i found one “ and she had the Champagne body mist i was searching for . She totally made my day. Kate finished ringing me up and i had such a wonderful experience.Long story short this a great Bath and Body Branch :) these gals will take good care of you just be polite and courteous back.

I waited for about 25 minutes to get in due to pandemic but I found everything I needed at the end just prepare to wait a long line if you plan to shop after 12

Was super nice! The employees there were helpful especially after I accidentally left my bag somewhere in the store like an airhead. I got a lot there, but all in travel sizes as I was going to be going on an airplane soon (Im from Louisiana sadly and couldnt get full size bottles on the plane)

Went in today to get a few items, and as I was ready to check out I asked an associate if she could help me out because I’m disabled, I can’t walk or stand up for a very long time let alone their lines were all the way outside. Which is understandable... so I asked an associate and she asked her store manager Christina to see if I could be helped and the store manager said no because of the lines. It’s doesnt matter how the lines are if a disabled person asks you for help, you help. Especially being a store. You would think her being a store manger she’d say okay, because of the disability, nope. It was a no because then the other customers would get mad even though I’m disabled.

There are usually good sales. Each worker hounds you and doesnt let you shop or look around peacefully. Its not necessary to hear a 3 minute sales pitch from every employee.

I was help on was great fragrances to choose from, but I was told I can scan my receipt later to get the points. I live for discount due to the fact I love to spend on great items I love or want. It only make since that I can scan the barcode to get my points. everybody else app does it, but not Bath & Body from what I see. But the customer service young lady that help me was great she give me what I came for and more i ewas in and out in 5 mins with her help...so Im 50/50 on this because of lose points. I dont know if Im being petty, but its only reason I shop at CVS as for discounts and free things I get...so idk. I have a love hate thing going on 😀 I have dumped store before over lose discount. What can I say I love my discounts.
