I try to avoid this store all employees have angry state an especially when u report to manager (can use a new one)Its a shame I have to drive 30 minutes to visit the Montebello store for their excellent service an they welcome the Maskless

Diane is the worst supervisor as she calls herself. She dosent care if you shop there or not.

Rite Aid pharmacy is the best and the only one that doesnt screw up my prescription orders. They have a n excellent array of products, and great sales on everything Im looking for that day!

They have only one computer for the photo center and it doesnt work apparently has not worked for a very very long time.

If you take the first letters out of the Rite Aid name you get RA the Egyptian sun god also the name Rite what they mean to say is Right Aid as in the right aid but they used the word Rite as in ritualAlso Miracle WhipFamous AmosMrs.FieldsNatures HarvestM&MsSnickersTresemme

Very good staff and overall great service even the ice cream is pretty good they serve there and the pharmacy has a fast service that is very good.

Pharmacy staff @ Rite Aid in Montebello is the best! Waiting time for prescriptions is minimal .... 15 minutes tops! I am 65 years old with back pain and spine issues. Every customer is greeted with a smile and attentivenes,, basically, as a VIP, regardless of how busy pharmacy staff is. Pharmacist(s) is/are very cautious when filling my prescription(s) and I see how energetic pharmacist walks quickly to cashier area to advice me, about my medications in detail, making sure my concerns and questions are answered. Technicians are the first people I talk to and each and every one of them will answer/address my concerns, while assisting me professionally, knowledgeably and kindly. When I am satisfactorily finished, tech will encourage me to return again and adds, please contact us if you have or remember any questions or concerns, we are here for you! If I can leave there, as medically ill as I am, feeling 10 feet tall with gratitude, I assure you, you will too. 10+ Rating.

It was 9:50pm... In the time it took her to tell me they close in 5 minutes she could have served my one scoop ice cream 🙄. She also had time to tell me I can buy one bucket and get one free 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff are very helpful place is clean friendly staff. It is joy if you have to go their.

Its 20 mins till closing and as soon if not seconds you hear security check all aisles need staff to the front. Very concerned tone too. I look around and couple people but not really. Then 2 mins later she again over the intercom, security to sections j and K. This is called stereotyping assuming and rude and not to mention annoying to hear all this store issues over the whole store have some respect for the customers. I left and took my business elsewhere. It was the nite manager Tonite.. Next time u see tell her to relax
