The people are ok I guess. I mean their ok

Just went to the employees are smashing in Breaking merchandise I spend more than $100 theyre at a time and they seem to be taking out their attitudes on customers merchandise there one in particular His name is David he has the habit of crushing expensive items it truly reflects a ghetto shadow on this store

Whoever the pharmacists are here need to be fired. The entire pharmacy should be fired and replaced with new pharmacists. This is the second time that Ive tried to fill my prescription for painkiller for my sprained foot and they treat me like a criminal. They think they could override my doctor and his prescription. They have no right to deny me any medication that my doctor has approved and prescribed. They called my doctor to verify that it was my prescription, despite the fact that theres a record showing that I pick up this medicine every 10 days. I recorded my entire interaction with them and I will be filing a complaint with the medical board along with Walgreens corporate.

With the exception of maybe one or two professional employees including the pharmacist most of the employees are very hypocritical and criticized customers before they actually leave the door Ive had too many experiences there with people who smile in your face and as soon as you turn your back there tearing you down perhaps a shuffle in their team who do the store some good and maybe regenerate this store

Thanks to Walgreens, my Thanksgiving 2020 was saved! I blew the outlet for my oven, and they were open and stocked with appliance extension cords!

Idk why everyone’s giving 2 starts the staff is really nice/ polite and the store never disappoints Period 😌💫🧃

2 times I have gone there to pick up pictures and they dont have someone to help, after waiting for a few minutes come get the pictures then ask me to get in the other line to pay mind you theres a register at photo pick up area. So it takes about 20min just to pick up photos.

Why do the managers not do their job and why are they sooooo rude. Jackie and Alonso are real scum and need to be investigated.

I would be a kinder experience if some of the employees would refrain from making negative remarks about thier customers at least let us leave the store before you shred us... you know who you are...

The staff is nice but the grounds are filthy. Trash is all over the place, I have seen the same vomit spot for days on the sidewalk. It is a pharmacy and yet health is not really promoted here judging how the grounds are always full of trash.

A few hours ago I was there, the manager Elena and the cashier Richard were very rude. I was just using digital coupons from the walgreen app, they got upset. I am also going to report it with customer service and I am going to make a complain, I think it was not the good treatment I received from them😡😡 very disappointing 😡😡

I placed an online order and decided to ship to this store. Turn out they lost my package. I contact customer service to help me resolve the issue and all they did is refund my money. They didn’t apologize for loosing my package. I will never send packages to this store.

Manager there is horrible. I dont have kids but if I heard her threatening my kid the way she threatens other peoples kids I dont know if Id be able to remain calm. I have the highest respect for the elders that visit the location but some are worst than the kids. Instigating against the kids and cashiers agreeing. They all need to learn to keep a level of professionalism. I loved Walgreens but Ill avoid this location until corporate gets them under control.

I was in there last week with my 65 year old mother and the big heavy set woman that works in the makeup counter with all of the tacky tattoos on Her Arms. gave my 65 year old mother who has bad hearing major attitude because my mother couldnt hear her .when I told her that my mother has a hearing aid her response to me is that I should stay with me at all times times. My mother was only there sampling perfumes and still ended up buying two bottles . As we paid for the purchase she continued with the attitude no thank you or be well as she handed me my receipt so I thanked her and wish her a wonderful day and God bless you she rolled her eyes at me and walked away.. So avoid the big big big heavy set large tattooed mean woman in the makeup and perfume area

I called and asked for a hair product and they put me on hold for more than seven minutes and after that the phone just kept ringing and no one ever answered. Customer service at The store is good but over the phone they are horrible.

Love going to this store. Most of the workers are pretty nice.

They have a limit on certain items per household when its not noted on the ad or flyer 🤔 and according to pico Rivera location they dont have a limit per household

Convenient place for medicine, etc

Pricey store, for some deals you need Walgreens card.
