Had the misfortune of being in an accident petra towing recovered my car while I went to the hospital. When I went to pick up my car I noticed a valuable chain and pendant were missing when I pointed this out there response was thats hearsay because no one saw it there!

They broke into my car and stole my battery,subs,window visors and other small things. Never use their services they will go into your car!! They literally pried my trunk open that was smashed in by rear end collision and took the things inside. The manager didnt looked concerned at all like theyve done it before and he was covering for them. The driver of the tow truck assured me that this facility was safe and under 24hr surveillance by camera so I wouldnt take it home instead. So he pretty much baited me and took my stuff they only have one camera from what I saw and it wasnt even pointed toward my car. I will be filing a police report.

Had the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE! Steven was able to help me lift my car from a really bad bump in a parking lot! I am highly satisfied with their service. If you are near the Montebello/Pico Rivera/Commerce are, you should definitely give them a call. The operator was really helpful too! And yes, you can pay with your credit card!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Battery technician EDSON came out to our vehicle which needed the battery replaced. He refused to replace and said he could only tow. Battery technician EDSON was extremely disrespectful and my instincts tell me incapable of performing a battery swap. AAA should drop this tow service immediately! They do not meet to the AAA standard. Technician EDSON left me my wife and mother in 105 degree weather! Do not use this service!

Discourteous driver, who apparently couldnt use his mirrors to see me behind him drops off a car mid block on a narrow cul de sac. He doesnt say hey, sorry, Ill just be 5 minutes. He doesnt go down the block and flip a u-turn. Nope. Stops MID BLOCK and unloads his load for 10 minutes without saying. A. Word. I guess you dont need common sense, courtesy or respect to work here!
