Very professional and honest. I recently bought an older high-mileage vehicle in a private-party sale, and I thought it needed new brakes. Adan did a test drive and thorough inspection and told me no work was needed. No charge for the diagnostics. I could not be more impressed or more pleased.

It wasn’t exactly AC, it was the blower. But Luis and Adan seem to be the mechanics I’m looking for. It’s hard to find reliable, fair, and fast mechanics out there. I appreciate the urgency they apply to their customers cars. It means a lot.

Very busy location, very little to no parking so it makes it difficult to drop off your car. When checking my car in I rang their desk bell several times but the receptionist was too busy talking in the back that I waited maybe 5-10 minutes before being attended. I will say she was very nice and helpful once she decided to come attend me.

I called October 8th for an appointment. I scheduled for 330pm. She said I can bring it in early. I called today to confirm, he said they close at two and my appointment is at twelve. Although I have the time, I don’t want my car worked on by a company that is supposedly well known, but incompetent. I told him I’ll take my business and money elsewhere.

You have good deals on the oil change which is what I got. The female in the front that charges you it is very very polite. The staff is very very polite. only thing is since is the pandemic would have been nice if they would have put their mass when they enter the car or put some plastic seat covers. other places like Sears when I get my oil change they put elastic seat cover and plastic for the steering wheel and they have their masking when they into your car.took my 3 times in 4 weeks and still could not fix problem, 8/22/21 as Im posting. So car got And now in the wheel after we receive the car that they could not fix until the certificate to the dealer and still charge for the diagnostic which they still couldnt pinpoint the problem told them about the nail that came from there as soon as you went out they said take it on Tuesday cuz theyre busy. I went in because of a noise my car was making, and other repairs. Luis replaced the motor mount and did an oil change at a reasonable price. The motor mount wasn’t the noise I went in to get checked on, it was something I had planned to change either way. He was very helpful and straight to the point. He kept my car for two days to try to find the whistling noise and although he didn’t find/hear it, I will still return to him once I find what situations make the noise.

I left here with (good) tears in my eyes because I was so satisfied with my experience. A service that costed more than double elsewhere (A/C Recharge) was more than fairly priced, took very little time, and was done well and thoroughly. The employees were kind, helpful and communicative, and their quality of work was top notch. I drove from Burbank just to go to this location - one of few in LA. I will gladly do it again.

Waited twice as long as I was told i would wait which made me feel they overbooked or took people in without appointments. The waiting area and restroom were very dirty, they hadn’t been cleaned for days and especially with covid, it’s not good.

I called 3 days ago and spoke to Luis. He gave me an awesome price quote for brakes, rotors, and oil change. I showed up yesterday and was greeted with great customer service. They did the work for the quoted price in a timely manner. Literally saved $200 compared to all the other places I spoke to, and came with a 1yr/12mi warrantee. Total no-brainer, I will be returning.

I went to get my yearly car inspection for Uber they were professional, friendly, quick and the price was very fair. Next year when I need my annual Inspection I will go back as well and start getting my oil changes there also.

Came in because my car air conditioner wasnt working. The gentleman looked at and fixed it on the spot. He was able to diagnose it quickly and luckily he able to fix the problem. Most definitely recommend!!

When stopping by two different shops (Pep Boys and Tune-up Masters) to get an oil change for my Honda Civic, one place said their oil receptacles were full and couldnt perform the change. The next place said they were out to lunch until 3PM. I nearly gave up for the day.I returned home around 1:30PM from my errands and googled, then Meineke popped up right near home. I made an appointment and when I got there I received service within minutes. Their price for my oil change was half of what the others were charging for a synthetic blend; I was very pleased.The mechanic working on my car was very informative with some additional repairs I was interested in doing. He reccomended the best fit for doing selected repairs on an older vehicle. He really took the time and was super helpful. Meineke is highly recommended.

They tried over charging me for brakes and rotors. I went some where else and paid less than half of what they told me. Lol

My car was making a heavy grinding noise and all the other shops I took it to would not even help me giving me excuses by telling me to come bring it back tomorrow or some other excuse. On a Friday I make an online appointment for 3 p.m. Saturday and they knew I was getting a tune-up. I get there at 3 p.m. on Saturday and they say they wouldnt be able to do it and that the website doesnt communicate with the shop. I could have gone somewhere else earlier in the morning. Now what do I do? My only day off is shot. Very unprofessional.

Theyre not professional and did not doing their job properly. You dont know what theyre using the oil or & theyre not Checking your Engine at all. Im not happy with the service and Ill never go again.

These guys noticed a calcium residue underneath the car, when there was no leak, and still identified that my water pump had to be replaced! And thank goodness for you guys! First few times it was a great experience, then it turned bad quickly. I first went with my car and then referred 3 family members. They each had pleasant experience, but lately, my dad took his SUV in there, and they didnt change the oil correctly and it was leaking, then my wife took in her car, they scratched it in the parking lot! They also didnt have it ready for 3 hrs after they said it would be done. They also didnt top off fluids and car is low on coolant. Unfortunately I cant recommend this place anymore.
