Im always happy with staterbrothers, they always ways have great quality!!! The prices though are through the roof!!! Especially since the virus got here!!!!!!!!Ok but for my wife and I its the only market within walking distance.

I go shopping here because of convenience other stores are more than 5 mi more from where I live. On several occasions Ive seen the guy getting the baskets from the parking lot he carries a cleaner with him. But does not spray anything. Covid-19 is not over. Yeah these kids look like theyre only 20 years old they dont know better

They need to train their baggers at the register better. I bring 3 bags with me, But for some reason they only want to use 2 .bags. And some of them get very heavy for me. So I have to ask them, to distribute the weight better. That extra bag is not doing anything at the moment.Sometimes they wanted to put 2 milk and one Orange juice and 1 bag. Give me a break.

They are all so helpful and friendly. The service deli and meat departments are always so helpful. Everyone one there is always ready to help. I really appreciate you guys

Such genuinely nice employees. They get your cart from you in the parking lot and sanitize it and everyone I talked to in the store was so friendly. A refreshing stop and delight to shop for grocery among these exemplary employees. I was even wished a happy Mother’s Day

The customer service is always TERRIBLE here I hate it here!!! The girl at the deli serves 2 people. Then tells me to hold on a minute and then takes 15 minutes without saying anything!! Screw this Stater bros Im never coming back to this sorry store

I’ve been going to the stater brothers in Monclair pretty much my whole life. And have had some hiccups there. But 9 times out of 10 they always come through for me and everybody’s really gracious. They had to go look at the camera to see where I left my Dr Pepper ?? that was in my car lol !! So I really appreciate these essential workers that have been working since the very beginning of all this. So a special Thank you to my Stater Bros. In Montclair For doing such a great job and hanging in there and dealing with all us cuckoo customers. God Bless

Good deals. Good for and veggie quality. Poor customer service though. They never have enough open lanes so the lines can be a bit crazy.

It was well maintained and I saw everything in stock !I had a quick shop to make some pasta and I found all the items that I was looking for here.It was a one stop shopping.At the entrance, there was a guy who gave me a sanitized cart which I really appreciate, considering it was a sunday evening and the store was kinda full.I think the management is doing a great job here.Please keep up the good work.

The service isnt always the greatest. The staff is pretty grumpy. But the produce man is the best. Hes always happy and helpful. Staters always has what I need.

Ive never walked into a grocery store and had so many people wanting to help. Normally workers just walk past you or dont ask you anything at all. I was there early morning and the overnight stocking crew was still there working and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Very Clean and Organized store and customer service at their Deli here is top notch ! The Gal who helped me today was really nice and concerned if I had all I wanted and if I would like something else 🎯 Number two it didnt take me hardly a few minutes to get into line and out the door rolling back on my way again ! This is an older Stater Brothers and is much smaller than the markets in my area. Over all the market was clean and well stocked. I also felt safe here as I wasnt approached for change by panhandlers like I always am at the Stater Brothers in Redlands.

Usually I get good and useful service here. But today, I asked (3) different young employees What aisle is the Sauerkraut? NONE of them knew. The cashier gave me misinformation, the wrong location TWICE when I told her No, I dont think so. Afterward I found it. I showed each of them what it looked like. Outside, the two young men LAUGHED about it after I left. Unkool.

Sometimes I cant believe that stores still selling harmful food for people and is not just here I seeing it in other stores too! We need to be aware and careful with what we get and read label on the package Carefully!

Everyone already knows whats up with stater bros the name stater bros speaks for itself its a very high quality grocery store with the best meat products in town I mean not even Costco can compete with the prices and quality that stater bros delivers . stater bros is number 1one if u ask me and my mom and grandma would agree in heaven theres no place better than stater bros . the carne asada is the best carne asada in the whole freakin world I aint never had meat that delicious until I tried stater bros. Me and my family thank you very very much stater bros for always being the best darn store in just about the whole darn world.

First they were out of the chips I wanted. Settled for something else. Then,I guess because of the late hour, there was only 1 check stand open. Bad because there were about 9 people in line. Waited 20 minutes to pay for 3 items. Then I was going to buy some lottery tickets and the machine was not working. Damn! Not my night.

The meat department is excellent. The store is very clean and the workers helpful and nice.

The shopping carts were supposed to be cleaned and sanitized. Mine had leaves and bird feathers in it. The cashier was completely disinterested. I will never go back to this store.

Only one register open and it had about the employees manning it. Not sure what that was about, whatever. The store was mostly clean and we found what we were looking for.

Its fine. Regular super market. Word of warning. Try not to find yourself in Tiffanys line. Jesus Christ. Yap yap yap! I avoid that line at all cost.

Always been 5 stars until today. Very rude cashier named Marisol. Love all the other cashiers and feel regretful I haven’t praised them in the past on here, but I can’t overlook her performance and attitude about customers. It has to be a reflection on management for her to think she can belittle customers.

Parking lot is not big or small. Great staff. If you need to pick up some fruit or deli meats, this is the place. The produce is always fresh and they have a wide selection. Can be busy in the evenings during the weekend.

I go there weekly and love the store. Brian has checked us out several times and has been pleasant. One question to Paula who complains about Brian never saying Thank You Have you ever told him Thank You for his services.
