Target’s products are always well made. It’s fun walking down every aisle and finding things for my family and home. I don’t know what it is, but Target is just a great place to shop!

Fast service. I didnt have to wait around to pick up the order. Young lady who helped me was very kind and helpful.

Purchased carpet shampoo online. Picked it up from Montclair store. Next day I discovered the seal was pushed in and some of the contents was missing.

Nice location close to college town. Good variety. Not one of those super targets though, and amount of stuff you see is limited.

Bad experience, curb side pick up took longer than usual. Guest services told they don’t know where my items are. Bad customer services, not respectful employees, very sad experience for a company. I love target but would not recommend this one. I got told, I can go shop for my items after driving here for my pick up order then getting told, they don’t know where my purchased items are, which shipping for my items defeats the purpose of having ordered curbside pick up and waiting hours for it. I still can’t believe this happened and mainly can’t believe I got spoken to like this by guest services as if they did not care to properly fix the situation. Shocked!

Great store for last minute purchases. The store is clean, very well organized and the staff is friendly and courteous. I go in for cat food and love the variety they have. I always find what I need. Thanks.

Well I like this target and all by something got me really mad. I have been going to this target for over 2 months in search for transformers toys and on one day in august I went and they told me a shipment of transformers toys were coming on the next day. So I went on the next day. Guess what. Nothing. So I asked someone and they said they were locked in a truck or something like that and to keep coming. So I kept coming for a long time and they kept putting excuses that they have it but the can’t get it. Or another excuse was they don’t have it. Until barley on September 24 2021 I saw that they were barely put on the shelves but not even organized. But maybe the disorganization was due to some customers. But the point is that are so lazy and barely put them up to this day. Absolute shambles. So I am leaving a bad review on the staff for not acting quick. If you are looking fo something else they might have it but my experience was not good.

I’ve been utilizing the drive up option when going to Target lately because I’m a busy busy mom and the store never disappoints. 9 times out of 10 they bring my order to me as soon as i tell them I’m there. It’s so convenient. When i do go in the store it’s always really clean and everything is easy to find. I love my local Target in Montclair!

Im giving the Montclair Target store two stars they have really poor phone service they never answer as well as electronics waited almost 40 minutes for an assistance had to come all the way to the front to talk to a manager and he couldnt help me he told me the gentleman was at a lunch break which means the store goes on holdno sales !!!!🤬 Then finally when gentleman arrived he could not help me because they dont have the stuff thats on their website it has to be a two-day special order I might as well shop at Amazon!! wont come back😤

I am not a type of person to complain, but I was very upset leaving the store yesterday. I was looking for a particular product which I could see on the Target app that said it was in stock. I went ahead and made my way to where it was located and I found nothing. I then asked a team member that was nearby and she checked on her phone and said the item was on the back. She told me that she could not leave the floor to which I responded to her saying not to worry about it, I could ask someone else. I went to guest services where I encountered Larry. He’s been working there for years ever since I can remember going to Target so I figured he would be able to help me. He let me know that they were out of stock and did not have any in the back. He offered me to go to a target nearby where they could possibly have it in stock. I went back to where I found the other team member that helped me minutes before and let her know what he had said to me. She went to the back to check on the item for me and let me know they had a new box full of the items I was looking for. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because Ana was very sweet and helpful. Larry on the other hand that I know is upper management seeing as he’s been working there for years was very unhelpful. How can you claim not to have something in the back without checking first? How is it possible that someone who has been working there less time was able to treat me better than somebody who has been working there forever. The store was not at all busy so I really don’t know why he couldn’t take 3 minutes (which is what Ana took) to find the product I needed. If you don’t like your job or don’t feel like doing it then why even work there?

They are always out of stock on popular products so it takes too much time for nothing. Plus the employees harass you to leave instead of trying to help you find what you need. They literally follow you to the check out repeatedly saying theyre going to close the registers. Then when you get to the registers theres a long line which takes 20 min to check out

I got what I needed and it was fast. I’m very happy with the ability to pick groceries and pick up in a fast manner. Pick up is also very fast.

I always enjoy coming here, everything I am looking for I always find.

Giselle was extremely helpful and provided by far the best service. Not only is she very knowledgeable, but she also makes sure that I, the customer, leave the store with a smile on my face every time. She is absolutely superb whilst displaying the best etiquette, not to mention stunning!

I was able to easily order on line items, knowing what I wanted was in stock and at a sale price.

Searched everywhere for a kids bike. Walked inside this target multiple times. Checked other stores no one had bikes already assembled. Finally found a bike at target for my son, website mentioned they assembled bikes. Welp here I am with a bike inside the box and when i called and to inquire I was told they only assemble young adult bikes??? Like really youd think it would be the other way around. Now Im going crazy trying to find a location that will assemble the bike for a decent price. Ive already been told $50-$60 which is outrageous. Will be rethink rather I continue to shop at target in general.

The best only place I get what I always need .......

Everything is easy to find, store is clean, following covid CDC guidelines. If youre trying to avoid going in the store you can always use the app its super easy to use and it has a drive up option. I usually order pick up in store cause half the time I forgot to add something to an order that was already completed for pick up. Their staff is friendly and despite the holiday season their lines are short and self check out is always available.

Im a Target shopper so Im always aware of the service and product availability.

So far, I have had only good experiences here. I will usually pass up a Walmart just to come here because the lines move quickly, people arent trying to run you over with pallet jacks through out the day.

I visited Montclair Target yesterday on a Thursday and I must say thank Target for a clean restroom. Ive been to other Targets where the restrooms was a mess.

Basically target like any other one. Not a fan of promoting the pride logo for young childrens clothing and accessories but thats not my place of business and not my choice.

Don’t normally review markets but since the COVID-19 pandemic, have only been able to visit these essential places. Wanted to give some information about the Drive up experience and going into the store.I have been coming here to get essentials and it is great to see that they have someone wiping down the carts so I wouldn’t have to do it myself.It’s nice to know, even though they don’t have the biggest grocery section compared to a actual grocery supermarket, they carry a ton of food alternatives, like Oatly(they sell out fast) Beyond Meat, and pretty much the essentials you may need.For Drive-Up it is super easy for you to order anything. I would recommend this over pick-up. All you need to do is order what you want, then select drive up. When you start driving you select “im on my way.” It will ask you about sharing your location, I would select “share this one time” as I found this makes it even faster for them to bring out your item as soon as you arrive. Once you arrive you just park next to these designated Drive Up section of the parking lot, and a team member will bring the item out to you. (Note that if you share your location, you do not need to click a button that says “I am here” )One thing to note is that they have recently added a $1 charge in case you are going to be keeping the bags in California, in order to avoid paying more you can just bring your own bags and tell them you don’t need the bags.In general I would recommend going here as it is safe and easy to get the things you need. Still thinking about how smart it was for stores like Target and Walmart to start having a grocery section. I just hope these will still count towards my credit card rewards as “American Grocery Stores”

Convenience was a key decision. I was not looking forward to going into a huge store and find these large, heavy items which are usually locate in the far corner. Since I knew exactly what I wanted, and didnt want to take any more time than absolutely necessary after a long day at work, this was the perfect solution! I will definitely utilize this shopping method again.

This is a slightly larger than average Target. The selection proportions are different compared to the one in diamond bar. But in the end I found 95% of what I was looking for, but in terms of household cleaning, furniture, goods, it is slightly lacking. The beauty section looked larger than average. The food is about average. Liquor is slightly above average.Service was friendly.Lines moved well.Parking lot is busy.Convenient location.

Customer service at the Target in Montclair was terrible. I felt as if I was at Walmart. Employee was rude, not helpful, left me at the checkout counter for about 15 minutes. I will not return to that specific target!

By far the nicest well stocked Target Ive ever visited. Everything is in its place even during after Christmas sales. Dressing rooms are very well maintained. I look forward to coming here again!

Target is a one stop shop I can buy everything from pharmacy items to clothing to food. Its nice to know there is a place that I love to visit where I can get everything I need in one trip. I can even see the eye doctor it is great!

Place says it opens at 8 yet only allows certain people to shop due to covid..maybe put that on the site? And not turn away multiple people trying to buy from you. Watched over 40 people get turned away this morning. And 2 elderly let in. Basically turning your customers over to businesses that want their business

This Target observes all state guidelines to prevent the covid virus spread. I as an older guest I appreciate that prevention.

I like coming here. Place is organized. I now go to pick up orders, saves you the hassle.

Target is one stop shop. I like to going to this location to get anything. But for some reason this location always ran out of stock. Last time i needed silk brand soy milk, they only have one. I asked the employee to get me more from inside. They said they out of stock.This is not first time. Happend too many times.And another time i need some so delicious brand coconut milk. Same thing out of stock.Others location never ran out stock like that. Once probably yes but not multiple times.This location just need to improve in that.Other than that they great.

Never have a wide variety in their store realy (Low Valum) in things to buy.

The employees were being careful, they made sure everything was clean after each customer used the self checkout and when they paid at the regular registers.

A Target employee near the cash registers looked up where I could find the BIC multi-purpose lighter that I had found online. He told me it was way in the back at E54. He was correct and I found it quickly so I looked around and bought a toaster and a box fan also. The check-out cashier was also amazing helping me to check out quickly and easily. Customer service was gold-stars at Target, I was surprised how nice they all were.

The most ghetto target I ever been to. Customer service is trash. I can’t believe the employees at Walmart on mountain are nicer than these target employees.

Target...Well they are still doing business throughout this pandemic. Product on the shelves has been pretty thin at times but all business has been affected by shortages of one thing or another especially at the store retail level where you can actually see what is not offered or is sold very quickly when there is stock. Please do not get me started with online ordering and shipping. Like I stated ALL businesses are having difficulty. Okay Im done.I happen to like Target and have shopped there since....I care to recall, lol. The Target stores, at least in SoCal, all went through a major makeover and rebranding the last few years and I like what they did for the most part. Well organized, clean, competitive prices on a good many items, and what I have liked all along was the attention to customer service which and imparting that to the employees that you interact with at the retail level. I have always been treated with courtesy no matter the interaction. When the wheels of commerce are again back up to speed I expect Target to be back up to speed as well and I will still be shopping there. GWATRDR.

Who doesnt love Target? Except when grocery shopping which I do a bulk of at Target because of their great prices. The problem is that no matter what time of day or night I go the shelves are always empty! Saturday mornings? Shelves are empty and in the process of being stocked. Late evenings? Empty shelves and nothing being stocked. Searching for an employee to check back stock? As scarce as the stock supply. And very rarely do they have the basic items Ive needed in the stock room. Which I think might actually be a marketing ploy to get me to come back because I always do! Its an endless cycle of always having to come back for something I need but didnt get the last time. Ugh. See you in a few days Target.

I feel like this target is a hit or miss. Over all, the workers have been friendly and very helpful. During the summer I bought a patio set that was on the floor and asked for a discount since its been used and they were more than happy to give me a discount. They also helped me load it up to the front and offered to help to my car. They are remodeling at the moment and its turning out nice just have to be patient.

The store is clean. I can find all the things I need and always find things that are super cute. They have Drive Up service. If you haven’t tried it you really should. It saves me so much time!

This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST STOCKED TARGET I have ever seen there are so many empty shelves I have on several occasions looked up things on the Target app only to get to the store and nothing on that aisle.The management needs to do a better job of knowing what is going on in the store there is no excuse to have so many items missing off the shelves. I would give a 1 star but on occasion I have found items that I need

Horrible customer service and dirty looks from employees. Target no longer trains employees to ask customers if they need help. They will literally walk right by you while having conversations with their coworkers even if they can tell you can’t find your items. Really bad service, period.

As an avid Target shopper, I pride myself on all things TARGET! But I must say when it comes to service, the Montclair target on Central is has the best! The staff there is super attentive and helpful! From electronics to guest services, just every department is helpful and happy! I’m so grateful to be able to shop there all the time!!!

The $150 ottoman we picked up ended up being cracked. It was such a pain to get it home we decided it wasnt worth the effort to get it replaced.Especially with the blank stare of the cashier we encountered, definitely didnt want to go back. I asked her several basic questions and she stood there like a zombie without responding.I would have given one star if I had not been able to pick up all the essentials I needed for my new move.

I would like to know if Target is going out of business. The Montclair and Upland stores look empty. The cold boxes look empty as well. For the last 3 months it has been like this. Have the stores changed managers?

I came shopping 10/19/18 and during check out Andrew was very helpful. He was very thoughtful with how he put the clothes together for me to carry out since I had forgot my bags in the car. He even put my items in my cart. Thank you

This is a very standard Target. I think they added a Starbucks recently and that is a big plus in a store like this. Usually I go do my Target Run during my lunch break and there are rarely any lines here at this time. Overall I cant really say anything special about this Target, but i also cant say anything overly negative.

Closest Target to my house. I visit here often. They check you out fast. Carts are always available. Customer service is great. Parking a little difficult. I Dont like that sometimes the homeless are outside asking for money. I think its the managers duty to move them aling. It doesnt feel safe at night with them out there

Every time it’s back to school sale or any kind of holiday, target always has the cheaper prices. Also it’s brand is the same as the brand they’re trying to mimic and it’s at a cheaper price too.

Pickup order was fast and especially during xmas time. It was the only line that was moving. Got exactly what I wanted and was out of store quickly.

This Target is the most poorly stocked Target that I have ever had the displeasure to go to. Most items are constantly out of stock, whether its toys, food, drinks, games, clothers, etc. The staff is nice but if you need something then make this place your last option.

I just moved into the area and went to this Target location once & over all my experience was good except, when we got into the fitting room area. I went in to try some items as my husband waited for me and I could overhear him asking for help looking into some items and there was a young lady that was trying to help him but the lady that was in the reception area in fitting room was being a little grouchy about the lady helping him with the items. She seemed more upset about the other young lady trying to help instead of actually helping herself. Which eventually blew us off and decided to finish out shopping. that was our only flaw with the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
