I ordered a phone for my brother a month ago and long story short the order got lost and Verizon never delivered this phone or did anything to figure out why it was lost. In fact their best solution (after I pressured customer service on 5 separate occasions) was to cancel the order and make me drive to an in-store location. This store told me they were unable to do anything to help because theyre an in-store location and these stores differ from corporate Verizon. I found out today from a customer service rep that this store is a corporate store and they had all the resources to help. They just chose not to.

Tried calling multiple times and I never get an answer. I just end up waiting forever. Its bad enough that they have a stupid line of communication service and it takes like 5 minutes just to try and contact someone. Then you have to wait over a half hr to still not have anybody pick-up. I guess I just have to go in to ask a simple question.

Customer service sucks didn’t even help me because they were to busy talking with customers after they purchased already by that time the store closed. I was waiting for an hour for nothing and lady in the front is really rude. This store has always been bad but now it’s just horrible go to the Ontario one if you guys need anything.

Frankly theyre lucky to be getting a single star I walked in with after having great difficulty transferring data from an iPhone 6 to a new LG v20 every time I typed in asking for information on applications I didnt get anything but iPhone applications that wouldnt work not once did I run into anything called content transfer for iPhone to Android . in the store service rep was only willing to put piece of paper in my hand would not even actually assist me in the transfer did everything he could to not get involved other than handing me a piece of paper then told me that Verizon cloud is essentially useless and I should be doing any backups using Google applications so apparently Verizon is next to useless as far as backing up my data because the only thing they had was a contact list from two and a half years ago so its never been updating since I got the iPhone

They refused to place the screen protector on after I purchased it, saying it was too hard. Instead of being professional, the teenager who helped me, did not make eye contact with me, but instead made eye contact with my boyfriend . . . I was the one making the purchase. That employee needs some training on how to be respectful and more helpful to all genders. He was also smacking his gum in our face.

My husband and I went last night on 12/21/19, to upgrade my iPhone. Johan one of the Solution Specialist was the one that did our upgrade. This Specialist was so unprofessional and rude. We asked him to help us transfer our information from my old phone to the new iPhone and he refused to. His responses were very rudely and sarcastic in every question we would ask him. I think they should retrain him in how to have good customer service!!

Went in for the iPhone XS, a little mis communication occurred but Ivan was an amazing, respectful, down to earth representative. Thanks to Ivan, I was able to leave with my device of choice. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this store truly cares, and if they made a mistake, talk it out with them. They were more than willing to make everything right

Im normally not one to post reviews unless their service is really bad, and here is definitely the case. I was there for a good 20 mins, waiting to get helped. I was going there to buy a new phone and the workers were instead talking about their social life and more focused on changing the music than on helping me. There were about 5 or 6 workers doing absolutely nothing. Worst customer service Ive ever received at a Verizon location.

Secondly, I think certain people there can work on their customer service by following his example. Lastly, the accessories are over priced and you can buy them for cheaper from Amazon.

Was saying I could not use a device because it was tied to another account and then in the end they found out it wasnt until I made them.call customer service. Horrible horrible service. Hi. I been to this store yesterday. I was really angry about what happened. I try to change my phone plan to unlimited high speed internet. The store worker said need check my ID than can help me. I used this phone number for many years. The system show the name is different with my first name. I don’t know what’s going on. The worker here is rude all time. The clerk was impatient all time. I don’t know that’s because I’m Asian or what? I stay with Verizon for many years. But it is time to switch to T-Mobile or Att. Really sad. Bye.

My boyfriend and I went to our bill on Nov. 15th 2019 and we wanted to upgrade our phone. The girl who “helped” us did not tell us about any promotions or about trading in our phones. We asked how much it would cost to upgrade one phone and she told us $280 and we were very confused because it’s never cost that much before. We went to a different Verizon and someone told us that the price she gave us was our bill. I don’t know if this girl was new or just didn’t care to help, but i will never go back to this Verizon again. Y’all need to get it together and actually train your people to help the customers.

Now I have to go to another store to get what I bought to work. Not all corporate Verizon store are the same I been told. Very inconvenient

I stopped by Verizon today to look at phones and tablets. I walked in the store with my family and not a word from any sales person....and it wasnt busy at all. I started to look at phones on my own and a sales person asked if he could show the phone, that was in my hand, to a another customer. I said sure....when Im done looking at it. Terrible service...not friendly at all until youre at the register ready to pay for something. I ended up leaving and going to Best Buy to buy my tablet.....great service there.

I dont remember his name exactly but it was something like Hanzi or Hasani, a very uncommon name, had no idea what he was talking about, had a bad attitude since the beginning, its like he was just trying to get rid of us, he gave us short answers. He told my husband our bill would be $220 a month even after paying the remainder of the due amount on our phones, we just received a bill charging us $190. His demeanor was unwelcoming. I understand, we as humans have everyday problems but we shouldnt take them to work.

Came in about a 30 days ago, i upgraded one line and i opened a new line as well. they didnt tell me i had to get the most up to date phone in order to be eligible to upgrade once 50% was paid. so now Im stuck having to pay this crappy phone off. i was also told my verizon customer service TWICE, that i met the criteria to exchange my device within 45 days. the customer service rep even made a note of it on my account. so i took some extra time off work to get the /return exchange asap and they didnt want to help me at all. both this store, AND verizon customer service screwed me over. they will give you false information to get you off the phone. and the store employees wont tell you important info so they can make the sale. Im now looking into switching carriers.

Im not sure why theres all bad reviews. But right when I walked through the door I was greeted, 5 minutes later I was getting helped. The associate Javier was extremely helpful. Im very indecisive, and he was able to help me with a good attitude no questions asked. He also HOOKED it UP when it came down to the bill. He threw in some extras and gave me a bomb price!! Ill definitely come here for all my future questions for Verizon.

They just want to push you out the door. Did not want to set up my new phones, wrote the number to call for porting numbers on the box of the phones. Told me since the phones were purchased online, that they could not help set anything up for me. Almost got ripped out of the purchase deal because of them. Luckily, Verizon customer support was able to remedy the situation, not the store. Scumbags work there, and scumbags never change.

Tried to come in for a question but the guy that we first spoke to was very rude with a condescending attitude. I wasnt even finished with my question yet and he just assumed he knew what I was about to ask without even listening to me or trying to be helpful. Terrible customer service. Ive relocated from LA and have been here in Upland for about 3 days. Ive come across some of the worse customer service ever. I truly thought LA was getting bad. To have people just up right ignore you truly sucks. I hoped to find some sanctuary from a cell phone provider Ive had since high school. Thought their customer service might be a little more standardized but I was unfortunately mistaken. Walked in to this location. Its set up differently from the stores Im use to. So I wondered around looking for some assistance. Seemed like most employees didnt want to look up at me from their own phone. I was able to flag down a young gentleman (who was polite), but he could only point me to where I could check in. The guy handling that just avoided me. People clearly came after me. I standing right behind the person he finished talking to but he avoided eye contact turned to his left and starting helping a couple that just walked up. I will never come back here. I pay way too much a month to be treated like that. Simple customers service is not too much to ask for. If you have someone greeting and signing people in. Train them properly in handling multiple customers. Customers should feel welcomed not outcasted.

Went in last week to upgrade my data! The girl(think was a manager) was outside the store on her phone, she came in asked me to wait for someone to help me, then went back outside the store to continue her conversation. About 10 minutes or so she came back in and told another employee to help me. After I did what I came In for, I was walking out and sure enough she was outside the phone again! Bad management and service!

Worst VZW experience, because of the customer service I received from this store I am switching carriers in January. Visited store on cyber Monday, store manager told me wait time was about 25 minutes. An hour and a half and twice skipped later got to talk to someone to not even be helped properly. I got out of the store by 2140 which did not allow me to take advantage of BestBuys cyber Monday phone deal. Which I guess was a good thing because it allows me to switch carriers in January and not be committed for another 2 years.

Horrrrrrible customer service. Was told I was getting hooked up and I specifically said I did NOT want a payment plan for a phone and would pay it off. I was led to the Motorola Droid Z Force. If youre used to Samsung or high-end brands, dont waste your money on this phone. Anyways, I will never go back here. Was told I could upgrade my accessory of the month for $70, later to find out I actually was charged $179. I was told a phone cover and screen protector of my choice would be free, I ended up being charged for that as well. The receipt is not a detailed receipt so I didnt know until I later I had a different rep look over my account, only to tell me I had not made any payments towards the phone I got. I got ahold of the store and was told I was charged $613 and some cents for accessories. Are you kidding me?! So a customer service rep was on the line and asked the female on the phone if there was any promotions going on and she said no. I will not be going back to this store again, even when I went to get a refund I was given poor customer service. Obviously customer service isnt a big deal here..I will admit the girl who did I return, I believe her name was Sarah, she got the return handled and had me on my way..wasnt rude at all. So props for having one rep there who knows what customer service is about.

These guys are really good at what they do! They listen to what you need and set you up right! High definition is wayyyy better then the local cable companies and they have the fastest internet available, up to 500 mbps! Great Service guys, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service!

Dwight, the manager, tried to sell me a hundred dollars worth of stuff I didnt need or want. When I went back the next day, he walked me outside the store so no one would hear, and wouldnt take the junk back that was sold to me the day before (I was told the day before it was a bundled package and part of the phone cost). These people lie, and when called on it, he put my stuff on the floor and walked away. Verizon really needs a hundred dollars that badly?Dwight is a rude, argumentative child.
