This review is soley based on buying a used car. Its been about a year since I bought my car from here. When I first came to look at the car the price was $4000 more than what they had it listed online. Such a disappointment they would, really colors peoples impression when they basically lie about the price online and ends up being something else in person.I really wanted the car and seeing how I drove down 6 hours to look at it, I negotiated the price down a bit until I was happy with the price point to purchase. I drove it all the way back home (6 hours) to find out that the tail lights werent turning on at all. The fact that that this slipped their inspection was not very assuring of my recent purchase. It took me 4-5 days of calling to finally have someone talk to me about what they could do.I had to drive back down for one day for them to fix it and then drive back up.Honestly, a terrible experience overall purchasing a used car. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me not so much.Be sure to check their actual prices by calling ahead and self inspect any used cars your buying extremely close!

I went to look at cars yesterday on my own and was planning to purchase one. However, I was met with fast-speaking, self-centered rudeness. As a doctoral student who studies psychology, I must say that there was little, if any, attunement. Possible buyers should never leave a place crying. Please do not create a power dynamic between you and those seeking to buy cars from you where you are unable to hear no and attempt to force your sale onto people. It is inappropriate. Slow your rate of speech to match your clients, use active listening, and hold space with patience and kindness. We are not all the same people walking through your door, and you need to understand this.
I just repaired a rear-view mirror, and I need them to take photos of the insurance company. I haven’t repaired it after 4 days, and I won’t give replacement vehicles.
