We moved from our house after 20 years. We needed storage and the people at Storage Court on Tye street in Monroe were amazing.We especially want to take time to appreciate Lisa B. the associate manager. She was so kind. We are in our 80’s and so things take us more time. She went above and beyond walking us to the storage units and taking her time to explain all the details. The units were clean, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient. We stored for about 9 months in between moves. We were very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who would like a great storage experience. Thank you Lisa and Storage Court in Monroe on Tye street.

A great storage company. Very friendly staff and a clean facility. Everything is on the ground level so no stairs or elevator which is awesome for heavy items.I had my stuff here for about 20 months with zero problems. Zero pest problems. No moisture problems since everything is heated.The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

Storage Court in Monroe has been a great experience for us for the past 9 years. We stored our RV there and because of the excellent security, never had a problem. The entire space is kept immaculately clean (perhaps I could talk them into coming over to take a look at my garage). The staff, Lisa and Bethany in particular, have always been very helpful in helping us resolve the few issues that came up. The other tenets were always friendly and pleasant to meet. We highly recommend Storage Court as a great place to store whatever needs storing.

Lisa is amazing at her job she made it so easy to get set up I had to move at the beginning of the pandemic which was stressful as is. I also felt very safe keeping my belongings here when I forgot my code lisa asked all the right questions to confirm it was me. If I ever need a storage unit again I will definitely choose here.

I have been renting a few units for several years. When I was hit with a family emergency, Lisa was very helpful when I needed an additional unit. Anytime I am on the property, Lisa and the other staff always say hello. It really feels like they care. My mom saw how great I was treated and she is now renting a unit as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rented a unit for roughly a year and have 0 complaints. The unit and facility was very clean, secure and easy to navigate. The staff were/are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. Would recommend Storage Court to anyone.

I was in a pickle and needed a unit on the quick. Lisa and Bethany took care of everything and got me a unit the same day at an awesome price. Getting evicted in times like these in this area are no bueno. so it was a blessing that the staff here took care of me and helped me save in the process. It was nice to have a small win in all this. I LOVE THEM! Ive actually rented from them a couple of times, they are truly the best. They are always up front and straight across the board with you! Theyve never bumped up fees, or added extra things, they understand and work with you with full understanding of people struggling and falling on hard times. My favorite thing is that they dont treat you like a customer or a wallet, they actually take the time to welcome you and get to know you by name and face and treat you like family. As long as you are open and honest with them, they will treat you the very best! I adore all the lovely ladies that work here and theyve made my ease of transitions so simple, AND ITS ACTUALLY AFFORDABLE. Prime storage place. Will referr them to anyone and everyone!

Nice facility. Seems pretty new and the units are clean. Just moved out after having a large unit there for a year and our stuff is all fine including some fancy furniture. No mold or weird smells or spiders or anything. Access is easy, location good, prices reasonable. Staff super friendly too. Will go back to them if I need another unit at any point.

Awesome staff that will answer any questions you have and help you with any storage needs quickly. Their facility is well kept and very clean. Prices are reasonable. This is a great place to rent a storage unit. Definitely will be going back here everytime.

IT WAS REAL INTERESTING WALKING BY SEEING A COUPLE VEHICLES PULL IN THE DRIVE AND PULL OUT FOR NO PATICULAR REASON. THEN A SILVER SUV ENTERED. AFTER THAT AN ADD CAME UP ON MY PHONE READING TRUST THE PROS. HMM!

The property is always clean when I am there. I havent had any interaction with staff since its my husbands unit. I work for a major storage competitor and I am jealous of how well run this property is. Keep up the good work!

I have had one or two storage areas @ Van Gard of Monroe for the last 5 years. They are always friendly, kind, efficient customer service reps. The facility is very reasonably priced, clean & very accessible. I have and would highly recommend this facility to ALL of my friends & family!!!! Thank you for all the years of great service!!!

Our experience at Storage Court in Monroe was nothing short of exceptional. Lisa was so knowledgeable and friendly. We used the facility for a short period of time while moving to the Snohomish area and will absolutey use them again for any storage needs we have in the future. We were treated with tremendous respect, genuinely welcomed to the area, and given service that was above and beyond what you would expect. The unit was clean and secure, and the grounds were very well maintained. It was a fantastic experience!

Great place.

Ok as far as a storage facility, rent has increased twice in the last 5 years. Touchpad for access is set in a manner tht makes it difficult to reach without unseat belting and opening the door. I thought this was climate control but the last time I went (early 12/2018) I found it to be colder in the facility than outside. It is kept very clean and if you have an inside spot they supply large roll carts to assist in getting items to and from. Bathroom on site.

Rented a spot to store my RV. Slick security - Ive never been nervous about anyone getting into my RV and renting a spot was super easy.

Friendly, helpful staff and great customer service

This storage unit company is HORRIBLE. We had our storage unit with them for almost 3 years. My husband got sent off for training in the Army sooner than we hoped and did NOT have time to move our unit to the state we reside in. After his 3 month training we came up to WA to move our unit on the 5th of October 2017 and informed them his orders are in another state. They couldn’t be bothered to even credit us 3/4 or even HALF the month with him having MILITARY ORDERS. They’re NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY OR SUPPORTIVE. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Our other storage unit company WAS MILITARY SUPPORTIVE and credited us THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER EVEN IN THE 5th of the month!!!! This shady company informed us “We cannot credit an amount that has already be charged” which it’s amazing how OTHER companies will for MILITARY FAMILIES!

While renting a unit at Storage Court Monroe my experience was uneventful. Their rules are very strict but I imagine that is standard. However when I decided to end my rental with them I abided by their rules of giving notice by the 10th of the month and vacating by the 31st (which I actually did on the 28th).It was to my surprise and dismay that I was charged for the following month even though I had ended my rental agreement. I called to complain and was told they could not issue me a refund because paperwork had to be sent to the coorporate office and may take up to two weeks. I was very unhappy because of a leaner month due to time off during the holidays.Two weeks passed and I still had not received my check so I called again. They said they would check into the matter.....I heard nothing. One more week and I called again only be be given a similar answer. Another week passed, another phone call, nothing.....This business has failed on all levels; first they did not end my billing when I vacated my rental, then they did not refund me the money, then they did not refund me when they said they would, then I was not given good service with my follow up calls.Beware!!!!!!
