I had a great experience! Debanny E. was always there to answers my questions and help me. She made leaving all my belongings easier and knowing I had her to call made it easier on me too. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Thank you for all you did. We would use SecureCare again, and again!!!

They mean what they say secured great place to store your things while on the go. they even have parking for rvs etc.

They don’t tell you ahead of time that you have to have the insurance by the time you check out you’re wondering why it’s so high they add on different fees and they do not say that you have to buy a lot from them or what type of lock you need before you purchase the unit other than that it’s pretty cool that you got a put Code in and go through the gate

My Father passed away he has his stuff here. When he passed away his insurance that was bought for storage was suppose to cover everything. My mother called and talked to them they said all she needs is a death certificate to gain access to his unit for us to get stuff out. Well she brought it up there they said it wasn’t good enough so we got more paper work we took it up there now they are saying we owe money to get his stuff out when the insurance is suppose to cover it. They already cut his lock off and going to Auction his stuff off. There was a woman and a big man in there they were both rude as they can get out of. I don’t recommend this place at all! I have a unit with 10 federal and they are cheaper and has the best customer service! Y’all look out for secure they will do you dirty and don’t even show any sympathy for my fathers passing!

The manager was smart, kind, and thorough in her quick processing of my on-site application for a storage unit.

Since this place has switched to the new owners, its horrible. They cant get their billing system in check, the people at the call center are rude and cant even answer a billing question properly. I just got a new house so Im moving my stuff out ASAP but Id use somewhere else in the future. (EDIT) The ONLY redeeming quality at this place is their office manager Mary. She is BEYOND helpful, sweet, excellent costumer service skills, if they could clone her to work in the call center theyd be great lol

The lady at the office is really dry but overall she was trying to be nice. Great prices if you check online first!

Consistently went up on my rent yet never updated any equipment or offered more services and there were multiple times i went there and the gate is wide open. Real secure

They changed local management recently. Cannot reach anyone by phone or in the office. Have tried for 2 days. All I want to do is tell them that we vacated the unit. No telling how much business they are losing.Linda Smith

I just vacated 2 units. Mary Dauphin was very helpful with a few problems including a lost key - found a spare from years ago! Good clean units, well ventilated.

Vaccums are no good, better off using an house vaccum, waste of time and money!!!!

No one answers their phone when you call them to make a payment and yet they charge a fee, I dont. Know why they keeping the cost.
