I had a storage locker in Monroe, NC for almost 5 years. Upon return to move my stuff out, the facility was still very clean and well cared for. The staff have always been extremely helpful and professional. This is a business so you must be prepared for gradual increases in your monthly payment and decide when it becomes too much. Dont get mad. Its how life rolls. Thank you extra space for taking care of whats under your roof. Also, this place has impeccable security features including fire sprinklers.

I decided to get largest storage unit which I found online wirh discount. Mike Simala assistant store manager is very helpful & helped get me set up with paperwork I filled out online which was great since I was in TN at time I decided to get last one. He also helps when I have a load to unload he helps open door for me. It is not an easy task for me given my conditions & disabilities and having a large unit at front of building makes it easier plus there is always platform cart available making it so much easier. I did have 1 box that fell & was one of those decorative vinegar bottles. When I asked about me cleaning cart he said he would take care of it. Locks were provided & there is insurance plus indoors climate control us a good thing.

Mike was amazing ! I was able to get my unit reserved online . Had a quick visit with him and got the keys in less than 10 min. He showed me the facility and quickly situated . Also when I had a unexpected situation when I lost my job he was able to get me situated and out of my unit in a quick fashion as well.

Have used other self-storage facilities, and this one is by far my best experience. Chris was so helpful in providing information about options and took the time to check on my progress and offer assistance with getting things settled -- I greatly appreciated his help. Not only was the customer service excellent, but the facility was seemed very clean and well-maintained.

I used this location since it opened and loved it.But recently I was in my unit and water had leaked down from above and caused mold in my unit. I alerted the staff on duty who said I would have to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. The mold ruined our sons carseat that was stored in the unit. My issue is I paid for a climate controlled unit that should not allow mold growth from humidity and temperature. With the staffs refusal to help with anything I canceled my storage unit and moved out. This company has lost my trust. I feel bad for the next renters and anyone else this effects. This is a health concern being mold

The move-in was easy, after having been there for four months, downsizing to a smaller unit was even easier. After some of the nightmare experiences I have had with competitors, I would absolutely choose extra space… Hands-down. They have definitely earned these 5 stars!On site management has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Very friendly and helpful.

This place is great! It is safe and clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They made the process painless and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of renting a storage unit.

I rented a space here earlier this year despite this being one of the pricier options in this area. It seemed worth it at the time. Three months into the lease I receive notice that the rate is going up by 41% ($133 a month to $188)! Now I have to repeat the expense of time and effort of moving everything out and finding another place.

This is an excellent facility. It is very clean and customer friendly. The security locks are made so it’s impossible to break into units. The employee who helped me through the process of getting a storage unit was very friendly and knowledgeable. As I was renting the unit for my daughter, she explained everything I needed to know to inform my daughter how to get in with no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this storage facility.

It is always a great experience when it comes to the extra storage in Monroe. Management was polite and great with helping me find the a storage unit. The Assistant Manager showed me two units to decide which one was needed. I was looking for a climate controlled storage unit and this one was perfect and clean.

I stored stuff here for over two years. The staff were very friendly and accommodating both when I first rented my space and when I finally moved out. The facility was always clean, well lit and secure. I would recommend anyone needing a safe, well managed storage spot to use this facility.

Great place with a GREAT staff, Roxanne and Chis. Very friendly and ready to talk and assist if you need something. I was working in our storage area and Chris had given me a bottle of ice cold water. So very kind and thoughtful. Come by and see them and talk with them about storage space or boxes, anything that you need for storage.

Very clean, always professional, and climate controlled. Never ever had an issue with any staff member while we had a unit in their building. Chris in particular was extremely positive and thoughtful, always made an effort to ask how my husband was doing being that he is military. He made the experience with them such a blessing. Lowered from a 5 due to an increase in rent after only five months. A customer should expect a full year before the arbitrary increase.Facilities are clean and well maintained and I would recommend if you dont mind not knowing when you will get hit with an rent increase. I was told a yearly increase is normal but more than one is rare.Chris is always helpful and this rating is no way related to his customer service.

Nothing but good things to say about the staff.. Facility was extremely clean and quiet.. on top of all, I accidentally dropped my wallet in parking lot in from of car wash.. the lady working in the main office just happened to see it laying beside my personal truck in the front.. She actually went out and picked it up, brought it to the back of the building where we were unloading our moving truck.. my business / personal bank cards, cash, ID and more were all in my wallet!!! You saved me more stress than you even know!!!! Again, Thank you sooo much!

Tammy was great to work with and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She had everything ready for me when I got there with my movers. The facility is clean and climate controlled. There are 3 doors for access to the units. They had locks that Tammy got me setup with and other moving supplies are available. She also did a walk through and made sure my access code to the door worked. She and Kathy have both been helpful. I rented 4 units and appreciate how easy Tammy made it for me.
