Ordered 5/8 clean gravel, excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable

Ordered black beauty bark two months ago and the color has faded significantly. Called and spoke to the manager and he told me that the bark that I ordered was suppose to “age” and darken before it was available to customers. I was never told that before ordering and he said that might be the reason that it has faded so significantly. Wanted to order more and try to get some sort of discount to compensate my time and money I spent on the bark but he said there is nothing he can do. Spent almost $700 on garbage. Needs to be redone. Terrible customer service.

Been quite a few times it was always so quick! The guy working the tractor is a very pleasant man and the front desk is always so welcoming. They are always so fast friendly and very informative. They work great as a team. Definitely recommend!!

Decent prices, seem to be as good as others. Easy to schedule and good communications. Delivery was on time and an honest load. The driver put it exactly where it was supposed to go. Bonus that they are right in town, so supporting a local business. Overall a good experience from start to finish. I will be ordering from Waeco again soon.
