This store is a joke. As well as a manager.Came to buy a vacuum that was marked at $119 when came on the register it scanned $199. Two employees went and check to make sure Im not lying and found that indeed vacuum is marked as $119 but would refuse to adjust a price. They called store manager and she went and checked if it was in the correct location. When she came back she said it is in the correct location but its missing $199 sticker BS.Even if thats true price supposed to be adjusted to $119 and sticker placed. You cant rely on their pricing in this store. Do yourself a favor go to a different store.Pictures attached showing that even on the display above 2 prices $119 and $129. Stay away.

Store is set up nicely, has a decent supply of all stock. Service is very helpful, only complaint would be knowledgeable. Good store all around.

Didnt find the headlamp I was looking for even though I had a screenshot of an identical model. The associate looked up the SKU number and their system said they had 56 but he didnt know where they were and didnt seem real interested in finding one for me

I love Home Depot, any Home Depot. Its a go to bathroom joint and always check the clearance rack (generally on the backside of the first rows, front to back).

I ordered a dishwasher in on My 19, 2021 and on May 27 they were supposed to deliver it and the driver never showed up. He said he had the wrong phone number and needed directions even though they called to confirm delivery the day before. Then they rescheduled for June 9 and again the dishwasher never came. This time the driver said he forgot to load it. Now they offered me a delivery date in July for a dishwasher I ordered in May, so I just canceled the order. Very sad Home Depot. If the delivery company cant deliver then cancel the contract.

Always great, the one in Monroe, where we recently moved close to, doesnt have nearly the inventory of the the Snellville store where we moved from 🙄

Just had a (lack lustered) experience with another Home Depot, didnt have anything I wanted but I have to say....Ms. Donna (lawn and garden) went above and beyond to try to make sure my experience at that Home Depot was a positive one. I was shocked at her willingness to actually help and was adamant about helping me too. Shes a 5 star worker I can tell. As far as what I drove out there for, meh....Home Depot is gonna Home Depot but the Donnas of the world last forever.

Im always impressed when I visit the home Depot because the place is extremely clean, employees are always very helpful and Ive seen some of the cheapest wood prices around. The home Depot never ceases to amaze me.

They had exactly what I needed and had it ready for pickup in less than two hours. Once I parked and let them know I was there, Christina brought out and loaded it into my car in less than 5 minutes. It was a last minute gift for Christmas and I’m thankful the process was so easy!

Difficult to find the correct employee for the specific area. Had to ask 3 or 4 employees before someone was actually able to get me some help in plumbing

Do NOT buy carpet from Home Depot! The flooring department here is not the issue though, the store associate was wonderful. Once I picked and paid for the carpet is where the nightmare began. The install company that they use is god awful. After giving me the run around on the phone for two days they then wanted to give me an install date with no conformation on time which didn’t work for me. I tried to negotiate with the company but no luck. Then when I tried to get a refund Home Depot didn’t want to give me a refund in full because the product was already ordered by the install company. I love the store itself and will continue to shop here but I will never again have a big project contracted through them. Worst experience ever!!

My experience was terrible. Tried to get help with pinestraw. Was backed up to their trailer after I paid. Employees totally ignored me even after I stopped somebody. He snapped back shouting DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT

What can you say its just a great place. I would have given 5 stars but I would just spoil them.

GARAGE DOOR GUYS scheduled an appointment, I confirmed the appointment on the date of the supposed install 3/10/2021 and they never showed up to perform the install of my garage door opener. The excuse was that the technician didn’t have time to make it to my appointment. I was scheduled between the hours of 1600 to 2000. I asked for my refund from Home Depot so that I can go to Lowe’s and get it done on time. MY PERSONAL OPINION IS WHEN YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE IT’S OBVIOUS THAT YOU WANT THE SERVICE.

Just had the best experience ever in a Home Depot. I was searching for an item and Norm came to the rescue. He went above and beyond by not just telling me where it was but walking me to it and making sure I knew how to use the product. He gave me great tips on using it best and was very knowledgeable. We talked some on the way to getting the item and he is incredibly friendly. I’d come back just to talk with him more.

My question is what has happened to the service and customer respect at this location.At one time this store was number one to asking may I help you find what your looking for but not anymore.The customer service return people are the rudest ever now.I had a return and had my receipt for all but one item and the lady says we don’t give store credits anymore why don’t you I ask and she could not answer that question.Has there been a management change at the Monroe location or what.

This was the second time that they did not have what I needed in stock.

Every time I come here, the store is very well organized and the associates are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My most recent experience gave me the opportunity to work with Mr Mark Blackman (Pro Desk) and Mr Eddie Chessher (Paint and Supplies), both of whom went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. After working in a retail environment for many years I recognize a quality customer atmosphere, and the Home Depot in Monroe Georgia is the epitome of just that.

Dont expect great customer service, I was spotted loading some treated 2X12s and instead of helping me, an employee said I would help but looks like you want the exercise ... no words needed.

Was not happy at all. Was quoted one price for a new front door. Went to order and all of a sudden it cost over 2,000 more than we were originally told. Total waste of time.

Great customer service! Rented their Load and Go truck to pick up some furniture. The 2 young women who took the order were very friendly and efficient. They even engaged my special needs 25 year old daughter and chatted with her like they had known her for a long time. Really made her day!

Very good even though they didnt have some of the items I was looking for.I feel that they blame covid for all kind of shortages of items.

Hubby put in a pick up order we decided that this was the best route due to COVID 19 when we got there to pick it up they had lost the order and had to re pick it. So we sat in line for over 30 mins instead of what should have taken no more than 15. It wasnt worth the wait. Then we received a fairly early wake up call days later to remind us we had an order to pick up. Dude my alarm hadnt even gone off yet, phone ringing before 8AM better be an emergency. So to say the least very disappointed with curbside pick up never had a problem with anything else at this location before though.

Best experience in a very long time, unlike many others. Robin greeted me immediately. Extremely friendly and did a great job explaining procedures.

The Monroe Home Depit may not have the more extensive collection of the one in Loganville but its immensely easier to navigate. The people are friendly and its rare that I cant find what I need.
