It is very beautiful in terms of view, but the management and service are average and the price of food is very high compared to the quality of food, and it is better to book before going to the restaurant.In general, if the price and service are not important to you, you will enjoy the view and food, and one of the staff was very nice, but the service was poor and the service was delayed.
Had such a wonderful experience! The view was awesome, being right next to the Bosporus. The food was delicious and the drinks were also very good. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants some delicious food
Its a lovely restaurant by the bosphorus. If you can reserve a table on the first line, youd have a fantastic dinner. Amazing food and amazing view. Its a bit pricey though.
Probably the best restaurant for view by the Bosphorus. Dont hesitate to bring your guests. However, its hard to find a table so be sure to make a reservation in advance. Also ask for front row table. The food could have been tastier but drinks are fine.
This is a beautiful place right by the sea. The view is truly amazing. They have really nice cocktails and the menu selection is also satisfying and varied. We had 3 starters which were all very tasty. They serve Turkish food, mostly seafood, with a bit of a twist. For example the shrimp comes with a puree that has lemon in it. I thought everything was quite tasty. The tables are placed in a spread out manner so you don’t feel crowded. The service was a bit slow. The main courses came pretty late. Other than that, we had a great time.
Beautiful location with incredible views. Its a very modern restaurant and food was really good. Expected price range so no complaints here. Service was quite slow though despite few guests in the restaurant that day, hence not 5*.On another day it might be deserving 5*, but we still enjoyed our experience here.

Probably the most over rated and unwelcoming place I have been to in quite a while. The staff were unbelievably unwelcoming, they kept trying to move us to different tables, I asked for sparkling water so they removed the sparkling water already on the table. The only other water left was really warm and still. Nobody came to open it or serve. Nobody came to give cutlery and we had to steal off another table. The food was mediocre and well overpriced. The meat was fine but the pasta was so bland it was quite literally inedible. The view is nice though. We felt so unwelcome, it put us off our meals and we left early.Dont waste your money.
We attended an evening wedding party and it was a memorable experience. Our table was right besides the water (Bosphorous Strait) with the view of the bridge to Asian side and a nearby Mosque. Truly a splendid evening experince.
For that location it was not expensive as i thought. Fully recommended for a great bosphorus experience

If you want to eat a really delicious rib, you should definitely come to Feriye. This is a jewel where you can get fast and clean service and enjoy the Bosphorus.

Ate dinner here with friends about a month ago. This place has a great view and it is an amazing place to experience the sunset. You will see the old Feriye Palace and beautiful Bosphorus; but you already knew that, isnt that why you came?It WAS a little difficult to find the restaurant. Pass the high school, then the VOI cafe, then youll find the restaurant. It has a large staircase leading down into a courtyard. The walls also have some signage, but since it was getting dark, it was a bit hard for us to find.We had some appetisers which were great. I ordered the Kofte on yoghurt for main. This was a simple and traditional dish, but Feriye made it very stylish without losing on taste. I sorta want to come back again for this. We then all got dessert; would recommend the halva ice-cream, very smooth.You probably need a taxi or car to get here, but its worthwhile!
Outstanding view of the Bosphorus with a nice selection of wine menu. The food is delicious with limited vegeterian or vegan options. However, before visiting you should check for other programs in Feriye because when there are concerts or parties in the manor house just next to the restaurant, the bass and noise is disturbing and can ruin your dinner..

Lovely food, beautiful view and friendly staff. The grilled seabass accompanied by fresh tomato salad was delicious and the wine was really good too. Great experience.
We assorted hot and cold mezze, all were good. The chili and yoghurt, the grilled octopus, and the vine leaves were particularly good. For the main platter I had the yoghurt kebab. It was a very good portion size and if youre not much of an eater then that alone is a great meal to sample many items.
View, service, charm, great food...say it 5 times and your wish will come true! Well worth the awkward turn across traffic and slightly extra search through the Feriye Palace complex to find this relatively new addition to the Istanbul restaurant scene, and a terrific way to spend a leisurely evening. Very accommodating to groups, and with unique function space, too. Im already looking forward to my next visit! -- bring your appetite, your favourite friends, and your camera.

There you will find a càfe nearby the bosphorus. A nice viewpoint with a mostly windy coastline. Hot, cold drinks and also meals are available.

Restaurant is in a nice location, and there are nice views of the Bosphorus. However, when we arrived there the restaurant receptionist informed us that all tables near the water (view) were reserved, although most of them were empty. We sat down for a while and then asked to be moved as the tables near the water view were all empty and not many people came in. The waiter said he would check to see if he could move us, but then they brought the food to our table and ignored the request. The food itself was not great as it was bland. The menu does not carry many authentic Turkish dishes either, if you are looking for that then go elsewhere. Needless to say, the tables near the view were not filled for the entire 1.5 hour we were there, meaning we could have been seated there initially when we came in. Disappointed- for an upscale restaurant you would expect better!
Solid 3. Food is good but not great. Service is good. Ambience and views are good. Expensive. Not sure I would come back, nothing really stood out.
Food was fantastic... compliments to the chef. Service on the other hand of the wait staff was extremely poor. Hence the 2 stars. Starter and main course was brought out together. Extremely slow and we had to wait 20 minutes after finishing our meal to get the staff to come clear the table despite of signaling and waving at staff. Another 10 mins before dessert menus were provided.
The view was amazing, the food delicious and the service without fault. I would definitely recommend, especially on a sunny day!

Perfect setting and view. You feel you are almost in not at the Bosphorus. The food is good, but it is in a way without identity. It could be good or bad. I am not even sure if it can be categorized as a fusion restaurant, but practically everything we had in the couple of times we visited had a twist. To be clear, in most cases the twist was good, but not always. It is definitely worth a visit though.
Nice view, average food. However, the waiters and waitresses are terrible. When we asked for oil olive to go with our bread, the waitress gave us a really funny look as if it was some weird request. 5 minutes after being seated, still hadnt got a menu. 20 minutes after finishing our food, no staff bothered to clear our plates. Plenty of staff standing around doing nothing.
Super nice restaurant, with an astonishing view and delicious food. However the service could be improved, the waiters were not very friendly and not professional for such an upper-class venue.

Truly fantastic. This is the venue people normally choose for their weddings. The food is excellent and the wine selection includes many tasty local varieties that are difficult to get abroad. Sitting right next to the Bosporus in this refurbished colonial police station munching on an evening meal is special indeed.
The ambience is nice, but the food is not nice at all. We requested the Tenderloin steak and rib-eye to be well done and the brought it medium-rare.

I tried randomly to select a restaurant for dinner with a close view to Bosporus with my family (4 persons), unfortunately my unlucky search took me to this place, I am very upset and sad to spend time there, first of all when we entered I asked one guy whether there is a sea side table he said will you have a dinner I really didnt have an answer as he is worried that may be I am coming to have a couple of coffee (even though it is not his business), anyway I said yes, he told but the sea side tables are fully booked, you can take a second line table or the corner table, I asked him about one table (empty) he told it is booked as well. We went to that corner table where you cant enjoy the view, then I went to ask another waiter to let me know once a sea side table is empty to shift to it, he told with a very rude way that no shifting between tables 😂 (like if we are in the school), this guy is named Octai, he was very rude and unwelcoming, I believe he is a clear racist against Arabs may be, after that I decided to leave, I took my family and went out, one of the managers came and asked me what is the problem I told him that they dont want to give me a sea side table although it is available, he looked at this guy (Octai) very nervously and asked them to take me to the same table which they told that it was already reserved and we already sit in this table😏, This waiter Octai was very upset and nervous. I called him while having the food to bring me salt, he didnt answer 😂. No body else comes around to serve you, you have to go yourself to ask them something otherwise you have to shout.Food was not a miracle, normal level. The view was nice but you will never enjoy as long as you see such faces around you.It is clear that I will never go back and never recommend.If you find my review is helpful please give a like then it will appear more and help others
The place is beautiful with a view on the Ortaköy mosque and the Bosphorus bridge. The waiter brought all our food at the same time (starter and main course) which was not a good move. We choose the cold fish platter that was actually disappointing as the selection of fish and sides were very salty and some full of mayo. Then we had red mullet that was a good choice and the home made pasta with beef which was average. The service was ok. Overall an average experience
Looks like a awesome place from the outside but on the insides its notthing close. Service was slow and place was full of cats. Their awesome location is the only thing going for them.

Dont go there . No more than half astar .I was there with my wife and baby, after i down all their resturant stairs caring my baby rouler on my hands (and after pass abusy dangeour streat) . i arrived there . they just refuse to let me in??!! i dont know why, may be they dont need a baby in there resturant !! they said that there are no tables but there was and they are dont try to explain . Very disappoint, disrespectful .they even dont try to show a little respect or empathy . Turkey is full of respectful excellent resturants that treat you like human not like a pocket of dollars like this one .
The open air cinema is located in nice almost secret place of Ortaköy with beautiful view on Bosphorus. Interesting choice of movies - mostly there are arthouse or intellectual movies. But this time there was some problem with sound and they needed after 10 min to start again from beginning. Good price 50 tl
