I had a great experience with Sam in the customer service department. I needed level 1 granite and I needed it installed fast. Sam was upfront about all the cost, realistic on the timeline and communicated well during the process. I never felt pushed into buying things I didnt need or higher level granite than I could afford. I will be using Imperial Stone on my future rehab projects.

I told them about my previous experience and they guaranteed they would give me great service. And they did!My wife and I picked out a higher quality piece of granite than we normally would have because Imperial Stone said they had just enough for our job and would give us a great discount on it. What a great Price!They worked with our crazy schedule. I shopped around for the best deals I could find for granite countertops and luckily came across these guys. I was about to go with another company who I will not disclose here just because I thought they were the best price but then I got an estimate from Imperial Stone and they saved me hundreds of dollars. I was skeptical I would not get the best quality and craftsmanship but they put those fears away after the job was complete. They were punctual and straight forward. I dont think I could have asked for a cleaner job. And to think I was going to pay a lot more and I doubt they would have been as professional as this company. Thanks Again!
