Unbelievable quality, communication, and customer experience. He was patient as I decided exactly what I wanted for our kitchen counters (white with sparkles? Black? Gray?) and showed me examples of each of them so I could best understand what the finished product would look like.Mike is innovative and has awesome ideas, too! We ended up with a super-customized kitchen because he asked great questions to understand what was most important to us, and offered his ideas to make the project perfect for us.Everything was complete in 2 visits to the house - once to measure and once to install. The quality is remarkable, and I LOVE how it turned out.
We had Tremonti cast concrete and design do a ramp sink for us. Mike did an amazing job. The sink came out better then we could have imagined. Mike is very knowable and professional and his work reflects it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for that unique custom piece.
Tremonti Cast Concrete did an amazing job on our bar countertops. Mike was very helpful and took time to answer my questions and help me plan my project. Before building the countertops he took precise measurements and created a template so he could be sure that the countertops look good and install smoothly. He kept in contact with me through the whole process by sending me images as the the countertops were built. I highly recommend Tremonti Cast Concrete!
Absolutely fantastic work. Extremely friendly and professional!
Mike did an outstanding job on our outdoor bar concrete countertop! His finish product is so good it looks like granite. It was easy to work with Mike and I would highly recommend him on any concrete countertop project you are considering! 5 Star!
Super rude on the phone. When I said that quartz and granite are cheaper than the 80$ per sqft he is charging he said “well why don’t you try it yourself and then tell me how much you would charge!” Also very unprofessional. Answered the phone with a ‘yea’ and then I had to ask if I had the right number. Did not give him my business, even if it is what I wanted. I would rather try it myself first.Update: the owner called me back hours later to chastise me again. Starting to feel a little harassed, to be honest.Let’s clarify somethings; He did not answer the phone in a professional manner. Also seemed offended when I couldn’t pronounce the name of the company. When I told him I was interested in concrete countertops because I keep looking at quartz that looks like concrete, why not just do concrete? He quoted me 80$ a sqft (which is not a discount by his last comment, because later I found that price listed on his website.) I did scoff at the price! It’s $20 more than second tier quartz! Super heavy quartz that is imported from over seas! When I stated this, I was looking for an explanation, his reply was in fact “well you try it and see how much you would charge!” What he doesn’t know is that I am an avid do-yourselfer, who also has connections with a local concrete company(they drive big blue/silver trucks) so I know that concrete is around 110$ a cubic yard. (FYI a cubic yard is a huge amount of concrete) So I know how hard it is. Hence, wanting to hire a professional! However, 80$ a sqft for a standard countertop is completely astronomical! With that being said; I did hang up on him, after saying “Thank you for your time, I hope you have a great day.” He was rude, I don’t have time in my life for rude contactors that haven’t even made it past a phone call. This man called me back to “better explain himself” which was really only to make himself feel better. He repeatedly told me “I’m not making that much, this is hard work, it’s not like I’m driving a Cadillac or anything!” He did a lot of complaining about how hard his job is, even told me he works at another job. How does he have time to help his clients? He also told me “Just call around you will see, you will see.” I did call around. What I found is; 4 contractors who all said his prices are way to high, concrete for max 150$ a cubicyard, and peace of mind that I have great intuition. In his reply to my review he says ‘she didn’t let me finish, what I was going to say wouldn’t have been rude if I would have finished”No sir. If you say something rude, multiple rude comments, while acting unprofessional you are still rude and unprofessional no matter how you follow it up.Do yourself a favor. Do your homework. And avoid this contractor.
