Great client care. My son actually loved going to see Dr Schneider. He called him Bill Nye Science Guy. He actually loved hearing all the facts behind vision and put him at ease explaining the process of the different parts of the exam. Very knowledgeable and took the time to talk about frames etc due to my sons -10 vision. The woman that helped him with frames and lenses also took the time to explain his choices. This is coming from a 17year old so you know if you can make him happy you can make anyone happy 😀 We are HUGE fans. Thank you!

Not only did we try on several dozen frames before making the final selection, he gave above & beyond 100% to measuring and bifocal line placement. Everyone there is very friendly. I was acknowledged the moment I walked in the door.My previous eye Dr. messed up my prescription a few months ago and Joseph Lee was very helpful and thorough with correcting my prescription. I can see well again and no headache!!

I would like to leave a review for the Monroe vision clinic. I went to Monroe clinic where I bought my glasses. Today I went to the front office for an inspection of my eye because I got something in it. The lady at the check-in desk was wonderful- always smiling and very easy to talk to. I told her I needed to see an eye doctor. She said that it would be 1/2 hour before I could see the doctor, Dr. Stephanie He. The assistant to the eye doctor Evaluated My eye and when the doctor arrived she checked the damage to my eye. she was absolutely wonderful, competent, and kind.. She spent time looking for the problem in my right eye. I would definitely go back to her again if I need my eye checked. She was wonderful.

I had a million questions and never felt rushed. Went for both glasses and contacts. Everyone was very kind and I was able to try on as many frames as I wanted with patience and fantastic feedback. Highly recommend.

Great clinic! Wonderful phone scheduling for a new patient. Loved getting a text reminder the day of. A text confirmation of making the appointment would have been good too, but maybe thatll happen next time. The C19 precautions were all in place and orderly and clean. I was called in quickly and both the tech and optometrist were thorough and pleasant. They answered any questions and made sure I had all the information I wanted. I had a consultation for glasses after and they were great too. Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

First visit to this clinic was today and every human I interacted with was wonderful. Maybe its the effects of Covid and isolation that when I casually interact with another person I am reminded about the good that we see in each other. Brittany (sp?) took me in and began the exam. Her energy and enthusiasm needs to be bottled and sold to every senior citizen in America, she was wonderful. Dr. Lee then finished my exam and answered questions way beyond normal expectations, again he too was delightful. What a great way to begin my weekend.

Dr. Courtney does a fabulous job refracting to get the best correction possible. There is a great selection of frames and the staff is very knowledgeable. They do a great job maintains social distance between staff and patients and between patients. I drive close to 40 miles to go there because it is just that good!

The best! Monroe Vision Clinic very kindly squeezed me in when I went to urgent care for flashing lights and a large new floater to rule out a retinal problem. They encouraged me to try various brands until i found a product that I can wear comfortably all day long. This fact has made our new mask life bearable: no more foggy glasses!
