I bought a size 10 about three months later they emailed my dad and said they put one different size shoe in the box is it their job to know the sizes of the shoe and put it in the right box

Incredibly bad customer service! The manager on duty refuse to take my return because the store had not yet made a sale today.. the fact I had my receipt and the credit card the return was to go onto did not matter. I called the corporate line and they got the manager to take the return. As she was taking the return she told me the shoes smell like cleaning solution and insinuated that theyve been worn. The shoes were purchased two days ago and have never been out of the box!

By for the best shoe store in Pecan Land Mall. Friendly service great staff.
