Ghetto staff with poor customer service skills. The staff was screaming across the store on a few different occasions. Not helpful at all and not even informed on any deals or discounts offered from the company.

The best/only place i shop for sporting goods/athletic appearal

Customer service as well as organization needs to be improved in both foot locker and kids foot locker! My wife and I shopped both today and where not greeted at either store and it took the associates 15 minutes to find a shoe. The associate did apologize and stated the reason for this was unorganization! Id rather shop online.

I went here to buy my daughters some school shoes the shoes were very high in price but that is expected and the employees were very nice and attentive

The young lady that checked us out, was polite and knowledgeable about online process for items we needed that wasnt in stock.

Staff is poorly skilled and unmotivated. They lack in manners. It doesn’t seem like most of them want to have their job.
