Its big5. I like this sporting goods store. Staff were helpful during our visit.

Big 5 is underrated for what it is. You can get just about anything to get started on a sport there. We got pickleball and badminton supplies there in this trip, for example. Their ping pong supplies are top notch. Its hit and miss whether you will get just beginners supplies like we did for badminton or more advanced equipment like with the ping pong paddles and balls.

Alex at Big 5 was very helpful on the phone as well as in store. He really went the extra mile without any expectations that his extra efforts would end in a sale ( which it did!).

Bought my son ...who is 12 in a week ...a perfect birthday gift for a reasonable price and its exactly what he wanted

The staff is helpful and returns/exchanges are real easy to do. Big Five still has everything you need in a hurry for week end fun. They are the first stop in Monroe before your trip to the mountains begins!

Wow this store is incredible. Heading to my camping spot, I was able to pick up a great deal on a tent, a couple sleeping bags, a queen size air mattress W/ battery operated pump for just over $100.00 bucks...That to me ....on my way to my spot...was a great deal!! The peeps working there were courteous, knowledgeable and fun... I know I will return to that store and spend mo money...based on my visit.

This place plays favors to friends or family when it comes to buying ammo. They say they dont place holds on ammunition but thats a lie. I was actually at the store when the guy came out to tell me what they had and asked what I wanted. I let him know and he said ok. Then when the store opens, he tells me he doesnt have it because its on hold. So Im actually at the store and was told I can get what I came for and when the store opened, I no longer can?They also say you can only buy 3 boxes at a time. I go in one day and was told someone just bought all they had...almost 1000 rounds. I say, what happened to 3 boxes at a time? I was told that that is only on days they get their truck. So I try to but 6 boxes of a different caliber 2 days after the truck had run and its a no go. Only 3 boxes. This place is a joke!

Happy I stopped in Big 5! I thought Id have to drive to a mall to find what I needed, but nope, Big 5 had it all! The.super friendly staff went out of their way to help me find me everything I needed. Swim shorts, a backup suit and a wet case for my phone. All local, in town and in January. So glad I popped in, so worth it.Big 5 is literally jammed packed with a huge selection of high quality athletic wear and sneakers and just all kinds sporting gear. I love walking into one place and getting everything with fantastic customer service.

Rip off. Trying to charge close to $1 per round of ammunition.Guy at the counter didn’t even know what a hunting raffle ticket was.

We live in Snohomish and needed to head to a Big 5 to get soccer gear for my daughter. We walked in and they were very helpful. She showed us exactly where the soccer cleats were. They had tons of options in lots of sizes and we found the perfect pair of cleats for my daughter. She was really excited to find some purple socks to. The store was clean. I was able to use a coupon and to save $10 yes. Well worth the drive out to Monroe. The only thing was the parking lot was hard to get out of. The entrance to the highway is right there and you kind of have to cross a lot of lanes to get back onto Highway 2. Other than that it was easy to get to. Will come here again.

I love having a place that is local to go shopping for my sons sports needs. Also, they do have great workout apparel. The only complaint is their space is small and they have so much packed in, its sometimes hard to shop.

Stopped in for some new work/hiking boots. I have the unfortunate situation if being female with very wide feet so Im generally stuck looking through the mens section and praying they have the right side. They didnt have it, not surprised or upset but Garrick took the time to call 2 other stores to try to find the style Id picked in the perfect size. Even gave my bf advise on brands that might fit his feet better than what they had in stock. I appreciate service with a smile so thanks Garrick!

The selection is better than Fred Meyers next door. It took probably too long to get an associates attention to pull an item for me. But once I did get someones attention, they were knowledgeable about the product(s); and adequately helpful.

Virus protocols have made counter items nearly impossible to view. Personnel at this location did not engage or appear to be concerned about what i was looking for.

I have, in the past, had poor customer service, on several occasions. But, today I received EXCELLENT customer service. Whatever youre doing to train your sales associates, keep doing it!!

Its okay for a quick pop in, but limited selection and nothing Amazon doesnt do better and often cheaper. Its the kind of place you visit to see something in person before placing the online order.

Got what l wanted

This retailer has exceeded my level of expectations in every way!! I purchased a knee brace back in July of last year and returned it for a refund( with proof of purchase ) on my visit to this location today. Normally i would not do such a thing, but i am still a resident of Oregon part of the time so that is the reason for such a delay in returning the item. There was no interrogation on there part as there are few items which fall under Big 5 Sporting Goods specific return policy guidelines and this wasnt one of them. Even though some may think i shoulda sucked up a $60 item feom nearly a year ago instead of return it, i say more businesses need to be like Big 5!!

While there on my last visit I noticed an elderly gentleman with cane and difficulty walking. He was happy with his shoes. We all, so it seems.. left with happy feet. !

The associates were nowhere to be found for several minutes and once I found someone and asked if they carried steel tip darts, she said she doesnt think so but if they did they would be over there and points all the way across to the other side of the store. No offer to assist or confirm. Just sent me off on my way. Luckily they did have them. In a department nowhere near where she pointed that I just happened upon after giving up my search. Almost didnt make the purchase simply out of spite but I was in need for a last minute thing so you get what you ask for I guess.

For what it is, its a solid Big 5 store. Broad selection of gear and clothing, but obviously not where youre going to find specialty items. Staff is generally very helpful. You can pick up your Discover passes here.

Came in this store a few times for ear protection for it families visit to the local racetrack, and shopping for a rifle. Daron was so knowledgeable with gun safety, handling, and advise on types or purposes of weapons, we will return here for any other firearms purchase in the future.

With the numbers of sporting good stores going down its great to have a big 5 nearby for all my kids sporting activities.

Little over whelming by the way store is set up and way to many things on each rack hard to shop things falling down left and right.. But very friendly only one gal really knew wht was going on in the whole store and she was so helpful..

Website says beach ball in stock. Register confirms. Employee says its in the back. Cant sell it to me because its probably packed up. Useless.

Bought a pair of $44 shoes with a defective sole and tried to return the item to Big 5 Sporting Goods - Monroe. I didnt have a receipt, they were nice enough to let me exchange the item, but I was charged a $7 fee because I didnt have a receipt.

Always great customer service. If they dont have it they will find it at another store for you and have it shipped to monroe or place it on hold for you at another store.
