Just recently came across this little shop and was very impressed! It is clean, organized and well-stocked with smoke supplies, gifts, crystals, and lots more. The quality is great, the prices are reasonable and the customer service is fantastic. Will be coming back again!

Just needed some rolling tobacco quick n store was close to home and its a very nice well stocked place. Was in and out, and saw kratom as well and asked and they had the red mang da in capsules. Score. Def wanna go back and check out the glass pipes

Tobacco Town is the best place Ive been to so far. Theyve got a wide selection of glass and wooden products, and many other smoker related products. I liked the fact that they customized my pipe for me. Staff is friendly too.Id definitely recommend them to other customers!

I was asked if i was stealing i guess the owner thought she saw me on camera take one of her junk braclets. The cashier asked to search me and my purse i gave her my purse she looked through saw i had medication loudly announced the medication i had. Then asked me to pull my bra to make sure i didnt put anything in my bra.once she realized i didnt have anything she did not apologize only said well alot of people have been stealing. Ive never been so embarrassed in my life. So ya dont look around in there or u may be next. Such a horrible place

Great smoke shop I stopped on my drive from Toledo by the shop and was surprised that they have gifts and souvenirs anything from mugs to shot glasses to collectible items also the shop has a large selection of vaping items which I was happy to tell my friend about it also the employees were very friendly!!

I was denied a purchase of $8.47 because they have a $20 minimum credit card purchase clause. A $20 minimum purchase for using a credit card!!! Insane! I dont care if they have the lowest prices in town, if they force you to spend twenty bucks...you are being raped! Do not go here, do not support them, do not be robbed! They just lost a customer FOR LIFE!!

I bought a vape pen from there and it didnt work so I brought it back the next day and was told that nothing they could do...I will not be back. I wasnt even told before I bought it that it wasnt returnable and further more they should check every pen that is being bought from there should be a checked before purchasing....
