This company is a great business to work with. They took the time to change six fuses and ran a cable for me to my radio and got it working again. It was honestly worth the money. Great honest guys who put in the work!

This is not professional work at all this stereo system cost 1200$ and this company could not even try to get the wireing harness that is required to do the job right they just cut the factory harness and also use dry wall screws to mount the speakers and amp I would not recommend using this company at all they need to use better practices or something

I wish I could give this establishment no stars. I took my car in to get some work done at 9am. I called them at 2pm after waiting 5 hours to see if my car was ready to be picked. The staff there stated that they havent even started on my car yet and it has been setting at the property for 5 hours. I decided after 5 of waiting on my vehicle was enough and I went to pick up my car. I will never go back to this business again.

People if you want a good sounding system and you want the very best workmanship I would advise you to go to Carolina audio and I am not saying this because it is in my neighborhood let me tell you what happened I took my car to the Lexus store and my radio was going in and out like it had a bad connection but come to find out a little mice had gotten into the stood on the right side of the windshield annoyed the words into now dont get me wrong Alexis store is the best store that I know and they have pretty good technicians but maybe he just didnt feel good that day I bought the car back home and I begin cleaning my windshield and my hand would hit the side of the windshield where the stud was and the radio would go off so I said to myself its got to have a short somewhere so I took it to Carolina audio the guy there told me but it may be a ground wire and that he would take a look at it and come to find out a mice had chewed the wires into the technicians name was Chris thank you Chris you saved us a lot of money

Salesman was very short, acted like he didnt want to be bothered with helping me. Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS! I ended up going to best buy and bought the same stereo and installation for less than half of what they charged! Would NOT recommend! Sorry, I hardly ever give bad reviews.....but they deserved it.

Be careful of the bait and switch. I made an appointment over a week and a half before my install. During my phone call I was told that everything would be around $240. When I went to pick up my truck I was told that they didn’t have anymore of the speakers that I was quoted and had to use a more expensive speaker. It was going to be almost double now. The guy worked on the price some but it was still over the price that I was originally quoted. Thank goodness this was only a one time venture for me, but if I were into to the audio game I would not be revisiting this place.

These guys were great!! installed 4 new speakers in about 20 minutes. I wait longer at the Drs office. Wy the three star? One guy. There was this younger heavier fella. This guy was smug and arrogant. He acted as if he was better than me, or at least it seemed. Ill still go back, but I wont work with that one guy.

The owner was a standup guy,He did a great job on my car, so I brought back my boat AND my friends RV.Had a alarm system and remote starter installed, along with a custom stereo system in boat and RVHIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After ordering some speakers on-line, I called around to check prices to get them installed. One place -- a big chain -- said they would do it for $75 and it would take about 45 minutes. Another place in Charlotte said they would do it for $55, and a third place said $50. Because I work in Monroe, I thought I would check places there too. Scott at Carolina Audio quoted a price of $40 and said it could be done in 30 minutes. I didnt have an appointment, but just stopped in and got the speakers installed there for $40 -- in less than 30 minutes -- and they sound great. I recommend Carolina Audio.

I was recommended by a friend I went there ask a few questions being a Auto Technician myself patience is important and listening to questions the staff was awesome showed me many options and what was best for the money I wanted to spend did not try to over sell kept me at the numbers I wanted and was honest and shook my hand I would definitely recommend these guys I am happy with what I got I will say you will hear me pass by guys thanks !!!!!

I recent had my RV and trailer there to have LED’s installed all the way down both sides underneath (over 150’ of LED’s) and couldn’t be happier with the results.The entire crew is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using them for over 20 years and they ALWAYS do an outstanding job.To the lady that said their prices are outrageous, I will say this. You get what you pay for. Before I started using Carolina Audio, I had used other “stereo” shops that were suppose to be reputable. Wood screws, taped wiring, bad and sloppy wiring with cheap components is not what I’m looking for. I want quality and a job done perfectly. And now you know why I continue to use Carolina Audio.

Had an appointment for an automatic starter to be installed at 9 am this morning. I was the first one in line. I called about 1 pm to get the status of my vehicle. I was told it was not completed yet. Five minutes later I get a called from Carolina Audio saying that they will not be able to get to my car today. Very unprofessional.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. These guys built a ROCKING stereo in my JCW mini. They installed a camera on the back of my enclosed trailer, did some stereo work on my H2 and most recently installed a custom KICK A** stereo in my Polaris Rzr. They are thorough, conscientiousness, particular and dont mickey mouse anything.I have had horrible experiences with other supposed stereo shops. As picky as I am, I wouldnt hesitate a second to recommend the Scott and his crew to do any work you need done.THANKS GUYS!!!
