Buying cars has the stigma of being a long drawn out process that takes all day and let me not forget to mention that the customer usually is over charged for the vehicle... well that stigma in my opinion is null and void. From the moment I spoke with bob on the lot he was very transparent with the process and made it extremely time efficient. Was lied to about a car price, when I came back the next day after a painful search for a used car (the car salesman kept trying to sell me a new car) after an hour drive they tried sneaking 1,500 dollars in more while I was signing.Response: I did not even bring any paper in, and everything said in the reply was a lie or the managers does not know what his employees are doing, I would be happy to change my review for the price I was told.

Buyer beware!!!!! This place will try to rip you off quick, just do your research before going here, check the kbb and nada for yourself because they will price it about 2-3k above kbb retail. I tried to purchase a car, trade in for it is 12k, perfect retail value is 15k. They are asking 17.5 with an out the door of 19.5. If you have ever bought a car before, you should know what’s going on here…. So just make sure you do your research before buying here so you don’t get scammed.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. I went in just shopping around seeing if I can get approved for something because i have no credit. I’ve been to 3 dealerships and this one was the WORST. Unprofessional first of all and they kept trying to push me into a car that I didn’t want. I also explained to them that I was just shopping around and was seeing what prices were that fit me and they didn’t seem to care about that. As I was leaving they were laughing. Will not recommend these people ever.

Was really nervous about getting a car, and I had never gotten a new car, but somehow Sedrick was able to make it work. He wasnt pushy at all, even spoke to my dad on the phone to make sure what I was getting was safe and within something I could do. Very happy with the wheels ❤.

I am a first time buyer and had no clue on the process of getting a car. James was the one who sold me my first one and he was very friendly and welcoming and my parents adored him too! Not only was he professional but he was personal and was very open to knowing about us. The guy that did our information was Randy and he was a pretty cool and funny dude too! I have been a Hyundai driver for a long time, but the cars from here drive excellent and are safe! I am glad to do business here because in a car lot where I live, I would have gotten ripped off and taken advantage of, but here the whole staff was friendly and willing to work with you.

Where do I begin. I had been saying I wanted to purchase a vehicle. So I applied online with a company and they told me to go to Griffin Mitsubishi and ask for Sedrick. Later I received a cal from a young lady by the name of Talisha Wright and she told me when I come in to ask for her. So when I went the young lady approached me with a pleasant smile and was eager to help me. We got started and we went out to look at the vehicles and in my mind I was just going to pick out a used vehicle again. So as time passed Sedrick come in and we told him what i had looked at. So he went and came back and was like what if i told you I can have you riding in a new vehicle that same day. I was in shocked and very grateful. These two made my first new vehicle purchase a great and amazing experience for me. I know it was God who placed me there. I would definitely recommend others to go there.

Inquired on a 2016 vehicle they had priced on Facebook for $37,000 with 40,000 miles trying to negotiate a better price because you can get the same car brand new for $39,000 only to have him comment that I was making negative comments and he was only trying to make money and he didnt make the prices and then he blocked me. I would never take my business to such crooks and youd be better off not to.

Pure scammers at heart. Was told my car payment was going to be 389. Was originally quoted 420. They send paperwork for me to sign and bring paperwork to my house that says 459 on it. Dont trust these people.

I work a full-time job doing regular business hours James told me no problem he can bring the car in paperwork to me which she did I thought how convenient he told me he would call me when my tag was ready a month later my tag is dead I call they say oh you got a pay your taxes so now I have a dead tag they said that’s your problem you should know your state law and wasn’t you too busy to come in to do your paperwork I said I was at work he says I’m at work now but I got mine done and that this was my issue and there’s nothing they are gonna do about it They continuously cut me off and would not listen to my concerns I would definitely not recommend buying a car from here they charge me well over a book value when the bank would not pay them they win paid the difference which is why I think they took it out of my tax money when I went to pick up my paper work the man was very rude and told me he was the wrong one to get mad at in a threatening way and work continuously talking to her about what walking out the door

This dealership is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. Here’s my back story I had purchased over 9 cars in two years from by here pay here places because I didn’t have the credit to get approved on my own. With in those two years all the cars either broke down or the engine blow, so then I got a rental car because it was new and dependable. Well after paying $900.00 a month I was over it so I got back online looking for someone to help me get into a car and a better position. So I filled out this loan application for a car praying that it worked. Not even 5 mins after filling out the application I got a call from Griffin Mitsubishi set and appointment to go look at a car. I didn’t get my hopes up because I knew that it was too good to be true but boy was I wrong. Tony was the salesman that took care of me he was so genuine and positive. He keep saying don’t worry we’re gonna figure it out and get you out your rental car. I was thinking in my head this is where I’m suppose to be then the sales manger sedrick came to me and said I promise you that we are going to do everything we can to get you in a car. I was very nervous cuz I knew that if it didn’t work out I was screwed. About 3 hours later everyone in the dealership keep comming up to and my faience saying congrats I was thinking why do these people keep congratulating me I haven’t done any paperwork then her comes tony back to his desk congrats guys here’s your brand new 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage . So yes I recommend this car dealership to everyone having a hard time getting in to a car. Thanks guys for being so wonderful, understanding, and helpful !!!! Btw the have A1 costumer service !!!!

Atrocious business plan to trick people into thinking we won a $500 cash prize from a scratch off in the mail to show us their legally misleading statement that we actually won some hotel voucher instead that we will not use. Couldve used that money for my student loans. Were they thinking that wed want to buy a car after tricking us and making us upset? Do not spend money with these losers.

They sold me a car took my down payment only to call me 22days later and say the bank wouldn’t approve it and then saying I didn’t give a damn down payment. Please don’t come here
