We were transferring our tags from another vehicle so we were given a 30 day temp tag until the final paperwork was done with the DMV.Car was super clean (just like the pictures online) it was all gassed up to go too! Vehicle prices are fair and below market value and you will have time to look over the vehicle, drive the vehicle and have access to the vehicle history. The whole process could have been completed within an hour, but Ryan and I found we had many things in common, so the majority of my 2 and a half hours was spent talking. Good experience...helpful and positive...the only negative was our sales coach was a bit quiet (soft talker), and clearly was in-training and needed frequent assistance.

They should definitely advertise more because it took a while to find the site, probably because of the search criteria I started with, but once I did they were great to deal with throughout the entire process. This was a car for my son, finding something with good miles and a reasonable price was tasking but once I found it with CarLotz, everything came together quickly. The whole process was seamless. Dean was professional, the prices were good, no back and forth, no additional costs when it’s time to close, you knew the final cost before agreeing to anything. They’re in a great spot in the used car market and would absolutely recommend them to friends/family.

We feel we got a good car at a fair price. The SUV we bought had only been at the dealership for a few days and had not been detailed yet. We agreed to test drive the vehicle and if we were interested we would buy it if terms were acceptable and we would not sign anything till after it was detailed. So we agreed on terms and we left and returned two hours later to find the car was ready for us. Under inspection we found they had done an excellent lib on the interior but had not cleaned the good or the top. They had me to the point that if I had not told them I was walking away from the deal they would not have corrected the issue. They finally said they would get it corrected. So we left again for another two hours, when we returned the car was acceptable. I would recommend not put a car out for sale or on the internet till it is detailed and ready to sell.
