Spent a couple days going from car lot to car lot trying to find exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I walked in to A1 and told them my price and they made it happen! The process was quick and easy! Jason and Romy are the best and I highly recommend!

From test drive to signing the paperwork Romy and Jason made the whole process a breeze. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Romy and asked how they could help. We visited about 2 weeks ago, not 100% on buying a car that day, but we did! Bought a car, and had to do minor work to it immediately. They lied about the miles, which limited the warranty off rip by about 1000 miles. Didn’t transfer my plate like I was told they were doing, didn’t find out until a cop told me the plates registered to a different car almost 2 months after purchase.

Take nothing for granted. I bought from them at a distance (sight unseen). I was assured the truck was in great condition. Upon arrival one of the rear tires was worn to showing the cords. The two front tires were worn excessively on the inner edges as a result of needing new ball joints and an alignment. Also found the three-way control valve for the heater was installed backwards and upside down. Now after the perfume smell of the detail job is wearing off, I can smell the truck was smoked in. Shame on me for not asking specifics on these things.

Purchased a vehicle. They insisted that i buy a 2000 warranty for vehicle extra which I did. Then trunk wont open easy the back break lights wont work. Ive taken to there shop 2 times to have seat belt fixed for 3 months I contacted them and they finally got me in which also the navigation didnt work which they said the disc had been ordered well 4 months later and 2 times taking my vehicle in to there shop nothing was fixed and they said it was a short so why wouldnt it get fixed. DO NOT go to A1 motors in monroe. They will screw u and not compete work on the vehicle I purchased from them and they said they would. Too much run around with them seems super shady. DO NOT buy cars from them. Go somewhere else I promise u will be sorry like me as a single mother with 5 kids and they sold me a vehicle with not working seat belts Ive made them aware of all these issues over and over so now Im writing letters to the better business people. Be smart dont buy from A1 motors in monroe...

I truly believe that these people work miracles for their customers. My family and I have tried many other Auto retailers, with no luck of financing because of a mortgage payment and a pre-existing car loan already on our credit score. But they made it happen!! Romy was super fun to work with while picking out our car, and Jason was patient and understanding for all the boring stuff. (Financing, paperwork ect.) We are leaving today with our 2013 midnight blue Audi. And could not be happier. : )

I would not recommend doing business with them. Reason being is my business was not valued at all and I was treated terribly. I found the truck of my dreams in pristine condition and for a great price and decided I wanted to buy it sight unseen after just a few important questions about the truck. I knew it was going to be a very high demand vehicle so I left a voicemail the day before to try and get my name on it first. Then I called as soon as they opened Monday morning and said I wanted to get a deposit put down. Right when I declared that I wanted to put a deposit down, the man decided to put me on hold and get a deposit from someone else on the lot. In my opinion, I should’ve been able to put down a deposit first and not get put to the side. I believe I dealt with Jason and he was very rude and did not value my business whatsoever. That being said, I will no longer be interested in doing any business with them.

We purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 from Jason. We did not get to bring this vehicle home right away because they told us it was just in and had not been through service yet. Once they got it into service, they told us that the truck was great and just needed a sensor that was on “backorder” (believable because everything is messed up due to COVID). After a few days, they would NOT tell us what sensor it was that needed to be replaced but we proceeded to pick up the truck anyways after they said it was all fixed (Red flag, I know). The truck was “ok” coming off the lot but we kept discovering more and more as the time went on. The windshield wipers didn’t work, the back up camera didn’t work, it was low on all fluids, they said they changed the oil and they did not. Then we noticed the oil leak. Then, the transmission fluid leak which eventually turned into a bad transmission. We let Jason know that the truck was leaking oil and his response was, “It certainly was not leaking when it was here on the lot”.... We ended up taking the truck to a very reputable service center and come to find out the truck needs $6,000 plus in repairs due to things THEY cobbled together to get the truck off of their lot. We were thinking it wouldn’t be TOO bad because we purchased an extended warranty (that Jason said we could cancel at any time). Come to find out the warranty we purchased does not cover ANY of the issues the truck is having and even if it did, it would not cover even half of it. I called the warranty company within 30 days of purchase to cancel and they told me that it was too late and I could not get a refund of any type. So now we are stuck with a broken truck and a warranty we can’t even use. When I made Jason aware of the newest issues and our situation, he said they would be willing to help. I asked what our options were as far as help because we wanted to take it to a shop of our choice, since we learned we could not trust their service. He never replied and we are getting the truck fixed on our own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AND DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR WARRANTIES. STRAIGHT SCAMMERS.

Stop in to look at some of the trucks on the lot. Nothing is marked, no specs on vehicles. Asked the workers about the vehicles and was told to look them up on their website. What terrible customer service they have. I will never go back to them again. They are rude and Apperently care less about makimg a sale!

Terrible experience. I purchased a truck from them. Right after I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. I turned around and had them scan the truck. They stated that it was some sort of after market monitor on the truck (that they removed at that time) and it was fine and they cleared the codes. 50 miles later the light came on again, I then took the truck to orileys and had it scanned, only to find out the transmission was going out. I took it back to them yet again, they denied that it was going out and cleared the code. I took the truck to a shop, they said that the trans had been patched together just to limp it along (this truck shifted fine when driving). Long story short, the only thing that saved me was the fact that I bought the extended warranty with the truck and it covered a new trans. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Jason was great to work with. I found the car online and did most of our communications through email. We didnt see the car until we went to pick it up. It was everything that was advertised. Jason was very friendly and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this company.

Drove 40 minutes just to be told they were closed an hour before they were supposed to be. Was also told that if I wasnt going to buy the truck we were looking at tonight I was wasting my time. The craftsmanship of the bodywork on the 2 vehicles we were there to look at was very sub par. He told us that the prices were going to go up from where they are currently listed if they didnt sell at auction. They dont seem to do very honest business and we WILL NOT be back.

Do not buy here!!! Everyone here lies! Their mechanic is a joke. After multiple conversations and discussion about the white f350 diesel I was assured that it was up to par I could tell the second I went to start it that it was a fail. The truck blows blue smoke, has a loud clunking noise in the front end, the hubs are frozen. The injectors alone will be thousands to replace. They tried to assure me several times that their CERTIFIED mechanic did a complete service, if he did hes a complete idiot. The bed on the truck is worth 6,500 the salesman tried to claim it was worth 30,000!!! Unheard of! Avoid this place they either dont know what they are talking about or they bold face lie! The out the door price is much more than sticker price! A1 is a terrible name it should be called junk motors! They will try as hard as possible to make you believe it runs fine....

I spoke with A1 Motors and they said they would get me into a car and they did! Their credit application is simple and will take care of you. When no one else wanted to help me, they did. My payments are not too high and very affordable for my income. I got into a great car with good gas mileage and in great condition. They also went so far as to replace the worn out tires with new ones. When in time of need, A1 motors will take care of you. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

Bought a car 6 years ago trans went out called and they took care of it ( with the warranty) no hassle did take 2 weeks to rebuild the part but thats expected car was treated like a truck for the last 6 yrs ran great, went back to buy a truck recently they were nice as usual and up front about financing and got me in a decent truck for my budget and less than perfect credit with fair rate, the reason for 4 star is they can work on better inspections, detailing before sold, good place over all my advise is to buy the warranty and inspect well before u buy they are used vehicles after folks.

Made it sound like the C.A.R.S warranty was included. After canceling the warranty A1 Motors Sales has yet to return $1801(Their cut of the $2500 warranty), 3 months later. C.A.R.S cancelled and return their $699 to my bank in a timely manner. However the thiefs at A1 Motors are hoping I forget or something. Also I asked when the truck had a tune up last, they said they just did one which was a lie along with many others. Be careful and take your business else where. Horrible service, extremely rude, unprofessional and crooked.

I honestly couldnt be happier with the way the guys here treated me. Left me alone to inspect the vehicle and never tried the hard sell. For the price there were no better options and they managed to get me a great rate in spite of me being a first time car buyer. Theyre an aggressive dealership in that they want their vehicles gone ASAP so they give their price first and are firm, but I found that their price for my pristine F-350 Lariat was actually about 3-5k under blue book value. Give them a shot, it isnt too good to be true.

Sold us a LEMON. Ford F250. Started making a noise within the first days. Mechanic said it needs a new motor. Worn out. And the mechanic we took it to said the check engine light was disabled. Id be really surprised if the dealership wasnt aware of the issues and I think they probably disabled the light which I am told is a big no-no.My husband wondered at the time why the salesman wanted us to go for just a short test drive. We went for a bit longer of one, but not long enough that this noise happened. I could be wrong...... but I think they probably knew.

I have been lied to by Romy and he is not a man of his word. Will never do business with this company. Your interest rate on a vehicle will be between 22% - 28% even if your credit is good. They have done things that I did not agree to. I think a class action suit should be brought against them.

Office guy was very unprofessional and and pushy with sales. He was difficult to have a calm conversation with, horrible salesmanship. Despite his attitude, we decided to check out the vehicle further and he continued to glare at potential buyers angrily. However the gentleman that showed us around the truck was quite helpful and polite.

I bought a Cadillac truck from this place back in March 2017. I had several issues with the air conditioner system which they replaced some parts with used parts. I also had issues with the power steering assembly which they replaced. Just to find out that the AC unit is still leaking a few months later. After taking my truck back 3times for AC issues i just decided not to return to this place EVER!!!!!!I decided to take my vehicle into the Cadillac dealership (thousands of dollars) and looked over it myself. As I got up under the vehicle I noticed that they had glued the bumper back together it (cracked) put paint over it and they also just like painted over a few rusted spots that was on a vehicle.The truck I bought actually did not come with the third row seat which is about $1000 if you buy it now but however they didn’t want to budge on the price at all. A VIN search of the vehicle after I bought it revealed A1 bought it for about $10,000 and sold it to me for about $19,000!!!!!BOTTOM LINE...... PLEASE DO SOME RESEARCH AND LOOK THE VEHICLE OVER WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

This is the best car lot I have ever seen period. When Noone else would help let alone even be friendly they went above and beyond to help my family. They are family oriented, and very mindfully of the customers wants needs and concerns. Not only did they get me in a car within 12 hours but as I drove off they noticed I could have had better tires, the fact they stopped me and ordered me new tires on the spot to make sure I was well taken care of the fact they have such hi standards makes them the perfect place for all people to get a car from. They had any and every vehicle possible and didnt settle until I was happy. Either their cars are not thoroughly inspected or the person doing the inspections is incompetent. Purchased a 2010 Mazda 3, and was lied to about the vehicles history. Car ended up needing thousands of dollars worth of repairs for things that wouldnt have been missed by any reasonably competent mechanic. Dont purchase from A1 Motors.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! This place is full of people who are frauds and will rob you, they dont care. I bought a car from there for 13,000. It was an 07 and they gave me the impression that the car only had 19,000 miles on it. Come to find out they changed the odometer at 91,000 miles so it actually had 110,000. Now Im having nothing but problems left and right. So while Im having to pay for all of these costly fixes, Im still trying to pay off the remaining 9 grand on the car. I even went over to A1 motors explaining everything and he didnt care. He was extremely rude and said it was my issue, not theirs. Of course he had nothing to say about changing the mileage either and questioned me about the proof I had. He wanted to cover himself up because I told him this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I also talked to several other people and they said they were lied to also and ended up with HORRIBLE cars too. This place is a joke and doesnt sell reliable cars. They cover things up and pretend like the cars they have are good so that they can overprice you and make bank. They only care about the money, not their customers.

Purchased F-350 King Ranch DRW from Jason. Asked multiple times for them to do basic service on transmissions and differentials. They refused and said that mechanic did thorough look over. Front differential, (ring, pinion, bearings), hub, axle shaft bearing, and obviously 4WD all failed less than 3000 miles from purchase due to mud and water inside which they never noticed or caught. Wish I could attach a picture.Definitely never serviced vehicle properly in spite of recommended service intervals. EGR Cooler also plugged within same time frame - along with driveline u joints that failed and froze. Needed $7000 in work. Truck was driven hard off road prior to purchase without any service and/or involved in a flood.Even the most basic items like the fuel filters never were serviced. Ford recommends fuel filters be changed every 22k. The fuel filter on frame was dirty and nasty - probably hadn’t been changed in a very long time. Definitely not at my purchase.Had to call multiple times to get license plate as they never sent out.... finally received after temp tags expired.

This place is a rip off, I don’t know how anyone could buy a car from this place. The cars are junk! They lie to get you to sign papers for the finance and then promise you that they will do the work in it the next day and they do nothing. They don’t clean there cars or out gas in them . Don’t waste your money and get ripped off!!! Stay away!!!!!! Go to a reputable car dealer

I work for ford and found a very nice, well priced f150 with lower miles. Listing price was $14,995, I had a 1997 f150 they offered me $500 for and $2000 in hand. So after Michigan sales tax and the interest rate they tried to put me in of 22.99%, 17,049 shouldve been what was financed for 60 months, which according to my calculator, says $284.15 a month. The best finance guy in town says your monthly payments will be $680 a month. And then got irritated when I said I would go to lunch with my wife to think on it. After lunch I stopped into another dealership on that stretch and found out I was approved on a brand new midsize truck with 100,000 mile warranty on a lower interest rate and same term. A $32,000 truck was cheaper per month for the same 60 month term than a $15,000 truck. This place gets people who are trying to get ahead further into the hole. Stay away and dont be deceived by their kindness.

By far the worst car buying experience Ive had, and regret buying from them! Had the vehicle less than 48hrs before it broke down, and when contacting them, the response was get it to us and well take a look. For one, Im not spending $400 on a tow bill to the place when Im 100miles aways, and if Ford diesel certified techs had issues finding and resolving all of the issues, their janky backyard mechanic sure the heck wasnt going to resolve the issues. After 3 1/2 weeks at the shop and $816 in repairs its finally back on the road. Also lied about multiple things, and I told them to only run my credit through one place and they ran it multiple times. Will never buy from them again, and will tell everyone I know not to either. Not even deserving of a 1 star rating. Update 10/9/18, truck is back at Ford dealership for more repairs, this time $3100 for parts and labor. Update 10/23/18, another $1100 spent this past week on more repairs, and still needs another $4-$5k in parts and labor to finish fixing the remaining mechanical issues. Will be contacting a lawyer to see if anything can be done, and hopefully keep this place from screwing anyone else over.

I wanted to purchase a classic car from them and I finally had saved enough to get it and so I called to get some more info on it and see if the price changed and the owner yelled at me at was very rude just because I wanted to know the MPG, Ive always wanted a classic car, not to keep in a garage but to drive it the way god intended and I was belittled and disrespected by the owner for asking 1 simple question. Upset because its the only place I found the car but I will still never do business with them ever!

My husband and I thought wed had a great experience, because we got an awesome deal on not one, but two vehicles! The salesmen were very friendly and helpful while we were there purchasing our vehicles. I traded my vehicle in for the one Id wanted, a Dodge Journey.. The salesmen said itd come in that day, but that it had been fully inspected and there was nothing wrong with it. My husband took it for a test drive and it seemed fine.. The next day though, the engine light came on so we called Romy at A1 and he said to bring it in and theyd check it out. We took it in, they had the mechanics look at it, and they said theyd fixed the problem. They never said what the problem was, but the engine light was off. It drove good still. So the next day, the engine light came on again! What do you know, they just shut the light off. Called Romy again, and he said to bring it back in. The next day we took it in and they said to take it over to Monroe Dodge Superstore because we had 47 miles left on a manufacturer warranty there. My husband drove it over and there was no warranty with Monroe Dodge. So at this point I was very frustrated because they kept stringing us along. I made an appointment with Monroe Dodge to have it checked out there the following week (2/24/15). Today I get the phone call saying that the vehicle needs $700 worth of work. If you want a vehicle no matter what, go to A1 Motors in Monroe. Dont go there if you want an honest salesmen!! Thanks guys!!

The cars are lemons theyre never fully inspected. salesman doesnt know what hes even taking about. Check engine light came on less than 800 miles from buying it took it to the dealership they said that they disconnected something from the computer some faulty s*** going on in there

Well, they were friendly and all, but boy do they know how to sell a car. I bought a used mazda 5 and was happy, until the block decided to blow apart on me. A1 service alright. 10 out of 10, never shopping for USED cars there ahain, if its almost new, Id consider it.

Vehicle is not as advertised that I was looking for. I even put a deposit on said vehicle and drove 3 hours to look at it. Was told(over the phone) the machine was clean and had no accidents, clearly the shotty body work on said vehicle says otherwise. Also had discussed that the title had to be clean and clear(per financing) but due to some odd findings the title had something with it that wouldnt allow my financing to complete the transaction so I had to use their preferred financing(should have been the first Omen, already and the deposit down at that point unfortunately). Older vehicles have wear and tear, that is normal but looking at this vehicle, that had a supposedly-clean carfax, I wonder what else is clean on it. Didnt bother to test drive the vehicle so I cant speak for anything else on it. The fact that they refused to return my deposit sounds like they do this on the regular. DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN is my advice, look the vehicle over yourself and make your own judgment-take a mechanic with you thats you trust as I dont believe they can be trusted at this point. They might have good vehicles but this one wasnt and the way they dealt with the situation isnt what Id recommend anyone deal with. They argued immediately about the facts and went straight to the defensive side. Hope this helps someone else save their hard earned money. Had the wrong place previously on the review...

Salesman was grumpy didnt want to talk price, gave speech about their a no haggle dealership its a take it or leave it price. WOW is all I can say. Believe owner needs to work on this guys sales pitch. Because his grumpy salesman just lost a sale..

Jason made my experience buying a new truck great! I originally found my sierra 3500hd denali on an online add. I requested more information and almost immediately I recieved a response. Jason answered all questions I had and made getting financed super easy. He had us approved for a loan before we even arrived to the dealer to test drive the truck. We got an awesome deal on the truck and an extremely fair trade in value on my jeep, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a used vehicle to take a look at A1.From the very beginning of the process he was very honest on what to expect with monthly payments, from the time I inquired about the truck until I drove off the lot was about 3 days and most of that time was on me being unable to get out to the lot. We were approved for financing withing an hour or 2. And he was very quick to get all the paperwork together so we were able to drive right off the lot in our truck in no time. The only thing I did not like was the truck was dirty, the inside was covered in dust and whoever waxed the truck did a very poor job. They had ample time to clean up the truck before we got there and I was hoping I was going to be able to drive off in a brand new looking truck not a dusty truck.

I was recommended to A1 Motors through a friend who recently purchased a car from them. When I arrived at their lot I was surprised by the variety of cars that they had; they had everything from old classics to brand new luxury vehicles. I was deciding between 2 cars and initially spoke to Jason about these vehicles. He was extremely thorough and explained every single thing about both cars and provided carfax reports to me on both of them. I came back the next day with my wife. Jason was helping another customer so Stanley helped us out that day. He was just as helpful as Jason. He gave us all of the information about both cars, took us for a test drive, and explained how to use all of the features that both vehicles had to offer. We told Stanley that we would need a few days to think about it before making the purchase. He completely understood and told us to take as much time as we needed before making such a big purchase. He even gave us his personal cell phone number and told us to call him if we had any questions during the time that the dealership was closed. This was the first dealership that my wife and I have been to where we werent pressured into buying something. A few days later, we made a decision on a car and we met with Romy to handle the finances. Prior to arriving to A1 Motors I contacted my bank to see what rate they would give me for a car loan. Having excellent credit, they approved me for 2.95%. I told Romy that I wouldnt need financing through the dealership since I was already pre-approved at my bank. Romy insisted that he would try to get me a better rate than my bank would give me. Romy immediately got on the phone and started discussing the situation with their lenders (and not taking no for an answer), he was able to get me approved for 1.89%! That is 33% better than my own bank would give me! From start to finish my experience with A1 Motors has been amazing. Do NOT buy from A1 Motor Sales. Do NOT waste your time. They prey on low credit scores. Wont tell you the price or let you test drive a car or truck until A1 performs a credit check. Then they decide how much money they can get out of you. These are the worst type of people.

On March 27th 2017 i called A 1 Motors to inquire about a black Dodge Challenger that i seen online, i talked to Jason he said they still had it, he told me all about it. I told him we lived in Missouri and we wanted to come down there tomorrow and look at it and buy it with cash if ever thing is good he said ok and for me to put a $1000 down to hold it so i did and he told me hell have Bill to pick us up from the airport we was real happy about that. So he did pick us up and when we got there they let us test drive it when we got back my husband checked it out, every thing looked good, sound good, and run good. My husband feel in love with it. I bought the car for his 50th Birthday paid cash for it he is so happy i told him he dont get no more gifts for the next 10 years lol. So we had a very good experience with A 1 Motors they even sent us a check to reimburse us cause they didnt have the locks for the rims so Stanley told us when we get home to take it to the dealership and they should change them out and they will reimburse us, and thats exactly what they did. So i would say give this place a try im very glad that we did my husband is very happy with his new toy lol.

No where to park and no service...despite having a truck I wanted I left and went elsewhere.i looked at ever vehicle on the lot and noone ever came out to see me.
