Guy got mad because I rather bring my own battery instead of paying $237 for a battery and installation and begin to talk trash Go down the road to A1 auto better customer service less moody females

Good service and decent prices from what I can tell.

They did amazing on my muffler however all my nights worked when I dropped to off. When I picked it up I have no blinkers at all no tail lights 1 head light and 1 brake light.

They got my car in right away and didn’t try to charge for any extra services, which I really appreciate since I don’t know much about cars! I will be back next time my car needs service.

So after coming in for a battery they held my vehicle hostage until I got a full oil change and tune up. To the tune of 800 plus dollars when I just needed a battery. After I got my vehicle back they had broke my frame in the rear and ironically the muffler support failed just weeks after. Do not go here they are crooks.

I see a review from years ago that says they had a new cat put in for under 300 dollars. I believe it. I went there today for an estimate because I have a hole and exsaust leak where my cat connects to the pipe running out the back. They said I need a whole new cat which is okay and quoted me 1300 dollars like yeah dream on buddy... the kid I got at the desk was really nice to me and got me right in to do an inspection and qoute but that price is absolutely obsurd it’s a 2006 car and a brand new cat online is 250 at the max 180 at the cheapest. You cannot tell me they are worth 1100 dollars an hour in labor. I heard great things when the last guy owned it but not it’s absolute horrible. Do not recommend.

I needed a part for my muffler. Groulx and Tireman recommend them. They even told me what the approximate cost should be. Accidently I stopped at Midas. Midas told me $550. Muffler Man $200. I was back in the road within an hour.

Guys do not try and save money with this place!! It ends up costing you more.. Last Saturday i took my van in for an alignment and wheel balance it took them 3 hours to do literally nothing.. $70 dollars and 3 hours of a waste of time.. as a matter of fact my steering wheel seemed more off!!! Well just spent $150 at Firestone to address the WAY OUT OF WACK alignment and off balance tires.. smh.. perfect example of you get what you pay for.

These guys always take care of me and are honest and fair. Too many folks are high maintenance and expect mechanics to be all peppy and positive. The facility down the street are happy and positive, but they’ll take you for everything you’ve got. As long as they’re honest and fair, that’s all I expect.

I took my car to this muffler man few days ago for struts and brake work and every one in the shop are very honest and very loyal to there customer. I will be taken my car here more often when I need work done. I’m super satisfied with every thing they have done for me.

Needed a quick and reasonably priced exhaust repair. They were busy but the wait wasnt too bad. Ive been recommending this place for years. Good work and good people.

I came here for auto work that couldnt be done at my regular auto shop. I received a inspection and recommended service at no charge by one of the auto techs who was kind and helpful.I came in for the service days later and I believe the guy I encountered at the front desk was the manager of the store. I brought a part that was hard to find even by the auto shops (which was recommended by the tech at the shop to do so). The manager was totally lifeless and completely uninterested in my business. When I told him what I was there for and asked about what time it would be done, he gave me attitude about how he doesnt make promises (I will get to it when I get to it his words) on people who bring him parts that he cant make money off on.He also proceeded to tell me he spends $5,000 a month on his building- more information than I needed. I left him with my car but then I turned around and decided he doesnt even deserve to service my car with a personality like that. I got my keys and car back. He approached me while walking out to his car and said he would do it but I said no thanks sir. I wont be returning and I advise you dont even waste your time on poor service. Their techs could do way better than a terrible manager (if thats even what he is).*I called corporate and spoke to a gentlemen there who knew exactly who I spoke of. That guy is a manager with a record of terrible service. Corporate apologized and ensured action would be taken*

Good for temporary fixes. I had my entire exhaust redone 6 years ago, and have been back every year since for repairs. Im pretty sure I didnt need the entire exhaust fixed, they just wanted to rip me off considering I could see the hole in the exhaust. But I figured I would just get the whole thing done and get it set for years to come. It didnt work out that way. The first time I came back for work on it, the employee told me the place that installed it for me did a real crappy job, and I told them that I had it done there.... I still had to pay to get it fixed even though it was done just the previous year. I gave it two stars because they are cheap, but it comes with a price thats for sure. Watch out for the younger guy there, make sure the things he recommend are what really needs to be done.

Just another corporate box shop. They do good exhaust work but I wouldnt trust them for oil changes on anything other than domestic vehicles because I took my car for an oil change and they must have put the wrong filter on or a cheap one at that and my engine locked up the next morning.

Cheapskate owner cant put one time in his building or property in over 20 + years. The grounds and building look like trash.... Also some of the workers are the lastest I ever seen.

Worst shop I’ve ever had a car in. Must have also left rags in my engine bay due to the fact that while transporting the vehicle home my buddy called to tell me things were flying out from under the truck on fire. If I wanted the experience that I got from this place, I would have gotten a backyard mechanic from Detroit to work on it.

Ive been going here for muffler work for 20 years and I personally have had nothing but satisfaction. I think they are the most dependable shop in town.

I love love love love love this place!!!!!everyome from the receptionist katy.to each and ever mechanic got there just minutes before close and my drum on my ford focus went out maybe 5 minutes before i pulled up i didnt have the original 120 something dollars so they found something cheaper.i feel like this building is the closest place to heaven right now. So not only are they doing my oil change but also work on my car.so very grateful. Damn i just love love love this place.

Unless you need exhaust work by Art, STAY AWAY from this place. New management, backyard wannabe mechanics, and rip off prices for unnecessary work.

The mechanics here are straight forward and honest. Josh is the one I always go to, amd before I leave the shop I have typically (unless I jad to drop it off right before close) been shown the problem and already given a cost breakdown of parts and labor and when it will be done. Shop looks a little dirtier than some of the big named ones, but they dont charge outrageous prices. Bigger shops quoted me for $800 for a fuel pump and they charged me less than $450. They dont charge for stupid things like a bolt being dofficult or having to use a powertool to get things off. Very honest and I would reccomend them over every other shop in town.

They used to be honest now its a 500 pound hog and some dumb kid googleing how to fix cars. They claimed they couldnt allign my car because it needed ball joints and pitman arms which were already replaced. I dont think they even put my car on a lift. Hill billy hang out is all your going to get a muffler man.

Took my used minivan to them. The previous owner had replaced the catalytic converter with a rusty pipe. For under $300 they got it all put back together. Only $75 labor. They will get my bussiness again.

Had front end work done awhile ago.had to come back three times.the third time i had someone else do the work.did not want to repay for parts that were messed up by there work.would not bring a hot wheels car for them to look at.
