Absolutely great! The guys at Marine Installers were friendly and strive to get the job done quickly and correctly. Originally, took my 9.9 for an oil change and the guys cleaned the engine and made me aware of potentials issues with a couple of options to repair or replace. Great shop for all your marine and boat servicing needs!Recently, i had the guys at Marine Installers build a custom bow on my aluminum boat so i could mount a trolling motor. Again, they did a phenomenal job. The bow they built looks as if it came from the factory and is rock solid.
Very trustworthy, reliable and honest. This is a quality shop for boat lovers, not a cheap shop for boat owners! We have put a lot of blood sweat and tears into our boat and this is the only person I trust completely to make sensible and lasting repairs. Highly recommend.
Best place have your boat repaired. Years of experience, good service, and professional expertise.
I highly recommend bringing your boat here! Very knowledgeable and helpful
Im not giving marine installers 1 star because the quality of the work. Im giving them 1 star because of the lack of communication. I called and asked them if the worked on my specific make of boat because the website says that they work mostly with fishing boats. I left a message when they first opened and was hopping to hear back before noon. I ended up calling them back because I had not heard anything. They told me they would have no problem working on my boat and that I should bring it in. I drove an hour to get to the shop ( got lost on the way because the gps doesnt take you to the correct spot, nothing they could do about that but I called to get help and they never answered). When I went to the desk I told the girl at the front desk that I had called and that I would like them to take a look at the boat. Its at that point that she told me he was 2 months behind and wouodnt be able to work on the boat until that time. It would have been great if they would have told me that before I made a two hour round trip for nothing. I ended up finding somewhere closer to loganville that seems very promising.
An ok place. Lots of old boats
