Not a bad place. Put a deposit down on a 60hp tohatsu and nobody knows when its even coming in! Oh well time will tell if I threw the cash out the window.

I have called for a quote all week this week and yet have gotten to talk to a salesman. I ask the guy that answers the phone and always says that the sales people are busy at the moment to ask them just to fax me a quote and still at 4:00 on Friday afternoon still no fax. I know that what I want isnt in stock and will take a long time to get, but I still want a QUOTE!!!!

I brought my boat to them because it had shut off. They fixed that quickly, a fuse holder issue. During the service write-up I told the guy that there was two stroke oil all over the motor. He did write it down on the service order. When I picked the boat up, I asked him about the oil and he informed me they had run it and saw no issues. I finally got to put the boat in the water yesterday. I ran the boat at high speed for perhaps 5 minutes. When I put it on the trailer, I saw oil dripping out of it again. A full gallon of Mercury two stroke oil was gone! Bought from Ludwig by the way. Maybe in 8 minutes I would be looking at trying to buy a new motor because of their negligence.
