I wanted to lighten my black hair to a pretty ash brown. I was given blonde highlights on level 3 hair. I feel stupid and like I shouldn’t have gone to fantastic sams. The reviews were good, but for some reason the stylist didn’t understand what it was I wanted. She asked if I wanted highlights and I said no, that I wanted my whole head lightened. She ended up giving me highlights anyway. I’ve never had my hair bleached before so I trusted her with the process, thinking I didn’t know as much as her but the process didn’t feel like it was what I wanted. I feel so stupid. I look 35 but I’m 23. Thanks a lot for a great first experience. Can’t stop crying

Hadnt had a haircut since before covid, so it was far too long and just had to go! Had never met Lauren before but she did exactly what I wanted! Good job!

We have went to this fantastic Sams twice, had to go have hair fixed twice afterwards.. both times! Was so upset last night I didnt even bother complaining because I knew I would lose it! First time the girls just looked at me like I was an idiot. Never EVER AGAIN!!

The girl that checked me in was rude. They messed up both my sons and my hair. I had a pixie cut before I sat in the chair, requested that the stylist clean it up, and walked out with an androgynous cut. Me and my son literally walked out with the same hairstyle. If you value a knowledgeable stylist who cares about your expectations, do not allow any stylist at this salon to touch your hair!

Always go here for my eyebrow waxing. They always manage to squeeze me in, even if they are busy.The website states they close at 9, but, they actually close at 8. Be mindful of that. I brought it to their attention and they said they would fix it.

Heidi redid my hair for me completely. She was great company in the hours I spent there bleaching my hair very friendly and into her work. Sydney was also there and though she didnt do my hair I seen how she interacted with her clients and it was amazing very friendly and would go to amazing extents to make clients experience the best she could great place to go! Also clean kept.

Was there today and was taken care of pretty quick. I didnt have my normal person because she was real busy. The young lady I did have did a good job. Im not sure if a shampoo is an extra charge or not but she tried to make it seem like it was included. She cut my hair and then said ok lets get a shampoo. I didnt like that at all

All the girls do a great job. Never had a bad hair cut from any. Good prices and Mondays they offer a discount for men on regular cut.

Amanda and Tara (sp?) were great! Took my sons in on a Mon before lunch and only waited like 5 mins. Great cuts for the guys. They really listened to what they wanted and discussed it with them in detail before starting on their hair. My boys are 9 and 12. The ladies showed them complete respect and didnt ignore them at all.Absolutely a great experience. We will definitely be back once a month for haircuts.

I had a very beautiful faux hawk done by my stylist-Oh you meant from here?No, when I couldnt get in to my stylist I came here. The lady was very impatient and rude, probably was having a rough day.It was no excuse for her to butcher my faux hawk before I went on vacation. She spent TEN MINUTES between washing my hair and cutting it. It was rushed and the service I received was far from acceptable.If you dont like the cut the stylist is required to fix it, but I had to leave for vacation, not that I would want her to ever cut my hair again.

Sydney did my hair, she was very sweet, but I was very unhappy with absolutely everything she did. Color job was terrible, and the cut was terrible, uneven, and much shorter than I asked for.

This place doesnt even deserve one star to be totally honest with you. I had the worst experience ever and walk out with damaged hair. My neck even got burn because they left the chemicals on way to long and now I have a scar from it . I wouldnt suggest going here in a million years, thats just my opinion.

I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done and the lady who did them messed them up so bad... she does not know how to do brows. I was so mad when I saw the results but kept it to myself and just paid her.

My friend went there yesterday and they didnt even cut her hair. It look like it did when she got home. Every time I go I tell them to cut it short I wear a spike and they just cut a tiny bit off top. I will not use these people again.
