I really wish I would have gotten the girls name that helped my husband and I so that I could call and suggest a huge raise for her! We went into bath and body works a week or so before Halloween looking for the Halloween soap and candles. The girl that helped us was probably the nicest person I have ever met! She ran all around the store finding me candles that she thought I would like and made some great suggestions. She was so friendly and attentive! It was an amazing experience, we ended up leaving with Halloween and Christmas stuff!

It always takes a long time to check out at this location. I stood in line behind two people for twenty minutes. They were not buying an excessive amount of products. However, the people are nice and the products are good!

Ever since their massive renovation and relocation within the mall, this location has been amazing. The staff have always been great and helping you figure out what you might want, and taking care of you all the way to check out. One of the best locations Ive been to.

Their products are very good with reasonable price. Love the body butter and new gel numbers. Also body mists and candles are really good. Hand creams are very effective with lots of options.
