Fast and kind service

I broke down in Monroe today. I called R&C automotive to see if they could fix what was wrong. He actually walked me through what it possibly was. It was what he said and it got me moving and home 50 miles away. If I ever need service in the Monroe area. This is where we will go. Thanks again for the help!!

I had my truck towed in with a diagnosis of a blown engine from another shop, and expected to pay a ton of money for a replacement. R&C was able to look at my truck exactly when they said they would, and they were able to repair the issue for a small fraction of what I was expecting to pay. They could have sold me anything, but instead saved me a ton of money and called me right away with the good news. I live on the other side of town, but any time I have a major repair Ill be heading out to R&C because its worth it.

I have been taking my vehicles to Richard for over 15 years. He is honest and dependable - two traits you dont see much of in the auto repair business. He does great work, and is always friendly and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.
