They inspected my motorcycle quickly & then I thought about my truck having a problem with one of the headlights not working. He asked if I would want to bring the truck in the next day. I did, and he looked at it and noticed it was only a bent wire in the headlight! These other places would may have told me it was the headlight and charged me labor and a light I didnt need! Dependable, honest & quick!

They do great work,and I feel they are honest on what they do and fair price on all the work thats been done on all 3 of my vehicles.

I saw these guys driving down hwy74 after I had just left another shop, which had given me an estimate for $349.00 to do my front brakes and replace my rotors. I told the guys at General Automotive and they offered me a free brake inspection, and they told me it would be 269.00 for the same exact parts and labor. They were very thorough and polite. I would highly recommend these guys.

This repair shop is operating without skillsmanship. My vehicle was delivered to be repaired in December and was not touched for over a month. I was given many excuses about the late repair and ultimately ended up with a labor bill and a non repaired vehicle. This shop is not designed for much more than brake repair, oil changes, tire exchange, and other minor repair services. DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES OR YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE DESTROYED. This is now a small claims case.
