Came to try and get a part from this dealership. The parts Dept closes at 4pm and I arrived at 3:45pm. They had the gate closed and lights off. I had tried calling multiple times all day and nobody answered the phone any time. I called 5 times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Closing early and when I asked the manager he just said they were closed. Ridiculous!!!

I am so happy I dont own a ford! Unfortunately my company does and my god what a nightmare this place was. They are not specific on where you need to go to take your vehicle so I went to 3 different bays before I finally found where to drop it off. When I was in the parking lot one of the mechanics almost hit my work truck with someones car because he floored it pulling it into the bay. Then I finally pull into the correct bay and there is an associate just standing in the way not paying any attention. I mean this place is a hot mess and frustrating at best I will just stick with my Toyota they have much better service and customer service! Djs diner is the best part about the entire place!!!

Chris was my service advisor. Very pleasant and professional. Had my 2019 Flex in for its first service. Service time was quick - guess that is why its called Quick Lane.Thus will be the only place I take my vehicles to for any servicing.

Carlyn was absolutely AMAZING!!!! Not only did she NOT pressured me into getting extra work done, like another guy did during my lasy visit but she helped me prioritize safety and what needed to be done in a timely and financial order. And saved me money upfront. Will definitely come back and get work done with her again. 💜 Thanks

Told my daughter she needs rear brakes. Upon inspection at home the rear pads had 1/4 of material left. Lies combined with preying on a woman with a small child equals easy money for a sleazy operation. Wont be back and spreading the word about crossroads

Came in for a state inspection and it only took about 30 minutes for them to finish. Customer service was friendly and fast. Will definitely come back!

They offer an appointment service but they really don’t understand what an appointment actually is. Made an appointment for 8am but by 9.30am it hadn’t even moved from the parking spot. When asked why it hadn’t moved we were told that the appointment time dose mean the time the car get worked on and a bunch of people had come and gone with their vehicles while we sat wait for our to even move out the parking spot. My understanding of an appointment is you are serviced around the time of the appointment. Even if they didn’t really use the appointment system we were the third customer through the door and yet people head and behind us in the “First come first serve” system were service and left before our car had moved. I asked about this when paying and the guy couldn’t give me a reasonable answer as to why we were the for 3 and a half hours. Just unacceptable and we won’t be back.

I had an oil change. I usually dont have to wait long. They are always kind. coffee and beverages are available and some snacks. My oil change was only 39.99 .
