Rebecca, the Service Manager is amazing. She greeted me With a smile and was very attentive. She was sweet and professional. She listened to my concerns and truly cares. I don’t mind driving from Fort Mill to buy and service my 2021 Armada here because I am treated like family. Thanks again.

Bought a 2018 Frontier that had a slack tire. They said they fixed it but all they did was put a little air in it. Tire was slack again the next day. The tuck was missing the antenna
Never had a dealership go out of their way to make a customer comfortable and trusting in taking care of my vehicle as Monroe Nissandoes. My husband takes both our vehicles to them all the time, and he is a fuss pot when it comes to servicing his “Max”.

Well this is my second review in a week. I have a 2017 Nissan Frontier that I bought brand new at Monroe Nissan. I have the paint flaking off in the bed of the truck and Nissan warranty services want stand behind it. When I left my first review the owner supposedly wanted me to contact them and they would work personally with me to fix the problem for me to contact them so I did and now there still not doing anything about it. So I guess Ill never buy another Nissan and will advise anybody I come in contact with to never trust a Nissan dealership. There paint only lasts 30 months and there is no warranty on the paint, so it is as is even though I bought it brand new with 13 miles on it. Im truly disappointed I bought a Nissan itll never happen again and Ill let all my friends know the same thing.
