When I got it back I noticed another scratch that was missed by me the first time and he was able to fix it and file a supplemental claim to my insurance and got it all covered under one deductible! Such a great experience. The communication was amazing. Each day I received updates. My car was damaged from a hit and run so I needed a new bumper. The first few replacement bumpers they received were damaged, but they kept trying until they received one that was adequate. I appreciate the intentionality. They also had everything done on time and looking great. Highly recommend them! Very professional!

Great experience through the whole process. I recieved text messages for every step they were performing on my car. They were very concerned that my car was perfect and all work was done with perfection. I was shown pictures of the damage and they test drive my before they released it to me as it had suspension damage. Great place to bring your car to. Caliber Collision Monroe, NC replaced a broken driver side mirror and painted the new one. John the service advisor gave me an estimate of the time and cost. The price was right and the repair was great. I am well pleased. In fact the paint on the mirror looks better than the rest of the car! If the car was newer I would have him paint the car. The day after I got my car fix I had to take it right back! This was in December and I have been going back and forth up there about my lights but there was no issue with my lights before I went to them! They part under my car was not secure because it fell down months again so I had to take the other side down! Never again!!!

Michelle John and Richard were all just awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely safe and happy. My rear view mirror had broken and fallen off which had nothing to do with the repairs but Richard fixed it for me and put my new one up. It’s not quite the right one but him and John both told me that If I get the correct one they will put it up for me. I even got a bolt in my tire on the way home from the shop on Thursday and John plugged it for me even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I’m a recently seperated woman who knows nothing at all about automobiles. They could have very easily taken advantage of the situation but as I said they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and happy. I will only use them if I ever need more work and will recommend them to any who ask. Thanks you guys. You are the best!

This is my second time using Caliber Collision for repair on my truck. They are great folks to deal with and the quality of work is excellent. My truck has a color that is difficult to match and paint properly and Caliber really nails it.

Quality professional body shop. Good people who care about your automobile and you as a customer. Ive been here twice for rear bumper cover on my car (dont ask) and both times the repair was completed quickly. The fix is indistinguishable from the factory bumper cover. Paint matched perfectly and fit is flawless. Hope I never have to go back, but if I do, Im sure Ill be more than satisfied.

My car was hit while it was parked and my first choice was to bring it to Caliber Collision. We use the Indian Trail location for any needs with my companies vehicles, so I know I would be in good hands. Gabby was great and handeling the whole situation and my car looks amazing! I cant even tell anything was done to it. It was icing on the cake when I went to get into my car upon pickup and the entire inside was cleaned and vacuumed. I definitely recommend using this company and will continue to do so in the future!

Richard and his team did an incredible, fast job on replacing my broken door handle. They even went above and beyond and cleaned/vacuumed the inside of the car! Very professional and top customer service!

The BEST auto body work AND customer service! Ive used them twice and each time they continue to amaze me with the professionalism and above expected work. My recent visit was because my car was side swiped. They gave me a date of 1-20 for delivery. I got a call from Sherry on 1-17 saying it was probably going to be done by 1-18. 1-18 I get the call its finished. I picked it up and it looks perfect! (To prove the above and beyond expected - when I dropped my car off, it was a mess inside due to just coming back from a road trip....picked it up....the car was detailed & washed. I was completely shocked!) Jason, Sherry and everyone at that shop was so nice! I will continue to use them without a doubt for all my auto body needs!

I cannot praise them enough. I took my Mustang in after getting rear ended. The person who hit me had questionable insurance but John and his team made it stress-free. Kept me updated and fully informed. When I picked my car up it looked better than when I bought it. Hope I never have to use them again but if needed they will be my one and only body shop!

I highly recommend using Caliber Collision (Monroe). I was referred to them by the dealership. When I stopped by I spoke to Lisa a pleasant, friendly professional who answered. She sat up my appt. to bring my car in. When I dropped it off I spoke to Lisa and John Zimmerman who told me what would happen moving forward. Lisa was helpful with getting me picked up by Enterprise Rental. John Zimmerman let me know what was going on step by step. I got my car prior to estimated date, it looked like new again. Jason Keziah was awesome when I called to inquire about rental car being picked up. Took our company truck there to just have a driver door changed and painted. They started on a Monday and did not get it back until the following Monday. Was not pleased with the timing of the repair.

Took my van in to see if my frame needed to be pulled out and they were honest and said it was not that but it was suspension problem. Didnt charge for the consult and tht made me happy. They dont cheat you or do you in. Gotta love that!

Jason, Lauren, and Sherri were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took care of my vehicle and me. They set up everything with the rental I needed from the type vehicle, pick up, to returning it. I received frequent updates on the status of my vehicle and when it would be completed. When I picked up my car, it was clean and looking like new again. They made an unpleasant situation as smooth as possible with smiles on their faces the entire time.

After a month I picked my car up to find the exterior still dirty in the places the paint was supposed to had been blended. Due to the accident my car was shaking upon braking, either alignment or bald tires. I asked them to check it out so I’d know what I needed to do about it. They never checked on that. After about a week my fog cover had popped out and a headlight would come off and on. I took it back and after 6 hours hadn’t heard anything. I call and I’m told they test drove my car and everything seemed fine. There was nothing they would do until it happened again. Insurance picked this shop as mine was booked solid. I would not use or refer this shop to anyone.

Took our vehicle in for repair. We were quoted over 2 hour time at the dealership. Caliber had it ready in 20 mins, exactly as quoted. We will be bringing our vehicles here for any issues they can possibly repair. Service advisors cared about their job and customers.

Called May 22nd and set up appointment for Thursday morning, May 25th for an estimate. I TOOK TIME OFF WORK to go by and get the estimate. Met with the manager who took the time to explain to me how there were 3 insurance companies, Allstate being one of them, that had to do their own estimate. I explained to him that I was working with the individual who had hit my truck and that they may pay out of pocket, and that I needed the 3rd estimate before he would decide if he wanted to contact his insurance. He took all the information and pictures and said he would work up the estimate and send to me. He even made the comment that it was a lot of work to prepare the estimate, which is why he was telling me about the Allstate policy. I called later that day and left a message stating I had not received the estimate. I called in the afternoon on Friday, again left a message. Now it is Wednesday morning of the following week and I never received a phone call or an estimate. To me, this is a test of the managers character. When you look someone in the eye and shake their hand and tell them youre going to do something, you do it. I cannot speak to the quality of the work done at this shop. However, as I no longer trust the manager, I will not be taking my business there. Further, anyone who I come into contact with needing body work, I will tell them this story.

The staff is intellectual and phenomenal. Great customer service! Best place to take your car to have repairs completed!!
