Took my bike here for repairs and just to be looked over, did great work at a great price and got it done super fast despite being slammed with work on other customers bikes. I wasn’t going to make it to the shop in time before closing and Carlo went above and beyond to make sure I got my bike since it was the weekend and he knew I was dying to ride.Will return for general servicing and any other issues I have with my YZ125

The only place that I take my bike to get looked at. Clean shop, reasonably priced and most of all trustworthy. Carlo always gives me a much-deserved hard time for not lubricating my chain or checking the pressure on my tires more often, and I appreciate that.

I stopped in to have my back tire changed Saturday afternoon 10/5/19, unfortunately for me they didnt have one in stock. The service manager proceeded to go above and beyond by calling another bike shop 30 miles from their location to check if they had the tire I needed, lucky for me they did. This was important because I live in North West Indiana and was heading back home that day, he could have left it at we dont have the tire, get out lol. Instead he still took the time to help, for that I say thank you very much. I will be back in one day, hopefully not for a tire, but I will make a purchase of some kind. My bike had been running poorly for a while (hanging revs when hot) and I finally decided I had to take it in. I was expecting to need a carburetor rebuild and was prepared to spend a good chunk of money. However, Carlo took a look at my bike as soon as I got in, tested it out, and made some simple tweaks (throttle free play, idle screw) that pretty much completely fixed my problems-free of charge. An honest mechanic is always a valuable find, and these guys are awesome.

A friend recommended this shop to me. Glad he did. Carlo got my bike back to tip-top shape. Just in time for Spring riding season here. Excellent work and very reasonable prices. Will DEFINITELY bring my bike back here when it needs works.

Carlo is a stand up guy and has a great shop with excellent customer service.I walked in today bc my daughters dirt bike wasnt starting. He told me they are on a 3 week wait on service bc everyone is riding with their extra free time due to Covid19 which I understood. But, before I left he said hed take a quick look to make sure it wasnt something simple. After 5 minutes he figured out the problem (simple one lol) and fixed it.I was happy bc we have plans to head out to Dirt World this weekend and didnt want to have her sitting out watching. When I got home with the bike my neighbor asked me where I went bc he said he knows a great guy Carlo who always works on his motorcycle. Small world that I just happened to go to the very same Carlo.You guys get 4 thumbs up 👍👍👍👍 from me and my neighbor. You have customers for life.

Carlo is one of a kind.. experienced, professional, organized to a fault. But most importantly..friendly. down to earth and compassionate to his fellow riders needs. Youll be pressed to find someone who likes bikes more than him. Ive utilized his acumen for years. Besides..hes got great taste in music in his shop. Pay him a visit to compare bike ownership histories, or local racing results. It doesnt matter..when you are around him..you feel confident in the knowledge youve made a good decision to be there. Carlos is an amazing mechanic. He treats u as a friend and not a customer which is what amazed me at first. Had a few problems with my Kawa and instead of just telling men u can look at it and charge me, he took a few minutes, looked it over and told me what it might have been. I fixed the issue and he saved me a few hundred dollars.Highly highly recommend

Never go here. I had a service done here and the issue was not fixed and I was told he doesnt warranty his work because the bike isnt new. Why would I be bringing a new bike here for service. Had to take my bike to the manufacturer to get it fixed. If you want your bike fixed get it done right the first time so dont go here. Half these reviews are friends of the business.

I have known Carlo for years. He is without argument one of, if not the best technician around! I do most of my own work but what I can’t handle I bring to Carlo. I have always been treated with respect (even when I bring in one of my mistakes). I am thoroughly impressed with his shop. Clean, organized and well equipped. Customers are treated as guests and typically welcome in the shop area. Repair prices are very reasonable, especially considering they don’t gouge on parts and they even install what you bring in. I like the idea of going where the shop staff are experienced and accomplished in street, motocross and road racing.

About 2 years ago, my 1997 Honda Nighthawk (CB750) was running rough, sometimes wouldnt start. Dealer services departments refused to work on it because it was too old. I was about to sell the damn thing but I trailored it down to Carolina Cycle. They cleaned the carburetor and ever since, its been running like a top. Every time I get on the bike, I silently thank them for their good work!

Really awesome group of people working, very honest and do the right thing. Finally glad I found someone that knows exactly what they are doing! Very reasonable prices and quality work.

I had an outstanding experience with Carolina Cycle Service! My bike was finished in a very short period of time despite the work being done near a holiday. The price of parts and labor was also super reasonable. I would definitely recommend CSC to my friends, as i will be returning there for all maintenance and repairs in the future. Carlo was great!

Great work and customer service

Carlo is a very knowledgeable mechanic. Quality repairs and honest prices. $23 a tire mount and balance (Balancing done with dynabeads, and work very well) compared to the rip off prices of $50 a tire elsewhere. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Take your toys here. Never had any issues. Pro-active mechanic who will make sure you are safe on whatever you are riding. He has saved my ass from a loose motorcycle axle that another shop left me with.

Very professional gave me the quote i asked for. Hardest part is waiting for it to be finished.

NEVER GO THERE! I called and got a quote over the phone for an Full exhaust in stall, Foot shift lever install, foot brake lever install, and Passenger foot pegs install. They were black pieces that I wanted on my bike versus the silver. He quotes me $180 and I was like awesome price, so I then how much for a Led bulb install as well, Carlo said probably another hour of labor which would put me at $250, I said book the appt. When I show up with my exhaust and parts, I added black hand levers and a small in that goes inside my clutch lever to start the engine. Hes well itll be $350 now I was like dam in my mind cause it wasnt that much more parts, but since Ive waited a week for the appt I said fine and he had me sign the labor receipt that clearly said $350. I drop it off Thursday didnt here from him till saturday when I called. He now tells me that he had some issues with installing the exhaust and Led bulbs, and the total now is $457. Im holding the phine like WTF, I go get my bike and im checking it out, he tells my tire pressure and coolant was low and he alsi added a few bolts to my wind screen cause a few was missing. Im like ok that was cool so Id just suck up the inflated pricing. Right when I felt a lil better I see the large long crack going uo the middle all the way to the back of my front Wheel fairing. I said woeee what happened he says idk I didnt do that. Im a honest man I would never try and gauge parts or money off any one, and I know for a fact it wasnt there before I took it there. However, because i didnt have proof I had to swallow that. I recommend you never go there and if you do take a pic if your bike, sign your labor receipt and make sure you ask if there can be any added cost on kabor for the work hes doing, cause if not your screwed like I was.

I hate having other people touch my vehicles. After having to find a place to work on one of my bikes I just happened to get lucky. I will never take any of my bikes to anyone else after dealing with these awesome guys. The guys at CCS are great. I was on a moto tour and my stater went out on Suzuki C90. Instead of gouging me like maybe another shop might have done, they instead treated me like I was a local. They had my back, and me on the road within 24 hours; I only waited on a part from the warehouse.Carlo and TJ know their stuff and you can tell motorcycles are their passion. I would highly recommend them to anyone local or traveler.

FIRST CLASS all of the way! That pretty much sums up my latest experience at CCS. Carlo, the owner, and his other mechanic TJ have time and time again gone above and beyond what was expected. I dropped off a pretty beat up older bike to have some motor work done on, and when I went to pick it up, I found it had some small extra modifications done to help bring it back to life! They seem to not let machines leave the shop without first meeting their standards. As a business owner myself, I am all for great practices like this. From the track record I have experienced at Carolina Cycle Service, I recommend no other shop to take a motorcycle, atv, or jetski to other than CCS. My advise, take it or leave it.....but I would take it.

Took 2 months to do my bike. I asked him every week when he would have my bike ready, said he would have it done by that Thursday or by the next day, never happened. It took him 7 weeks to tell me which parts he needed to get the bike finished. I wouldnt Carlo to anyone.

Words can not describe how well Carolina Cycle Service has treated me. I brought my 2011 Honda CRF250R to a different mechanic. Basically the other mechanic did a very poor job and I took my bike to Carlo with Carolina Cycle Service. I brought my bike to him in a million pieces. Carlo was able to go through the entire motor and fix every single problem that the other mechanic had made. I was worried about bringing him a box of parts because they were un-organized and they werent in good shape as the other mechanic had damaged many parts. Carlo was able to piece my motor together and rebuild the entire bottom and top end easily. Not only does Carlo just put it together, he puts it together professionally and never misses a beat. He goes beyond perfection when it comes to getting his customers ready to ride. After receiving the new parts that had been damaged, Carlo was able to get my entire motor rebuilt and have me back on the track in ONE DAY! I had left my bike with the OTHER mechanic for more than 4 weeks. My bike is running better than ever and I know that i can trust it to keep going. There is not a better mechanic around and I will always bring my bike to CCS. You will not be disappointed the quality and pricing is unreal. I bought a Honda shadow ace a couple weeks ago which had something that wasnt quite right. I took it to a honda rep in pinneville to get a new back tire, oil change, and check everything else, including why signal fuse kept blowing. $350 got new tire and other stuff done, along with a $1000 estimate for other repairs needed. I done my own check of reviews and another shop sent me to CCS for estimate. All reviews were exellent so I go in and we talked over what was going on, 1/2 a day and $250 later my bike was purring like a kitten. Most shops wouldnt even look at it because it has a little custom work, it was no problem for the guys at CCS! Thanks guys! Im a customer for life!
