We needed a very large banner printed overnight. Their machine was malfunctioning. They took on the challenge and found a way to get it printed elsewhere and overnighted! Kudos to whoever does the hiring and training at the Modesto location!

Horrible Customer Service!!!! I would give 0 Stars if I could. I arrived there at 420. There was 1 person at the counter and I was next in line. Express mail is supposed to go out before 425. I had an overnight envelope to send. The guy who picks up the express mail was nice and asked me if I wanted him to take the envelope. I said it is urgent mail and is supposed to be overnighted. He took the envelope and wanted to scan it in as it wasnt scanned yet. The woman at the counter told him not to worry about it and that shes got it and that it will get overnighted. So the pick up guy left. 2 minutes later another female walks up and scans my envelope telling me it is not going out until 430 the next day. Excuse me??? The next day. She said he already left to go to the airport. I said he was just here a second ago and he wanted to take it, but she said (pointing at the other lady) it will go today. She replied that it wont go today, because the later pick ups dont go to Texas. It was supposed to be there the next day, not two days later. The title company paid for overnight. All in all the two woman working that day were rude and incompetent. It would have taken less than 10 seconds to scan that envelope and let the pick up guy take it. I will avoid FedEx as this is not the first bad experience I had with them.

I have been working very hard on a project for some time now, so I have been in many times. And I am usually stressed, due to the nature of this project. Yet I have not ever had a bad experience there. Not even when they were operating with minimal staff. The manager worked every day for a few months I think and he never failed to make me feel welcome. They have added some excellent personnel. Vic helped me last time, what a gem!Life is hard enough, it really makes a difference when you have a place you can always count on to make sure you are well cared for. When a large cooperation maintains happy employees you can be sure they are doing things right at the top. And sadly there are to few these days. Go FedEx!Sincerely, Carley

I went in there today, and so glad I did. I went to UPS first and I have no idea what I was thinking. I love FedEx shipping prices! By far great customer service and the offer a lot with half the price. Definitely love Kat! Super sweet and definitely goes beyond what I expect from customer service. Keep up the good work. Today Derek was a rock star helping my scattered tired brain get an incredibly important package out on time. I made it a little tougher on him by forgetting I needed copies until after it was sealed! His patient professionalism is a huge credit to customer service skills!Hanna is an incredible printing pro! Her help was invaluable to achieve or goal today!

Very bad customer service

Absolutely ridiculous! I submitted my online print order two days before and came to pick up on day I submitted and it was still not done! Why have a date/time to pick if it isn’t going to be done by the . Customer service associate was so unhelpful either. Never again.

Waiting to be helped, only for the staff to help everybody that comes in after me. I came in to print a simple 2 page document, and was not greeted or helped. There is no excuse to sit inside the store for 30 minutes without a single person to coming to assist. Waiting in line also proved helpless, as they pick and choose who they want to help. 4 different times, the staff would look in my direction and ask the person next to me if they need help. 1/5 not returning. This used to be the only place I would print from. Not anymore.

So slow. If you’re in a rush don’t bother coming here. They take there sweet time.

Great welcoming staff. They were always attentive and helpful with our order. I feel like some people expect them to bend the rules for them and get angry when it doesnt happen. Go in expecting to be in a store and youll be fine.

I usually copy and print out all of my documents here, whether it is work related or school related. The printers are always working and the service here is quick and easy. Lol, I totally recommend this place to anyone who has run out of ink or paper at home like myself.

This place is hit or miss. Ive come here a few times and they are always friendly, however the service greatly depends on who is helping you. My first visit was a 30-40 minutes wait while they packed my items for shipping, whereas my next was welcome with the option to fill out a form and not have to wait. I also had forgotten to print a document that needed to be put in the box, and they were nice enough to print it for me.

I came in to fax some documents. I waited for a while even though employees were just fidgeting around. Employees did not greet me or ask if I needed assistance. I left due to no help and terrible customer service.

Employee Christina stated to staff not to help anyone with there design unless they pay a 25$ fee to even add a COMA its a 25$ fee. This happened as an employee tried to resize a basic font sign. She instructed I go back to the office and resend then if I dont want to pay 25$ for a 75 cent print.

The speed of the pack is the speed of the leader40 minutes to (attempt to) print a simple 11x17 set of reports. The young woman CLEARLY was not trained...and in her floundering received NO help from a coworker or a supervisor.Left my card with the Center Manager as I left, without the project completed, imploring her to call me about the aforementioned. She called me back in less than five minutes...and could care less.FOOLS

Great customer service. Can always get the print I need. There are also many books here that I would recommend.

This is my go to spot for copies and faxing. The machines are always working, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Knowledgeable people provided service to somebody who was very confused about what they really wanted with a smile they have the personality that is good for a store

I needed to print something for a class, and usually I used a FedEx office to do so. This morning however, the print and go kiosk was not working properly. I couldnt sign into my Google drive, even though I was using the correct name and password. I also tried emailing my document to the FedEx email address listed on the kiosk. Every time I tried, I got a response back about 30 seconds later saying oops something went wrong, even though it was a valid PDF that opened fine on my computer, tablet, and phone. Ultimately I couldnt get it printed and had to go to class without it so I wouldnt be late. Ill never trust FedEx for printing jobs again.

I felt like I walked into the ghetto! staff not very friendly, appeared bothered by having to assist me and acts as they hate working there.if you people hate your job and your miserable, go find work without having to deal with people so we dont see your long faces and depressing demeanor.

The group working tonight were very attentive and helpful eventhough the prices were prohibitive. I came here after being ignored somewhere else and still cant get my parcel shipped, but they are pleasant.

Poor Customer Service! Called ahead of time to request custom print order and was advised to come in for prints. Id ordered custom foil labels online and simply needed a 1 color print which I was later advised they were unable to provide. The material was specifically made for laser print but was advised by the Mgr. Nathan that it probably wouldnt work. After several minutes of him trying to explain why it wouldnt work he then decided that it wasnt even worth his time trying. Wow! We were simply refused service because of mgmts incompentency of running a print machine. There was never a moment that he was willing to troubleshoot/find a solution simply because he thought metallic material would jam his machine. Just simply a flat out I cant do it and will not try. After insistently advising him this material was designed for laser printing he simply nodded and continued to help the next person in line. Hmmm, and this is the Mgr? Well, let me tell you that after 2 Office Depots. 1 with bad service and the other by Food Maxx w/a nice young girl who did try to troubleshoot, and Fed Ex with no service...Finally, a knowledgeable helpful and friendly employee at Staples in Riverbank found a solution. If you are printing metallic labels w/laser printer do not use full color machine IT WILL work on the B&W only machine. I would not recommend this FedEx Print& Copy for any printing needs! Lack of print knowledge, poor Customer Service, and unwillingness to troubleshoot makes this location less than desireable for any personal or business needs.

Some dude there (only one there) REFUSED to print out my resume because I put my social medias on it so I told him if he could white it out (manually with that $1 white out) AND this dude said he’d charge me $10 for that while grinning unmm never going again LOL speaking to the manager next time
