I came in stressed and the employee Ray helped me print out memorial cards for my friend Helen. Ray helped change my layout to the proper size, he even helped me pick the right paper to print it on. Despite being extremely busy Ray did a great job multitasking. I was in and out in a timely manner. I really appreciate all his help with the memorial prints.

First Ray was super friendly and even tracked down an answer to a just curious random questions I had. I went in for a canvas print and he got it done before Christmas and it turned out great! Five star service easily!!

Great place to get things printed, Ashley helped me out with some baby shower invites and they came out looking stellar! Will always go back there when I need anything printed. Great customer service too.

I’ve used this place for printing for about 5 years now and I had always received the best service. Caitlyn has been very helpful and friendly. The last handful of times I’ve been there to have things printed, I’ve been treated like I was an inconvenience to the employees. On top of that, the last 4 orders were not printed in time and/or completely forgotten about. There is a man who I’ve worked with the last couple times and he has zero idea how to interact with customers. I will not be using their services any longer.

In and out with little delay, this much is true.However, I reduced my five star review to two stars because of the game they play.You see something on their website, says in stock there.You go in the store, and what youre looking for is not on the shelf but the higher priced items of the same type are.You ask and they say Ill look in the back Invariably oh I found one is what comes next. Except this last time I stuck my foot in the door and watched as the employee walked straight over to a box that was full of the item I was looking for (on ad) and pulled one out and told me Oh, I found one when there was a box full, just not on the shelf. Trying to drive you to a higher priced item. Sheer dishonesty.

Waited honestly literally an hour to have 7 colored pictures printed. And at one point of the time I was the only customer waiting and they were helping me, but another customer came and they totally just left me and helped the other customer instead. So all in all my wait here started at 4:02 and I’m still waiting here with none of my pictures and it’s currently 5:09...If you’re getting pictures printed, I recommend just buying your own ink for 20$.

My favorite office Max location. They always ask if you need help but then if you are looking around and need time they dont bug you. They are always ready with an answer if you have any questions. The kind of store I could spend a lot of time walking around .

Went in to look for a cut out of a clock for my daughter to help her tell time. The sales associate suggested to get a print out of one since I could not find one. Great idea and way cheaper!

If you need office supplies, its a decent place to go. The staff in charge of printing things dont seem to be very competent at their job, but eventually, theyll get what you need done. We had to go back a couple times to fix some business cards.

This review is long overdue, and even though my visit was sometime last year I still cannot forget the AMAZINGLY talented and patient individual that helped me get my project done for my non profit organization. Maanac Sharma is an amazing miracle worker who was so friendly and efficient during my visit. Ill be coming back for his assistance alone in my future projects. THANK YOU GOOD SIR!!!

I use to shop here with no problems.Well apparently there has been some reports that this store has been having a lot of fraudulent charges in the hundreds on customer credit cards. It happened to my mom and it happened to my neighbor about a month later. So far no response from the police or the company.

I normally only vome here to print something i emailed over, or to fax. Staff is nice and quite helpful, but this store is ALWAYS understaffed, ESPECIALLY in the print area. When there is a rush, you can safely expect a 30 minute wait.

Staff is almost without fail great. Store is clean and a great place to do old fashioned copying, new fangled digital printing, business cards, posters, invitations, etc. Buy school supplies, office equipment, printers, furniture, etc.

I would like to warn everyone not to purchase any laptop computers fromOfficeMax, they cannot be new most likely refurbished. We purchased three computers and all three have had problems in about a years time. And Officemax does not seek to assist you to problem shoot rather they want to charge you high fees to try to fix. If I were OfficeMax I would not sell these computers which demonstrate themselves to have complaints such as Dell which has battery charging issues. I was not pleased with the lack of goodwill help to customers. I go in there daily and I would think they would think to try to keep a customer rather than bleeding them to penniless state. Next time I buy a computer I will go to Costco because they back up every electronic purchase even past a year!Also I want to warn everyone about their so called print cartridge recycle program. I came in with a bag full of them and was told by the cashier that I would receive a coupon in the email. I never did. When I was in I asked about this and was told I had to make a purchase within the 30 days after I dropped off the cartridges and ( did make a small purchase) but was not ever told of such a stipulation. This is all a scam. A way for you to try to shop there. SCAM SCAM SCAM.Went into the Stockton CA location and they told us we would get $2.00 back for each cartridge and so when I collected all of them and brought them in the price dropped to $1.50 and then it was not cash back it was a coupon. Its all a SCAM. Do not waste your time with this so called good will deed. Just toss them in the garbage and save yourself the headache!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

They have moved to a smaller space in the same strip mall. Limited laptop charger selection, zero USB C chargers (just USB to USB C phone cords)

I went there to get some tickets printed the clerk was very helpful some reason they werent receiving an email of the tickets I needed printed and the clerk figured it out and didnt charge me because of the trouble left very happy with the service I received

Outstanding service from the lady at the printing counter.

Poor attention to customer needs and quality of service. Assistance often overlooked when requesting custom prints. Advised after 2 attempts & 3 employees, unable to perform custom print. Associate seemed much more concerned with taking her scheduled break vs problem solving print request. Print dept understaffed and never acknowledge your patience for waiting ridiculous amt of time. Reps fail to often ask youre rewards membe #, therfore preventing future discounts and accumulation of points. I would rather drive an extra 15 -20 min and drive to Staples in Riverbank where the service is great, print dept knowledgeable, and product is plentiful.

Its tucked away in a small corner with a very small parking section. The number of staff available at any one time never seems to be that many and despite being filled with just about everything an office space could need the store feels empty as a result.
