Unbelievable, there employees are not the police. I choose not to wear a face mask. It is my belief and political stance that they DO NOT WORK. I can keep my 6ft just fine. No need to be stopped dead in my tracks by a employee to get in my face (NOT 6ft) and tell me to wear a mask or leave.Also been on hold with customer service for about 20mins. UNBELIEVABLE

I got really good service from a guy named Josh, mega hard worker, flying around like a bee or some sort of large bird. A+ out of 10

Pretty disappointing. Got a laptop from here less than a year ago. Something was wrong with it. It started powering off until it eventually wouldnt come back on at all despite no spills or mistreatment. Traded it in for the same model and same thing happened. Got a different model and it was cheaply made. Completely broke in about 3 months. I dont have a history of breaking computers. All my laptops before this lasted the good expected 2 years at least.Went through 3 laptops in the time-span of less than a year essentially due to malfunctions and poor quality. Insanity.After the 3 ones went out they basically told us we were screwed this time around. I got a 209 dollar laptop from Walmart and am way happier than with it then the ones I paid over doubled the price for here.Im so relieved that I dont have to go through the strain of dealing with Office Depot anymore or needing a laptop but constantly having it break on me.If I had to describe Office Depot in one word it would be SHADY. Im not leaving this review to be crude to Office Depot or the people who work there but to stop others from wasting their time and money.

If it werent for DENNIS and PAUL in the copying center, I wouldnt have given my review 5 stars. They are the best.

Generally, visit the location on Oakdale Rd however print project had us all over town looking for a custom print solution. Young lady in the print dept was kind enough to attempt print on foil labels after being blatantly turned down by Fed Ex Printing. Store is larger than other location, layout was awkward w/no visible detail to aisles, and seemed a bit slower than other store. However, fact remains that the service is better and open to problem solving. After several failed attempts at print job, I still appreciated the fact the rep was willing to try and even troubleshoot. I often shop at Office Depot for personal/business needs but after this particular project I am willing to drive the extra 15-20 to Staples in Riverbank for their attention to detail, print knowledge, and great product selection.

Wow! Sarah, the store manager is so customer focused. She really cares about the customer experience and having them come back. She was the first to greet me, addressed my needs and walked me through the solution.She should be a customer service trainer!

I went in to find and choose an achievement certificate frame. They do have those, but I didnt particularly like any of the frames, so Ill look in Staples for that.

Wasnt really crowded even though Christmas time. Went in for a new computer chair for my wife. She picked one out and they even loaded it into my car.

I still can not believe that this place is still open. There are cheaper alternatives. Whenever I go clearance shopping, I hardly see customers in the store. The main service I use is the copy department. The ladies are nice and had no issues with them.

Convenient copy machine! Almost everything you need for your job, office, or school ect. Very helpful and friendly staff!

The bathroom was disGUSTing! #1 toilet no tp, # 2 toilet clogged potty and the handicap potty was being used by 2 heroin addicts. How do i know this? Ive smelled it before due to my misguided youth. And no soap at all which was right next to the employees must wash hands sign. How pretell are they to do this?

Ive always had a satisfactory experience with the copy department, and with Shannon in particular. Shes friendly, competent, and helpful.

Clean and well organized. Good stock of products at great prices.

Good place to get supplies, however, coupons are highly recommend! Some items can be too pricey.

We spend about 1000 every month on this store. So my baby and my husband came to get our monthly supplies but my baby was crying. They had some balloons on display. I took one for my baby so she could let us shop around. Then Dany the manager came and took it away from her. Left my baby crying and he said he never had a problem with anyone. He said all you Mexicans need to learn to respect store policies.. that is why you are never welcome anywhere. I could not believe it.. after we told him what business we run. We apologized and beg us to stay there.. No way I am not giving my business to a store like that.. thank you Dany you should focus on cleaning your store or organizing rather that taking things away from. 7 month old baby..

Great everyday stuff like office supplies... but of looking for a large variety of office furniture, not the best option.

Only stock certain products (screen protectors for ipads only... $25-40 each!) and now faxing is self service and overpriced (6 sheets faxed = $10). Usually only go for school supply sale in the semmer.

They should let you laminate your own prints like FedEx office does instead of having to put in an order for that! Ridiculous!

Office Depot looks like its about to go out of business based on the minimal inventory they stock. And, who wants to have to cross multiple speed bumps placed every 20feet or so just to get across their parking lot?
