Nice clean store with excellent deals and sales. Security guard Bobby was so polite and helpful...even came out to my car to help me put groceries in.

Terrible customer service after 9pm,,me and my husband work night shifts... When we come into this store after 9pm they treat us like a criminal and they even told us that they see us that way because we have to do our shopping later in the day. The security will follow u and make it obvious they r following u even if ur a respected customer. Very disrespectful, they need to work on who they hire, we were very insulted

Todays trip was a bit better than my normal, not that the visits are bad, just not as good as today.The location could be better.The business is great, the aisles are wide and generally not overcrowded with merchandise and the prices are really fair.The staff is generally friendly and have not encountered a grumpy gus during my many visits.My only gripe? Make the produce scannable, or ensure that it can be looked up alphabetically.

You could tell was an old store but was well kept. They didnt have what i was hunting for but then Im finding out no one does, though I did find something my son has been hunting for and purchased for him.. The employees were very nice and extremely helpful.

I hadnt been to FoodMaxx for a year. I avoided it because 1) they stopped carrying Nestle Pure Life water. 2) because I had a feeling that I would not be respected or accepted if I did not want to or could not wear a mask. And I was right! Very uncomfortable experience at FoodMaxx tonight. I have been to others stores with no problem. I Will not be going again. As an American I believe that masks should be 100% voluntary. I also have a medical condition that makes wearing a face covering very difficult for me. This is why I go to the store late at night or do Wal-Mart pick up, when there are few people and I can be free to go without worry of discrimination. I dont know about you but in my opinion descrimination of any kind is wrong! And should not be tolerated. If they can force you to cover your face, obstructing your breathing, causing anxiety even, then they will try to force you to take a vaccine, even a highly experimental one.Take off ur masks folks, stop giving in to this nonsense. Dont take the mark of the state! Health doesnt come from a 💉 or a 💊.

Its a good grocery store to save a little money.

I have to admit that I have not been in this store since I’ve lived around this area, mainly because I thought it was expensive. However, the prices here are not bad. Honestly I was expecting it to be a little more pricey then it was, but I really did get a lot of groceries here for a nice price. I was also surprised at how empty it was, and on a Sunday at that. I did have a nice experience here and I will definitely be coming back.

I went here because I had a gift card. The produce is horrible. It seems old and not fresh at all plus its more expensive than other stores. I did not like the bagging things myself, thats not my job. Will not be returning. The guy at the check out was nice, his name is Richard. He also said they match other stores ad, so thats a good thing. Just my opinion. Also, the buy two items to get the best deal wasnt for me. Especially when I didnt read the ad right.

Food prices are very good company to super markets like Save Mart and Raleys. If you have to feed a large family or just teenagers, this is the best place to stretch a dollar or two. The store is well organized and quite clean. The meat and produce are fresh and priced right. Great service 👍

The store was clean, the staff friendly. I was very disappointed with the bananas I bought. They were black on the inside and green on the outside. Out of six bananas only one was good. Also the watermelon had no flavor. Not happy with the produce.

Clean, neat, not cluttered. Prices seem a bit higher than other similar stores. They do have their own brand if you look for, can find cheaper. Lots of Mexican foods to choose from. I needed refried beans. Lets of choices. Look at those prices though.Set up different from other stores as well. Not terribly busy when I went which was PERFECT. Asked for help bagging and to car. Tired today. They did both. Am very grateful for their help.

As for pricing, just like any grocery store they have lower prices for some things and higher for others- but that’s to be expected!

I rarely shop here, but I do when Im avoiding crowds. I love the big bucket of regular Tide Detergent for $25.99. The store is always in order, wide aisles, and clean. Like with any store, some prices are higher some are lower...its all about catching the deals. I think I may shop here more often. Every time Ive shopped here, it was not crowded. I love that!

Well stocked, they had plenty of cashiers, all self check registers worked!Store was clean, well stocked, shaded parking spots.They had the Styrofoam ice chest we needed for emergency while visiting town. This was 4th store we checked at for ice chest, so big deal to is.

They have limits on items, which is good with all these crazy people buying everything up.

Love this grocery store! I come to get the bargains every advertising cycle. Good selection and if you get their bargains it’s fantastic prices! Great staff everywhere, you guys rock!! I had a return and bamb! Done! Super. It was a lady, didn’t get her name but she’s good at her job. When I bought gift cards here the employee had a question and I was sure it would take forever, but no! The manager came scooting over and it was done in a hurry. Also Richard at the self check out is freindly and professional and makes check out a breeze. He keeps it moving swiftly! A+++ for this store! I will keep coming back here.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a bag of rice and as I got home I saw something move and there was a bug! I let it settle to see if it was just one and this bag has many bugs!! I returned to the store to show them the bag and they claimed I didnt buy it there right off the bat and were claiming I was a liar! Spoke to corporate and they gave me the same BS, Will do my grocery shopping elsewhere from now on!😡

Some really good prices, but many you had to by 10 or 12 to get the price. Since I was only there for bread, Ill have to go back to check out more bargains. I still left with 4 extra items.

This place has so much in stock, if they dont have it, ask them to carry it. I take my grandson here on our day out and we look for new tasty things to try. During the day it is relaxing, not as many people there and shorter lines. Lots of parking too.

I like Food Maxx. Prices are very reasonable and its relatively easy to get in and out of. Forget Winco! Employees are friendly, store is organized well and clean. Every once in a while, at the bottom of your receipt, theres a survey to log into that gets you a code worth 5% on your next visit. Recommended!

Great place to shop. I am there at least once a day. Very convenient and the self checkout is almost always a walk up to check out, no line most of the time.

A very well stocked supermarket with very large aisles. The prices are not bad at all and its open 24hrs a day which is awesome. The down side is that they never have enough cash registers open and you have to make long lines unless you go through the self service automated registers.

This place is my local shopping center so I know that theres always a lot of stuff on sale and they r great with returned products. But I can also tell you that they have rats I seen one crawl by cheese and u can see rat droppings n back when they have doors open and all around on outside of building if u look closely at products a lot of them are ruined by them,cleaned off then on sale lol

I will not be shopping here again. Simple and short...i have shopped here a few times with no problem and this time i went was different. My six year old son and i go self checkout because the lines were full seeing as its beggining of the month. The man walks up and insists on checking my items out for me..its SELF CHECKOUT. The line wasnt overly full of waiting people. There were other customers checking out too why didnt he ask them either. He genuinely made me feel as though i was a thief which is wrong. And then throws two bags in my cart for me to bag my own items at my car. Since he took over he should have bagged the groceries as well. This was a very bad shopping experience!

What I like about Food Maxx is that they are never super busy. That is either because they are open 24 hours or that the store is so damn big that it can handle the flow of customers. The shopping carts are wide and the aisles are even wider. Not as pretty as Safeway or Raleys but the prices are much cheaper. Friendly staff too.

Rude employees, especially if youre disabled. I had to ask the checker to bag my groceries as I am wheelchair bound, and couldnt reach the conveyor belt. Selection is poor, and prices are as high as anyone else.The store is unattractive and dirty.Just not what you want for the prices, and they could clean up the garbage in the parking lot. (Dont blame the mess on homeless people, they are the only ones who clean up the garbage and recycling).

Enjoy shopping here. Its not crowded. However that maybe due to the long and slow check out stands.

My go to grocery store for big grocery shopping. FoodMaxx is SaveMarts no frills big big box store. I can spendb$300 here in about 2 hours. I know where everything is. Great produce selection and prices. Huge selection of frozen food. Good everyday prices and excellent sales as well as money off mailers, I found a few $20 off of $100 purchase no matter how you paid. Only draw back....bag you own. Can be exhausting. But at least cost-saving!
