Ive come to appreciate the deals the cost less stores offer more and more of late. There are always items that you should pick up from other locations that never seem to hit the sales but a quick check of the website can easily tell you which items are and are not on sale that particular week.Note the sale wording as well when shopping. Specific flavours are usually on sale and not the product line as a whole as is the typical norm with other stores. Sometimes it is that brand or item as a whole but that is a very rare instancr.

My Favorite Grocery Store Ever. Cheaper than Walmart, and they have the Best Produce around. The butcher is on sight so the Meat is absolutely the Freshest. They are constantly restocking the Meat. The price and quality is what makes it my favorite store. The staff are always courteous and super helpful. Its a Great place to Shop.

Crowded with 4 to 6 employees standing around with 1 cashier in front to handle all. Great respect for this lady is a beast

You definitely pay a lot less than at other grocery stores, and they carry more choices than other grocery stores. Fast checkouts, when a long line forms they immediately open more registers! I love my Costless.

Very big, clean, CLEAN (in case you missed that) bright and well stocked.

Convenient because its close. Exspensive food just drive the extra miles to winco. Youll get more out of your money.

It has, mostly,everything I need and they care about the customers by requiring you to wear a mask. All the lines are measured for safe distancing. I wish it could look cleaner, maybe a freash coat of paint. The checkers are friendly and polite, I appreciate that . Also theres a real butcher there working in the meat department its not often you see that service anymore . All in all I think I will start going there instead of Pioneer Market, although its about 9 miles out of my town that I live in, like I said they care about the customers and I am good with that.

Love the neighborhood shopping but never toilet paper stocked after 12pm. Everyone down 2 isles to be divided out to the registers. Only the 15 or less has its own line. Not all registers are open. I use to love this place. But in the last few years it just has been getting more difficult to call it our store. It IS always clean. The folks are nice. Just something has been declining.

It has some great sales. Especially for chicken and vegetables.

Horrible customer service by many of the cashiers. Jessica, being one of the worse cashiers Ive ever come across, I have seen this young lady get argumentative with customers on more than one occasion. They really need to clean house and retrain and rehire a new staff.

Its a nice place to go shopping but man you guys should label and put things in order because it will take ages for someone to find something specific.

Always feels dirty inside, it isnt but it feels that way. Some of the lowest prices in town, decent service and good quality, but it is an older store and feels it.

They have great customer service and the employees are always smiling and asking if we need help. Never had one complaint here and always finding what I need. So keep up the great work costless and keep your employees happy it makes a big difference.👍👍

Have been going to this store for years only disappointed one time . Went shopping today purchased a shopping cart full of groceries but didnt need bags so the bagger walks away so I ask cashier doesnt anyone help to put our groceries back in the cart? He said no that the people getting their groceries bagged are more important then the people that arent. I repeated what he said back to him 2 times to be sure I heard right. Wow is this considered good customer service? To tell someone buying in your store that they are not important???

Just finished a very disappointing dinner that was supposed to be filet mignon according to the package. It definitely was not. Not sure what they were but were tough and had bad areas in them. We also purchased two tri tips. Hope we have better luck with them.

Cost Less Foods is the only grocery store I shop. Their meat Dept is the best in town for quality and prices. If the meat is on sale the prices are phenomenal! The produce department is excellent too. As far as canned and boxed foods their prices are comparable to WinCo. The customer service is great throughout the store.

Have pretty good sales meet selection was excellent store is kind of old and outdated but fairly well stocked customer service was nice.

This is my go to store for most of my grocery needs. The lines there are usually long but move very quickly. Everybody that works there is super friendly and welcoming. The store is almost always spotless. Plus they have a great selection and is a very easy store to navigate.

Cost less is the best, its my favorite store. Everyone is so nice and helpful, and Andre is my favorite bagger. Im disabled and everytime I see him at work he always help me by getting things I cant find and loading my groceries in the car.They also have great prices and sales. 👍

Was able to get in and out pretty quickly! The cashier was extremely helpful and not pushy!! I was allowed to leave the check-out to look for a particular item that I had not found on the shelf. It was still not there, but it gave me a second opportunity to decide whether to settle for another product.

Some of the workers are rude i asked to use the bathroom for my four year old son at first one of them explained to me that at the moment they were not allowing customers to enter I understood but they saw my little boy in pain to go & we had went all the way walking from home to buy some groceries so two of them let us enter and left, but I encountered some other worker on their brake room & denied the entrance tried explaining but he did not care & was very rude to me and my son did not let me explain that it was my little boy that was in pain to go to the bathroom.. i been going there for many years now but today its my last time I understand what we are passing through a difficult situation but that does not make us unhuman to deny a little boy from going to the bathroom & being rude about it my opinion thats all not everyone will agree. He ended going on his shorts their kids there body wont understand that you have to wait to go potty at home & they will yust go on them.
